The house was a nice space and well kept, and the yard was a super nice large space for the boys to rhomp. They were both really friendly and great with my pup, making my feel as ease to leave him with them. And their pup and mine got along really well, so that was a bonus that he had a buddy for the week! It was also really nice that I got pictures all week of the boys playing and chilling together. About: I have grown up around pets my whole life! Dogs, cats. I loved getting to know them all and take care of them. There personalities are all different much like a human and I am always excited to see who they really are. I am looking to get a part time job within the next two weeks. So more than not I will be able to watch and play with my new friends more! I have been around many dogs before even ones that are more aggressive. Over time I have started to learn the signs of two dogs who are uncomfortable with each other. I would never leave a dog with another dog that isn’t comfortable. I can crate the dog or have them there at different times.
About: I grew up with two cats, so I love cats as well as dogs. In 2019, I adopted an incredibly loving, gorgeous lab pit named Lucy, and she keeps me very active every day! She was a rescue dog, and although we were originally fostering her, I bonded with her too much to let her go. I’ve always been a natural introvert and have been drawn to the compassion of animals. Neighbors, friends, and family members have relied on me for years to stay at their homes with their animals, check up on them, and ensure they are being fed and well cared for while they are away. About: I've taken care of all different types of pets ranging from lizards to horses and sheep since I was young. Have taken care of family, friends, and neighbors pets as well as house sat while pet sitting. I have also worked on a family sheep farm and a friend's horse farm. I have been relied on to feed, walk and play with cats and dogs. I have been been responsible for changing bedding and bathe pets when required. I work and have school during the week and on Saturdays. I am available to take care of animals in the morning and evening/night. About: No dog deserves the kennel! Why settle for the pound when they can spend a night in a home with an owner-on-loan; either in your house on in a house that has raised two other pets from puppyhood to old age? Admittedly, there are stairs and hardwood floors in my house, but I have bought several carpets for my old dog to move around on and can lay them down for your dog’s convenience. We also have a big backyard that your dog will love to run around in (and no predators, unless you count woodchucks and geese) and a long leash that can go all the way to the end of the property line. I love dogs and after a day with me, your furry friend will mistake me for his mother. I’m most busy Wednesdays-Thursdays, so I marked them out on the calendar, but if petsitting is required for several days, that is easy to accommodate! I also don’t mind waking up every few hours to take a dog out—I have not quite reached the age where sleep is important. I won’t allow your dog to roam around outside unleashed (sorry, but I don’t want to lose them!), but when they’re outside, I’ll make sure they have the freedom to run around to their heart’s content. Additionally, I’m willing to walk them in any weather they’ll put up with and even let them sleep on the couch/spare bed, if they’re not too dirty.

Backyard is fully fenced. I’m working part time and am very flexible, punctual and organized. I also have a large Pacifica van for getting dogs to and from that can fit large crates. About: I am excited to join Rover because of my compassion for animals and their safety. I have been around animals my entire life and currently run a horse boarding facility and feral cat rescue! The health and safety of your animals is my top priority, and so is treating them with the kindness that I would want my own animals to be treated with. I am comfortable with dogs or all ages, and I am very attentive to puppies and kittens and elderly animals in need of medications or therapies. My hours surrounding my part time job, which is 3 to 4 hours in the afternoon, is very flexible. I am confident I can accommodate nearly every time or day and length of stay. In a client's home I will care for the pets however I am instructed. However, I will never allow an animal to free roam or allow the animal to be turned out in a fenced in area that I find unsuitable, regardless of instruction, as I do not want to be responsible for the animal's escape.

I will add, there is no option to add rates for animals aside from cats and dogs. I have an additional rate for animals in tanks or cages at a rate of $10 per tank/cage per day. About: No dog deserves the kennel! Why settle for the pound when they can spend a night in a home with an owner-on-loan; either in your house on in a house that has raised two other pets from puppyhood to old age? Admittedly, there are stairs and hardwood floors in my house, but I have bought several carpets for my old dog to move around on and can lay them down for your dog’s convenience. We also have a big backyard that your dog will love to run around in (and no predators, unless you count woodchucks and geese) and a long leash that can go all the way to the end of the property line. I love dogs and after a day with me, your furry friend will mistake me for his mother. I’m most busy Wednesdays-Thursdays, so I marked them out on the calendar, but if petsitting is required for several days, that is easy to accommodate! I also don’t mind waking up every few hours to take a dog out—I have not quite reached the age where sleep is important. I won’t allow your dog to roam around outside unleashed (sorry, but I don’t want to lose them!), but when they’re outside, I’ll make sure they have the freedom to run around to their heart’s content. Additionally, I’m willing to walk them in any weather they’ll put up with and even let them sleep on the couch/spare bed, if they’re not too dirty.

“Jenna and her husband were great. They worked around my crazy schedule to get my pup out there, and we're more than accommodating when I asked to pick him up early because I missed him! The house was a nice space and well kept, and the yard was a super nice large space for the boys to rhomp. They were both really friendly and great with my pup, making my feel as ease to leave him with them. And their pup and mine got along really well, so that was a bonus that he had a buddy for the week! It was also really nice that I got pictures all week of the boys playing and chilling together. All around excellent experience, I can't say enough good things to say how pleased I was with everything. I would certainly look Jenna up again to sit for my pup! Thank you!!”
