They would be locked in a kennel all day and we would literally have to pay extra for belly rubs or time out of the kennel. I usually feel uneasy the whole trip but not this time. “Loni was wonderful! She was quick to respond and immediately eased my worries since it was our first time using the service. “This was my very first time boarding my 11-year-old Shih Tzu, Biscuit. I originally booked only 2 nights with Kristi but ended up extending for another night because my plans were disrupted by traffic and an accident on the way back from Chicago to Ohio. Kristi is very accommodating, and I can honestly say that her whole family took excellent care of Biscuit. “Sally was absolutely amazing with Hiccup. Her communication was consistent and proactive, and we received tons of pictures during his stay! He got exercise daily, and plenty of cuddles and playtime.
