“Toktam was a loving, sensitive angel when it came to the way she took care of our little Puerto Rican rescue pup Maisie. Maisie is quite wary of new people, but to my delight and surprise, the second day we dropped her off Maisie smiled a doggie smile usually reserved for only three family members (me, my daughter and my husband) and happily rushed to Toktam's front yard gate to see her! Wow! That was a first. I have had really good experiences with Rover but this one was the absolute best because even though I am a worry wart and very protective of our sensitive, formerly traumatized little street dog Maisie, once I met Toktam, I was immediately comfortable, confident and relieved that she would be in the best of hands for her four days of daycare. Now, I work remotely and spend my time with my 4 cats :) My specialty and preference is in cat care and senior dogs. However, I will consider all booking requests. I am currently not able to handle very energetic animals, or animals that are very strong. I am better suited to more relaxed pets. **Important** - I currently work a full time job from home and can be flexible with scheduling. I will work from your home if booked for house sitting, so it is required I have a reliable internet connection! - At this time I require m&gs for all house sitting services before bookings, to ensure our expectations meet and to make sure your pet is comfortable with me. For long term house sitting, I highly reccomend a trial run of 1 day of daycare or a drop in visit. I work from home full time so I am available during the workday when most people are away! I love being able to hangout with new friends during my work week. Safety is and always has been my top priority. During the summer, I have lots of extra time and flexibility to take your pups on long walks or stop by for drop-in visits when you need a hand. I’ve lived with and cared for dogs my entire life and currently have two of my own, so I understand how important it is to find someone you can trust with your furry family member. I’m calm, friendly, and always take the time to get to know each dog’s unique personality and comfort level. For the months of July and August I am completely free 7 days a week all day long. During the school year, I work as a teacher so I am at work from around 7:30-3:30. However, my evenings and weekends remain completely free. I have a fenced in yard and 2 happy pups to keep your furry friend company! Dogs are allowed on the furniture and I am happy to let them either roam free downstairs or be put in a kennel when I am not home. I have a gate that keeps my dog from going upstairs when I’m not home, so that can be closed at any time during the day too. We own our home with a large fenced-in yard on a quiet street so your pet will have ample time outdoors to play and go for walks. My own dog LOVES every dog he has ever met and will be an excellent playmate. Our cats can be sequestered upstairs if your dog is not feline-friendly and my foster kittens/cats have their own separate space to keep everyone safe. I am comfortable with crates as well if your dog enjoys their own den.

About: Transporting pets across the country has shown me how to properly tend and care for animals. Having owned and trained two dogs over the years, has also proven to show the nitty gritty details that you just do not receive when only working with them at a job. I work at a pet store part-time for the local owner, Shaun, for the Lucky Dog Co. I am never there for greater than a 5 hour shift. I have multiple sized cages ranging from extra small, to large. I do not have a customized crate, however the largest size I offer is a 700 series sized crate. These will only be used when I am not home. Your pet will have a fenced in property. There will always be clean water to drink from. I will feed them depending on your preferences for feeding. Otherwise, once in the morning and once in the evening. About: I am a mom of 2 little humans and a dog mommy of 2(now) senior pups and a military spouse. I have grown up with dogs all of my life! I currently have two dogs of my own, that we have had since they were 8 weeks old and they are now going on 9 years old. I pet sit for friends and neighbors regularly. My shiba Inu is diagnosed with glaucoma so I am capable and have been trained to give medications and eye drops. I am prepared to care for higher needs animals who may need a little extra love. My kids and I LOVE dogs and genuinely enjoy spending quality time with them. I know the anxiety that comes with leaving your dogs at home while going on a vacation or a trip back home to visit family when you’re unable to bring them. I strive to help other families feel comfortable having to leave them and lessen that anxiety while they get that much needed trip. I will care and love on your animals as they are my own. I have spent time fostering as well and have been around a diverse group of dogs. My children are both now in school and I couldn’t imagine spending my time any other way than loving on and caring for pets. My dream job once my husband retires out of the military is to own a doggy day care or start my own foster agency. I can't wait to meet your babies! I am Free from 9:35 am-3pm and again from 4-10. I may be able to make special arrangements and rearrange my schedule depending on your needs. I myself, take my dogs for daily walks and have a large back yard with a fenced in yard and kids who love the interaction with fur babies! I attempt to include my dogs in the majority of activities and make my schedule around them! My dogs love going for car rides, walks, fetch, swimming in ponds, lakes and rivers. They love our camping and beach trips as well. I will give your dogs my undivided attention while I am with them. I will love and care for them as my own! Who wouldn’t want to make a dog feel loved and happy?! I will give them all of the pets and love in the world.I will play fetch, tug o war, feed them, walk them, cuddle, snuggle. About: I have been dog sitting in my home for years. Mostly family and also friends. I treat them as family. Lots of love and care. I currently have time to board your pups during the week and on weekends or walk them after 3:30 during week. I could do weekend walks too in the morning. I have a nice home in the perfect neighborhood to walk dogs in. I do not currently have a dog I welcome dogs into home they are allowed on the furniture and in my bed.
