“I'm grateful we found Vanda! I worry about taking my dog to daycare because he's young, energetic and big, and can be too much for some people and some dogs. He's my big baby! But Vanda's got a great understanding of dog behavior and knowing what they need at different moments of the day. When to let them play and when to give them space/rest. I appreciate her clear communication and the photos/videos she sent me throughout the day. Nami had fun and we'll be back for sure.”

About: From fostering rescue dogs, to running a dog sport training center, plus boarding special needs dogs, all dogs thrive on the care and compassion I provide. As a retiree from outside employment, I dedicate my days to my own personal dog and caring for another client dog where we have lots of fenced in space to play, and learn FUN activities. With a spacious fully fenced property, and plenty of room inside my home, I can accommodate dogs who may need a separate space and have crates to assist with dogs who need the safety and security of a crate. Plus we play many fun crate games for positive association with crates and barriers between rooms.

About: I’ve loved dogs and animals for as long as I can remember. Unable to have a dog growing up, I always jumped at any opportunity to pet sit for my neighbors, friends, and family. I’ve cared for a variety of dog breeds (including boxers, pit bulls, huskies), and occasionally cats as well. I have experience with “Bully Breeds” and they are honestly my favorite big babies to love on. I’m currently out on med leave from my usual “day job” as an RN at DH d/t my narcolepsy. I’m basically home 24/7 and available most of the time. I’m flexible with time, I can stop by even in the middle of the night if you’re a fellow night shifter unable to stop home to let your doggos out! I would be open to discussing house-sitting and other service options, and how we could work something out as my pup is basically attached at the hip lol :) The first time I used Rover, I was honestly nervous to not only have a stranger in my home, but to also trust them with my fur baby, Abbey. I understand the feeling and will make my visits ease that anxiety any way possible. I treat other’s homes with respect (I grew up in a take you shoes off when you walk in the door type home). I treat other’s pets with the same love and care as I do my own. I can provide updates, photos, videos, anything that will make you feel at ease that your pet and home are in the best of hands.

“Allan and Anne Marie were very friendly, kind and patient when getting to know our very energetic 11-month old dog during our initial meet and greet and were very accommodating. They have a wonderful clean fenced-in yard and property to allow for ample space and play time with their sweet Chesapeake Bay Retriever. Our dog came home happy and tired! We will definitely use them again for daycare and boarding in the future.”

“Jo Anne and her dog crew took good care of my old boy. JoAnne took time to introduce all the dogs carefully and acclimate my elderly corgi to her home and yard. He came home relaxed and happy.”

“I was absolutely pleased with Kristin’s services! Besides the fact that it was not much notice she immediately got back to me which made my day that much easier Her home was beautiful well kept and there is no doubt when you enter that she is definitely a dog person and her home is set up as such I appreciated the special provisions that were made to keep my pups safe And didn’t worry once about them which is a great feeling when you’re leaving your most important family members with strangers her and her family seemed to liked the pups right off again a relief for me and will most definitely recommend and use her again under better circumstances if she will have us!! Thanks a million Kristin it was one of those things you know you have to do but put off because you really don’t want to leave them thanks for making me feel at ease about that especially during this time !! We will see you soon?”

About: Me and my family have been around dachshunds for over 10 years. A little biased, but would love to share the love to other dogs! I currently work from home and take my dog out regularly throughout the day. She gets breakfast and dinner and her monthly medications. She gets too much attention, but that’s our fault:) I have a back fenced in porch that I have a grassy area for my dog to relieve herself, as well as an unfenced front yard. If the front yard were to be used, we keep our dog on the leash for safety. Our stairs are gated to prevent any injuries.

About: I have two years of experience caring for dogs in my home, providing a safe and loving environment for small and medium-sized pups. I ensure daily walks, playtime at the park, and plenty of attention to keep them happy and comfortable. Whether your dog loves cuddles or outdoor adventures, I tailor care to their needs! I work from home with a flexible schedule, allowing me to provide attentive care throughout the day. Whether it’s feeding, playtime, or just keeping your pet company, I can easily adapt to their needs and routine to ensure they feel safe and comfortable. In my home, I provide a safe and comfortable environment where pets can relax and feel at ease. I follow their usual routines, including feeding, playtime, and cuddle time, while also ensuring they have plenty of enrichment and attention. If caring for pets in a client’s home, I respect their space and follow all instructions to maintain a familiar and stress-free environment for their pet. Whether in my home or yours, I prioritize their well-being, comfort, and happiness.

“Madison is a responsible, reliable, trustworthy and most of all; an extremely lovable pet caregiver. To see how she cares for her little girl, is just truly heartwarming. She’s very attentive to ensure needs are addressed while giving care to a pet. When Madison watched my Great Dane boxer; I felt so comfortable and confident that my baby was taken care of. My dog has a lot of anxiety and certain situations stress her out. Madison was able to take initiative and follow all of the directions I provided and reached out if there were any questions. Overall, I have seen Madison interact with many different dog breeds extensively well. Any pet has her heart because of how much love is presented and shared on every interaction.”
