“Kirsten and Nicolas were great! They sent pics during the whole stay and were very communicative. They also have a fenced in back yard that they let the dogs run around in. They updated us when the pups appetites were low, which I really appreciated. Both of our dogs tend to be anxious without us because they aren’t used to used to being alone, so it was also a big plus that they work from home. In the past we have had to send our pups to kennels because we don’t have friends or family near by who can watch them. They would be locked in a kennel all day and we would literally have to pay extra for belly rubs or time out of the kennel. I usually feel uneasy the whole trip but not this time. I could tell they were well taken care of and treated like one of their own. Thank you so much Kirsten and Nicolas!”

I’m reliable, detail-oriented, and treat every dog like they’re my own—making sure they get not just care but attention and affection too. Pets care fits really naturally into my routine. I’m done with school by 1:00 PM every day, so I have the whole afternoon and evening available for walks, drop-ins, or sitting. I do work out a few times a week (Monday and Wednesday from 4:30-5:30 PM, and Sunday mornings at 10:30 AM), but outside of those times I’m very flexible. I’m able to give pets consistent attention, stick to their routines, and be fully present with them instead of rushing in and out. Whether it’s daily walks, check-ins, or longer stays, I have plenty of time in my schedule to make sure they’re all well taken care of. I care for pets by keeping their routine as close to normal as possible so they feel comfortable and stress-free. In a client’s home, I follow all instructions closely—feeding schedules, walks, playtime, medications if needed— and make sure they’re getting plenty of attention, not just the basics. I keep things clean, send updates/photos, and make sure your pet feels safe while you’re away.

About: I grew up within a household with a variety of animals. At one point we had five dogs, a cat, a bunny, a guinea pig, three hamsters, 5 birds, a bearded dragon, and a gecko.
