“Kathryn went above and beyond when watching Monte! We have never boarded Monte with someone we didn't know so we were a bit worried. However, he warmed right up to Kathryn during the meet and greet. The communication was great and she sent us pictures throughout his stay. We had some flight changes that resulted in us having to board Monte an additional night. Kathryn was more than happy and willing to keep Monte the additional night, which eased our worries. When we need to board Monte again, she will be our first choice!”
