About: I’ve had animals for my entire life. Anything from dogs, cats, horses, fish, tortoises, and hamsters - you name it, I had it as a pet! I have certifications in animal care from Holly and Hugo, including animal anatomy and physiology, diet, grooming, training, and CPR for dogs and cats. I have 2 dogs of my own, a Great Dane and a Shih Tzu and have experience with both small and large dogs. I currently work full time during the week but I am available on nights and weekends for pet care. I am also available to do drop ins and walks when needed. I care for your pet in your own home for your convenience, so your pet will be comfortable and happy at home while you are away! I just ask for a schedule for the dog/cat/animal so they can stay on their schedule!

About: Although I am newer to dog sitting, I have stayed at family and friend’s homes with their dogs multiple times in the last year including following feeding schedules, walking, playing fetch, and more. I love to play fetch with dogs and sometimes end up enjoying it more than they do. I have a high energy personality that is also nurturing and sweet. I personally one day want at least one dog of my own so this is good experience in and of itself to learn about different breeds. I would love to get to know your dog :) I do work a job 8-5pm during the weekdays, but am open on the weekends and would be willing to stay the night at your home. I offer checking up on your dog during my open breaks during the day, playing fetch, walking your dog, pee breaks, and following a feeding schedule that you have. I am also open to learning new skills that you are open to teaching me and that are within your comfort.

“This was our first experience using Rover. We have a sweet but older and highly anxious dog. Heather was wonderful!! She took time to meet with us and our pup in advance, which helped us feel very comfortable leaving him in her care. Our dog has many funny quirks and she took them all in stride. We received daily updates and photos. When we arrived home he was calm and relaxed; he had clearly been given plenty of love, cuddles and attention while we were gone. The house looked great. She kept us abreast of some minor house issues that arose during our absence. Heather communicated regularly both in advance of our reservation to make sure everything was set and during our trip. She clearly loves her job. We hope to have Heather stay with our dog in the future. We highly recommend her services!”

About: I have been working with animals professionally since I was 13. I worked at the Wisconsin Humane Society for 8 years, walking & playing with dogs, and socializing other animals such as cats and rabbits. I have worked as an “Animal Wrangler” at summer camp, tending to new puppies, reptiles, small mammals, etc. around camp! About: I love animals of all kinds! I’m a nurse looking to hang out with your pets on my days off. I have experience with every care need from early puppy socialization to end of life care. I haven’t met a dog yet I didn’t immediately become besties with, from the tiniest chihuahua to the biggest pittie or Dane. I’m also happy to look after any other animals you might have, from reptiles to birds to horses. Just ask and we’ll make it work! Yours: I understand being particular about one’s home, so no reasonable request relating to my conduct there would be too much! Cleaning up after myself is a given, as is following any personal house rules. Mine: All of my animals are up to date on vaccinations and flea/tick medication, and I require the same from any animal I keep in my home. They would be kept separate from my 4 cats for the first couple of days, but with discretion and communication I would be fine with introducing them if they were interested in each other.
