“My dog Flash stayed at Connie’s for 17 days during my trip overseas. I had never used Rover site + Flash never stayed with someone he did not know for such a long time, but they got along very well ? Connie kept me updated often with videos, photos and detailed report about how Flash was spending his day with them. Even though Flash can’t talk, I can tell he loved the walks, rolling in the grass in their large backyard, playing fetch forever, playing with challenging puzzles, cuddling on their sofas, sneaking upstairs to check their son’s bedroom for a quick nap..) It was very assuring and I could concentrate on my travel without worrying about Flash. Communication was fast, arranging times for meet/greet, drop off/pick up were super easy and accommodating. I would definitely board Flash again for my future travels.”

“Chisato was exceptional with caring for our Lexxie. We made the best decision ever for the care of our dog. For seventeen days Chisato would take time to send photos and videos of our dogs activities. They were quite humorous and lovable. Lexxie was safe and adjusted quickly. All of our dogs needs were met along with her medicine, feedings, play time, and those walks during the freeze for several days. If anyone desires to have a reliable committed dog boarder, I totally recommend Chisato 100%!!!❤️”

This was my first time ever leaving Sadie with someone else, and I was so nervous, but they made the whole experience so easy and stress-free. From the very start, they were kind, communicative, and made me feel completely comfortable trusting them with my little girl. They got her little diapers and gave her the extra care and attention she needed without making it feel like any trouble at all. I can’t tell you how much that meant to me as a pet parent. They also sent me regular updates and adorable photos throughout the week, which gave me such peace of mind. When I picked Sadie up, she was her same happy, energetic self—and I could tell she had been loved and treated like part of their family. “Stella and her husband Jim are fantastic! They watched our 2 VERY active Golden Retrievers for 9 days. She sent me daily pictures of them playing. They always seemed to be having a blast. I know my boys can be a handful but they never seemed bothered by their energy. Stella replied too all my txts and emails right away. You can tell they love dogs! I would give them 6 stars if I could. It was nice to go away and know that Tanner and Charlie were in good hands. I would take them back there in a heartbeat.”

About: I have taken care of dogs & cats for over 20 years. Many of our friends & family have had me watch their fur babies when they are out of town or away at work. I grew up on a farm and have lots of experience with different animals. I’m a stay at home mom with school age kids. This gives me the flexibility to provide in my home care, drop in at your home care or daily walks for your dogs. I have a large yard in a quiet neighborhood. I live next to a forest preserve trail for easy access to provide daily walks. Our dog is very friendly and would love an extra companion to play with.

“Thanks for taking such wonderful care of our little Lucy! I have to admit that I was nervous about leaving our Boston Terrier with a family we didn't know, but with all of the wonderful reviews already on Rover.com (and seeing that 17 families are repeat customers), I knew Jennifer and her family must be doing something right. I also liked that Jennifer homeschools her kiddos, so they are home during the day. So I knew she wouldn't be left alone for long periods of time. (Both my husband and I are home office so we're with Lucy all day -- she craves having a buddy to hang out with. ) The week Jennifer and the family had Lucy, they also had a couple of other small dogs. Our Lucy is crate trained and I could see the other dogs there were as well. Drop off was easy. I just left some basic instructions, along with her food and treats, and headed off. Within a couple of hours, I received our first of many photos while we were gone. Have to say... it made me feel more relaxed and my boys (who were missing our dog terribly) loved seeing what Lucy was up to. From cuddling up with the kids to going to the local dog park, it was obvious she was in great hands. Jennifer is an easy recommendation!”
