Buddy is a rescue and a very nervous little guy, so Robin had us bring him over for short little stays with her prior to our vacation, so that Buddy could get adjusted to us leaving him for a period of time. She truly cares about the pets she watches, and I felt like she cared for Buddy as if he were her own. Robin kept us updated on how he was doing, and included photos. We missed Buddy terribly while we were away, but we knew he was in safe, capable, and loving hands. They are great friends and the best part of my life at home:) Sometimes their friend Raven, a black German Shepherd visits, however she does not live here full time. I work night shift so I would be happy to care for your pets on my nights off or during evening hours when I am home from work I have a fully fenced in yard for potty breaks. Any walks and home watches will be done with as much attention and care for your pet as possible!

She was very thorough with her questions about my dogs and their habits, preferences and rules. She asks about your dogs' play style, if your dog is allowed on furniture, are they allowed to dig, are they allowed to have sticks and treats. My dogs have essentially no rules, but that was fine too! She was sweet and friendly and also professional and knowledgeable. I was very confident leaving my dogs with Morgan for a day of daycare while our usual sitter was out of town. She was flexible with my early morning drop off and flexible with pick up since I didn't know what time exactly I would be done with work. Most importantly, my dogs had a great long day with new friends! They spent time inside (snoozing on the couch in the AC) and outside very long leads so they could sniff and explore. Having previously left him with only family members, and only a handful of times, we were a little nervous. As I grew up in a household loving my dogs, cats, and birds I envisioned working in Africa with chimpanzees. Along the way, I was an outdoor educator for several years working with all sorts of reptiles, amphibians, birds, mammals, and invertebrates. As a science teacher (8 years), I kept corals and saved many animals in the outdoor environment near our school (from squirrels to birds and much more). My husband and I have just moved from Chicago, IL to Florida. We have a love for adventure and curiosity for the great outdoors. We are happily married with our Cockatiel (Sunny) and Umbrella Cockatoo (Jack). I can't wait to meet you and love your pets for eternity! Along with my elementary education degree, I studied zoology.
