About: I at 19 have 2 puppies of my own! One of them is a black lab, who is a year 1/2, the other is my 11 month old sheepadoodle. I am currently super available so I am around for whatever would best fit you and your pups needs! I love every dog as if they were my own. I care for the pet depending on what they need personally as well as what the owner does personally. I love all animals though as if they were my own.

About: Hello animal enthusiasts! My name is Katie and I have worked with animals in a multitude of settings. Jane Goodall (Primatologist) was always an idol of mine. As I grew up in a household loving my dogs, cats, and birds I envisioned working in Africa with chimpanzees. While my vision didn't manifest exactly the way I had fathomed, I still ended up working with baboons in Africa (2017). Along the way, I was an outdoor educator for several years working with all sorts of reptiles, amphibians, birds, mammals, and invertebrates. I have been attracted to all types of animals since the day I was born. As a science teacher (8 years), I kept corals and saved many animals in the outdoor environment near our school (from squirrels to birds and much more). My husband and I have just moved from Chicago, IL to Florida. We have a love for adventure and curiosity for the great outdoors. We are happily married with our Cockatiel (Sunny) and Umbrella Cockatoo (Jack). I can't wait to meet you and love your pets for eternity! Along with my elementary education degree, I studied zoology. So, with that being stated, I'm here in Florida ready to meet new people, love your pets, teach, adventure, and learn all about Florida ecology! Let's connect! I'm currently reinventing my life/schedule after just recently moving from Chicago, IL this year and leaving my middle school science teaching position. I plan on working for a nature center and substitute teaching while I continue improving my writing career. As of right now, I have an open schedule until the end of August. I will be changing my availability in September. Currently, we do not have a fenced in yard for your pet but I can surely take him/her out with their leash in our vast open space! If your dog loves the hose, we have access to this as well. Who doesn't love a nice spray during the hot summer? Your pet will have 24 hour access to this yard, cozy home, and the couch or bed! We live about 5 minutes from the Audubon Pennington Park where we love to take nature walks. I'm sure your dog wouldn't mind a nature walk too! We truly do enjoy hosting neighborhood pets as one of our very own family members. Your pet will receive unconditional love, constant cuddles, outdoor time, and food/water the way you prefer it! At night time, they can choose from our warm bed or their very own cozy dog bed. Your pet is top priority and we want to provide the best experience for them so that they are happy to come back and play! About: From a teacup poodle to a big mastiff, I've had pets of various sizes. I've pet-sit (or "cat-sat"), my friends and families pets whenever they needed so I'd be happy to do that as well. I'm also no stranger to helping feed pets their nasty medicine as well. I'm currently looking for a job as I've just moved down here! That being the case, I've got plenty of time (with almost an entirely free schedule), to walk and play with your pups! I have met dogs and cats of all energy levels, from pups that have high energy to those who like to make their daily rounds before plopping down for a nap. About: I first started volunteering at the animal shelter as a dog walker whilst I also got my first dog that I raised and trained myself and he has taught me everything. I worked at a doggy daycare, the animal shelter, and now at an animal hospital and love what I do. I’ve pet sat for my neighbors and volunteer friends and always give advice or match their needs for their pets. I’m very compassionate about dogs (and a side of cats) and I couldn’t imagine not being around them! In addition to dogs and cats, I’ve provided drop-in care for birds, goats, and chickens, so I’m comfortable with a variety of animals. I also have experience giving medications to dogs, and I’ve given pills to both dogs and my own cat, especially since my dog has health issues that require regular medication. I am committed to keeping clear and consistent communication with pet owners, ensuring you’re updated throughout my visits. I also ask that you do the same in the event there is a question of care, or in the off chance of an emergency. With my own transportation and a flexible schedule, I’m ready to accommodate your pet care needs and provide peace of mind while you’re away.
