“Booked for 2nd year in row with Angela and as always, Grayson had a wonderful stay! Background: I live in Terre Haute, Indiana and last year in October 2025 and this year in October 2026, Grayson, my Norwegian Elkhound - now 8 years old - and I road trip to Clinton NY. Family lives in Clinton as well as extended family in Massachusetts. I spend a week and half with my mom at her senior apartment which does not allow visiting pets, so Grayson stays with Angela during our stay. So thankful that I found Angela on Rover.com! Grayson fell in love with Angela and I think the feeling is mutual! Angela gives lots of walks and attention with photos and updates along the way! She is so caring and attentive and makes the whole process of caretaking seamless! I pick up Grayson to then travel to Massachusetts for a weekend to visit with extended relatives and then return Grayson to Angela until the final day to leave back for home! Angela really does make the process seamless, and we will be doing the road trip next year! Funny note: Grayson finally showed his stubborn sassy self this year with Angela and with communication between us and gentle correction, he calmed down and behaved nicely for the rest of the stay! So, if you have one of those breeds that is an independent thinker and likes their own way, Angela is your go to pet and home sitter!”

Im a bit of a high maintenance mom with Blue and I've experienced the thought of leaving him with someone while traveling, so I would love to help my fellow dog owners who are going through the same situation. Whether your dog needs play time, a calm companion, longer walks, or simply someone to keep them company, I want to make their time with me as comfortable and stress-free as possible. Most importantly, I treat every dog like one of my own. Pet care is a very important part of my daily routine, and I structure my day around the needs of the dogs in my care. I am flexible and able to adjust my schedule for walks, feeding times, playtime, and any special care instructions. I am home most of the day, which allows me to provide consistent attention, supervision, and companionship. Your dog’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I carefully follow your instructions and keep you updated throughout their stay. The premises in where I live has a large area of grass and mini trails. So your pup can easily enjoy walks and fresh air. There’s also a dog park within the premises if your dog enjoys off leash. It is generally empty and I would not go in unless it is private and no other dogs in it.
