3. Emilyanne H.
“Emilyanne and Zeus were wonderful with Charlie! First time he has be around a dog and they got along fine. Emilyanne took great care of Charlie and kept me up to date via text and photos on how things were going. There was a heat wave and she kept the outside plants alive with regular watering, and she went above and beyond with weeding and tying up the tomato vines. I came home to a tidy house and a much welcomed late night snack. My first experience with a Pet/Housesitter service was great - I enjoyed my trip without being concerned about the homefront. I do hope they will come sit with Charlie again.”

8. Simone L.
“This is our second time with Simone and I highly recommend her for any and all needs! She will go above and beyond to make sure your pet is well loved and cared for. I live in Spokane but snowboard at Silver Mt and Simone makes the day SO much better for both me and my pup. Indy gets exercise and play time while I get to board all day without feeling guilty. Amazing option for both travelers and locals alike who like to bring their doggies along. Simone is incredibly sweet, attentive and accommodating and I’m overjoyed to have found her!! Next time you go ski or Mt bike bring your pup and contact Simone … you and your pet will be so glad you did!!”

About: I have a love for any aged animal, and bring compassion and passion to any special situation. I have trained dogs, and currently have kittens. While my dog is not with me in Spokane, I raised her from when she was a tiny puppy to the adult she grew into. I believe are animals are inherently smart, it just takes patience, love, and attention to train them the proper way. I am a current GU Law Student and my current schedule availability is all day Fridays, the weekends, Monday and Wednesday evening, and Tuesday and Thursday mornings. My weekly routine is built around school, so pet care fits into most parts of my days not filled with class or study. Having a semester under my belt, I will have more time availability starting January 2024. I believe attentiveness is the most important quality to have. My role will be on caring for your pet, therefore, paying attention to when they want to play, sleep, walk, run, eat, drink, use the bathroom, etc. is fundamental. I bring compassion to this role because I have had many different animals throughout my life and know that pets give us each love and happiness. In my home, we provide lots of toys and are more laissez-faire in where we let our pets sleep, play, and relax. I have cared for pets both in apartments and in houses. Each situation is unique, but I am flexible and adaptable.
13. Amanda K.
“Amanda was able to get my -incredibly stubborn - dog out of the house to do his business while I was away for a long work day. He responded well to her and she was very knowledgable about how to interact with dogs who have some quirks.”
14. Lori L.
“Lori was awesome! Edgar and I are so happy we found her! She has a great animal connection that is obvious the first time you meet her. I felt very comfortable knowing Edgar was in good hands! We will definitely use her again.”

About: We have cared for a wide range of dogs, small to large and puppy to geriatric over the last 30+ years. We have an Australian Shepard puppy that is full of energy and loves to play. What sets us apart- I love my dog and I know you love yours too. When I travel, I worry about finding quality care at an affordable price for my pet. I believe that your time out of town whether for business or pleasure should not come with the added expense or stress of worrying about your dog(s) care or the cost involved. I will watch your pet(s) with the same care I would expect for my own pet, at a price that leaves you enough cash to bring your pet back a suvenier! My husband and I work as a team to care for your pet and one of us is home every day throughout your pets stay for feeding time and exercise/play time. I have a large dog door that leads to a fenced area where your pet can come and go freely. I also have a large open yard (unfenced) for supervised running and playing.

About: Drop-ins should be more than just a quick 'hello.' It's a chance to invest in the happiness of someone's best friend. Since childhood I've loved training our family's Golden Retrievers and Labs. In college we got my grandmother a German Shepherd and I quickly fell in love with his character and charm and he took good care of her for many years - except on the days when I stole him for a campout in the hammock. Puppies were always a wonderful opportunity to shape a wonderful dog for those few short months. And when I adopted a young neglected Husky with severe separation anxiety I really began to understand that I was the one being trained. He and the many fosters I took in after him have challenged me to think beyond tricks and good manners to the heart and happiness of the dog. To what really makes a bond. I took everything they taught me and jumped headlong onto the world of doodles and worked with a great team to train service dogs. And before I could process what had happened I was elbow deep in puppy shampoo, uti's and wet noses. And I love it. I hope I can take what would normally be a boring drop-in and give you peace of mind with consistent care and engaging opportunities for your pups with the added bonus of foundational training techniques and fun. I work part time and remotely so I have cameras set up to help me check in with my pups when I'm not at the home. I often take them with me and stop by parks. I currently offer boarding that provides a safe indoor and outdoor play-space. Fresh water, shade, misters and antlers on green turf with ramps and kennels. It's important to me that a pup who is feeling insecure can have a safe space away from the action while an excited social pup has the room to explore, relax and play.

“I’ve known Melanie for over 20 years and she has almost always had a pet. She has compassion and kindness for animals (and humans!) and I would trust her with any of my pets.”

About: I have had dog since I was five. I have also watched multiple family members and friends animals. For example my friend has an older dog who is diabetic and they help take care of her whenever she is out of town! I love dogs, cats, and all other animals! Pet care fits perfectly in my schedule as I am an online college student. And when I’m at home I do an occasional barista job! I have a lot of time to take care of animals, and get to see new places! I care for pets very well. I take them on one to two walks a day depending on owners preference. I play with the animals to get all their energy out. I feed them an adequate amount. I also love grooming animals so anytime they need to be, I will do so!

About: I've been taking care of dogs of every kind since i was 7 years old. I also started my own dog walking business in the 6th grade walking neighbors, family, and friends dogs. As well as training my own dogs with potty training skills and adaptability. I also do well with un-trained dogs who are combative and temperamental by having completed a dog school training class. Your cherished pet will be handled with care, love, and in the best hands possible. I work from home so i have a pretty open schedule anytime works best for me. I am open to same day bookings and will also be able to show via phone or in person the place where the onboarding will be held. All services are provided, i will always begin to ask for any diet restrictions, bad habits, and skin conditions. For while in my care i will be feeding, playing, walking, and more than likely bathing your pet so i want to be able to make sure your beloved family pet is well taken care of and comfortable while in my care.
