“I am so thankful to have found Caitlin. I had a last minute issue with my previously arranged pet sitter and turned to Rover hoping for the best. With less than 48 hours turnaround from contract to start of my extended vacation she was able to accommodate a meet and greet and was more than willing to take on my entire menagerie, even making herself comfortable with a rat and a bearded dragon! She was great at following the extensive directions I left and she communicated with me on the regular, sending me pics of my happy, happy crew. I’ll definitely be using Caitlin again, if I can ever afford another vacation after the last one!”

About: I’ve cared for dogs of all ages and sizes - I grew up with Labs and took on dog sitting when I was 18. Now 22, I have 2 dogs of my own and care for them like they’re my children. I have experience with dogs from Labs to Corgis to Huskys - I also have experience in training my own dogs with a local program, so I am well versed in being a responsible care taker. I work from home! A lot of what I do on a daily basis can be done through my phone and my schedule is very flexible. In our home, we love to keep our dogs active and socialize them. We take them on short trips to Hocking Hills, play in the backyard and go on walks to the local park. In a client’s home, I am always considering the dog’s typical routine to keep them happy while their owners are away.

About: I have dogsat for many friends and families over the years and have my own little guy at home! I love animals and love to be able to spoil them any chance i get! I am a full time student but have a lot of flexibility, I have my own puppy at home I am currently training as well and a full grown puppy as well! I have spent many years around dogs in my day to day routine. I find that keeping animals on set schedules helps with their anxiety and keeps them comfortable and confident! About: I have grown up with dogs and cats. As an adult, I have three cats and one dog. I have house-sat for a few families over the years and have really enjoyed it! I am a stay-at-home mom. I volunteer throughout the week and have planned activities for my children, but my schedule is quite flexible. I am happy to work with you and your pet’s needs! For dogs who are boarded at my house, I will provide at least one walk per day (distance will vary on dog’s ability, but I usually take mine on a 3-mile walk). I will have play time and will accommodate any feeding schedule necessary. For dogs being cared for in YOUR home, I will happily work with you on his/her needs and schedule. :) Same for cats and other pets!

So when it comes to pet sitting in my home , depending on how trained the animals are I am some times able to have them roam free with my pets along with supervision or I tend to leash walk if that’s way doesn’t work out . I prioritize myself on keeping my pets safe and other people’s pets safe as well.

“Abigale was great! She stayed at our house for over 10 days to watch our English Mastiff, Meera, and our short-haired cat, Starlord. Abigale took great care of our animals, giving us picture updates regularly. We will definitely be using her again. A helpful tip for anyone interested in the 'House Sitting' service: On top of the Rover fee, we offered to provide a fully stocked fridge and pantry with items of her request. We also tipped her for the care she provided. These are not required, however, it does seem like something that should at least be offered to the sitter.”

Used to work with dogs that just came into a shelter that is no longer there I love to work with dogs, walk and dog sit. No dog is to small or to big. Love comes in all Sizes! Will come to you so they feel secure in their own home I have a fenced in yard. 3 Friendly dogs I prefer to do at your home so dogs are in their comfort zone and do not get stressed out
