It was difficult to leave her with a new dog sitter (our usual sitter got a new job) but after meeting Paul and seeing that Rheyah was immediately comfortable with him, we felt confident that he would take good care of her. Paul made sure that Rheyah took her medicine multiple times per day, fed her a special diet and even gave her a partial bath every other night to treat her chronic skin condition. He also took her for 2 walks per day when the weather permitted. Paul’s frequent photos and descriptions of what he and Rheyah were doing helped to calm my anxiety about leaving her with someone new. Not only did Paul take care of Rheyah, but he also fed my fish and managed to keep my not-so-healthy plants alive! We are very grateful that Paul’s profile came up on Rover and that he agreed to take care of Rheyah so that we could attend our granddaughter’s 1st birthday. About: I am a life long animal lover with a rabbit of my own. I grew up with multiple dogs my entire life as well as taking care of pets of friends and family since i was in high school. I am a true animal lover and would give my upmost care to any animal under my care. If you want someone that will love your pets as if they are their own, I am the person for you! Currently I work full time but I am very flexible with scheduling care times within my morning, lunch, or afternoon. Fridays I work from home so my schedule is much more flexible end of week and on the weekends! I am comfortable with pets of all sizes including small animals such as rabbits, hamsters, guinea pigs, if you have some extra friends :) working in a corporate setting I love to use my time with furry friends to be active, play, and help burn off energy for myself and your babies! That being said ill never say no to cuddles and just being a comforting presence.

About: Dogs have been part of my life for more than 30 years, and caring for them is something I genuinely love. Three of my own dogs lived to be 14-15 years old, giving me extensive experience with senior care and age-related health issues. For the past year, I've fostered Golden Retrievers, Labrador Retrievers, and various mixed breeds through WAAGR, helping them adjust to new environments, build good habits, and receive the exercise and love they need to thrive. I also play a role in evaluating and selecting adoptive families, one of the most important and rewarding parts of fostering because it helps ensure each dog finds the loving, lifelong home they deserve. What sets me apart is my experience caring for senior dogs and dogs with complex medical needs. Over the years, I've cared for dogs with kidney disease, blastomycosis, chronic ear and skin infections, vestibular disease, and other serious health conditions. I'm comfortable administering oral medications, managing medication schedules, providing subcutaneous fluids, following detailed veterinary instructions, and monitoring for changes in behavior or health. One of my dogs earned the AKC Canine Good Citizen certification, giving me experience with positive reinforcement and reinforcing good manners and routines. Whether your dog is a playful puppy, an energetic adult, a senior needing extra patience, or a pet with special medical needs, I'll care for them as if they were my own. I have a flexible schedule that allows me to provide attentive, reliable care throughout the week. I'm available seven days a week for boarding, house sitting, drop-in visits, and walks. Whether your dog enjoys long walks, playtime, or simply having someone nearby for companionship, I'll make sure they receive the attention, care, and affection they deserve. Safety and comfort are my top priorities. Dogs in my home are taken outside on a leash or a secure tie-out and are closely supervised while outdoors. I work to maintain the routines, rules, and training your dog is accustomed to so they feel safe and comfortable while you're away. If your dog is crate-trained, I'm happy to follow that routine when needed, but I don't require crating. Every dog is different, and I'll work with you to understand what makes your pet feel most comfortable and secure. About: Animals have always been a part of my life. They show us so much love. Who are we not to give it back in return. Since the passing of our long time dog (Roc,15) we’ve been watching our friends and family dogs while they’re out of town. In each case the owners return with their dogs a little hesitant about wanting to return home. LOL. I work from home and I have no plans of switching to another job that would require me to go into the office. Therefore, I have plenty of time to play with your big and little babies. I also like to take walks at minimum twice a day. This is a perfect time for your fur babies to stretch their legs. After a nice long walk I clean their paws to make sure they leave the yucky stuff outside. I have a designated area where they can sleep. However, I like to keep them close to me during the day while I’m working. I think it sets them up for a positive visit. They immediately become part of the family. I also have the flexibility to take them out throughout the day. There is a highly recommended veterinarian within a two minute driving distance and maybe a ten minute walk in the event of an emergency.

About: I’ve grown up with dogs and continue to help watch friends and family members pets. I have cared for small dogs and large dogs and everywhere in between. I am very attentive to any dogs needs and am happy to be accommodating if there are specific requirements for your dog. My home is in a very walkable and safe area with plenty of paths for your dog to let out energy. I love to go on walks with dogs, play fetch or any other activity your dog likes. If your pet is with me during the week, I do work remotely and will be able to take your dog out throughout the day and when I have longer breaks, take them for a walk and play! Growing up with dogs and other pets, they were always a part of the family. I promise to provide the best possible care so that you feel at ease while entrusting me with your fur baby.

About: I absolutely love dogs and have a Yorkie myself that I've raised since 6 weeks. She is very friendly and has been spaded and vaccinated; she would love some company from time to time!! Dogs love that I am an active and playful person. I enjoy going on walks and the doggy park. Also, all dogs love a TREAT so they will play games and receive yummy treats!! I'm very passionate about dogs and that they to be treated with integrity and love. I really hate to see any type of animal undergo abuse and mistreatment when they did not ask to be here. I would see that your dog is well taken care of in my care. They'll love my doggy talk and playful nature for sure!!

About: Over 20 years of experience, including elderly dogs and puppies. I love dogs and enjoy walks, park visits, games and couch snuggles. I know how important it is that your fluffy family members are taken care with as much love and stability as possible when you are away. I currently have a 10 month old standard poodle and she is my whole world. I understand how important this job is! I am an artist and work part time at my home studio. My flexible work schedule allows plenty of time for dog walks, park visits, play, attention and engagement throughout the day. I have a fully fenced in yard and a very friendly (well socialized) 10 month old standard poodle who loves having friends to play with. Our home is 4,200 square feet with plenty of space for dogs to play and settle in. We also have the first floor entirely puppy proofed, making it safe for even the youngest of curious explorers.

About: I’ve grown up caring for cats and dogs and have always enjoyed spending time with animals. I have an active dog of my own who loves going on long walks, so I’m very comfortable keeping energetic dogs active and entertained. As a high-level athlete, I’m active myself and genuinely enjoy being outdoors, whether that’s walking, playing, or simply spending time with a pet. I’ve also helped neighbors care for their animals while they were away. Right now I’m training in Milwaukee and have practice at 3:30 so I can take care of your pet during the day but also after practice if needed. Would be preferred if I did at the clients house but I live in a apartment right now they have a dog park and sorts.

About: I have walked dogs for other families previously. I also have 7 animals at home, so I am quite experienced in animal care. I know about both dogs and cats. I currently work full time. I am available during the week after 5pm. I am also available anytime on the weekends. Might have early morning hours during the week as well. I will not be offering services in my home. However, I will make sure all animals are fed, hydrated and properly cared for. My main focus will be walks.
