About: Since our cocker spaniel has passed , I started watching and boarding many dogs within my neighborhood. I love animals , so your fur babies will be treated with respect and love !!! They will be in the safest care with me. I’m currently working from home so your furbaby will always have a companion to spend time with while your gone. They will be in good care. I take this very seriously as they will be treated as my own. I have a very nice neighborhood that’s dog friendly and has nice sidewalks to walk on. About: Hello animal enthusiasts! My name is Katie and I have worked with animals in a multitude of settings. Jane Goodall (Primatologist) was always an idol of mine. As I grew up in a household loving my dogs, cats, and birds I envisioned working in Africa with chimpanzees. While my vision didn't manifest exactly the way I had fathomed, I still ended up working with baboons in Africa (2017). Along the way, I was an outdoor educator for several years working with all sorts of reptiles, amphibians, birds, mammals, and invertebrates. I have been attracted to all types of animals since the day I was born. As a science teacher (8 years), I kept corals and saved many animals in the outdoor environment near our school (from squirrels to birds and much more). My husband and I have just moved from Chicago, IL to Florida. We have a love for adventure and curiosity for the great outdoors. We are happily married with our Cockatiel (Sunny) and Umbrella Cockatoo (Jack). I can't wait to meet you and love your pets for eternity! Along with my elementary education degree, I studied zoology. I do have a small farm to tend to, but am flexible and able to easily fit it around pet sitting. I can care for your pets daily, but holidays are very busy. Because I have a household of pets of my own, I am not able to care for clients pets in my own home at this time. I offer dog walking in 30 minute increments, drop in visits to check on, feed, dispense meds, tend to cats.

For larger companions, I also have several giant crates to ensure their comfort if needed. Dogs will be crated at night only if they need to be. If your dog is potty trained and can be trusted being loose in a house overnight then they will not be crated unless the pet owner wants them to be crated. Pets always have fresh water and are fed as scheduled by the pet owner. We do board cats and they are kept in a seprate area of our home. We have a very large lani and pool. Your pets will never be unsupervised when they are in our pool area. I have a very large screened in lani that the dogs can run and play in. I do have a small fenced area for little dogs. I do not leave the dogs outside unattended due to risk of over heating, escaping, cane toads, poisonous snakes and fire ants. I walk the dogs as many times as they need to, to go potty. I've been told by multiple pet parents that other sitters just put their dogs out in a yard unsupervised and their dogs were attacked by other dogs. I'm always supervising your dogs.

About: I’m a huge dog and cat lover... I’ve been raised around pets my whole life. But aside from that, I’ve been pet sitting for a couple of years. I know how to administer most medications but am willing to learn any different type of medication that I may not be familiar with. I currently have a 2 year old and I’m a stay at home mom. But I’m available everyday to take care of your fur babies. I live in a duplex and have a very spacious backyard for your fur baby to play in. And I also have a very comfy bed to cuddle with your baby while you are away:)
