About: Every pet has their own story-whether it's a specific dance they do before breakfast, a favorite squeaky toy they can't sleep without, or the exact spot on the couch they claim as theirs. As your pet sitter, my favorite job is keeping those unique stories going while you are away. I focus on overnight house sitting because let's face it, pets are happiest in their own beds and I can step into their normal routine. I make sure their meals are right on time, their walk hits all the best sniffing spots, and bedtime always invites plenty of belly rubs and cuddles. I also like the challenge of training a new pup or teaching an old pup a new trick! Retired animal lover with open availability and a true passion for pet care! After retiring, I decided to dedicate my free time to what I love most: keeping pets happy, safe, and comfortable. Because I don't have a traditional job to rush off to, your pet gets my full, undivided attention and companionship right in the comfort of their own home. Because I am retired, your home becomes my cozy haven, and your pet becomes my absolute priority. I don't just visit to fill bowls, and take care of "poo"; I step into their world to maintain the exact rhythm of their day so they feel completely safe, loved, and secure. From serving breakfast at their exact favorite hour, every task is done with patience and gentleness. My favorite part of the day is simply being present—whether that’s a lively afternoon game of fetch or laser tag, a gentle grooming session, or just sitting quietly on the couch so they have a warm lap to curl up on. I treat your home with the utmost respect and your pet like a cherished member of my own family, giving you total peace of mind and giving them a companion who truly loves being there.

About: I’ve had at least one dog all my life. I’ve helped to train 3 puppies in the last year. I will love your dog like they’re part of my pack! I currently have a full-time job with flex scheduling. I work from home most days Monday through Friday 8-5pm. I am available mornings, evenings, and weekends. I currently have one very friendly small dog that I can bring along to keep us company. We can play in your yard/home, walk around the neighborhood, or whatever else you would like.

About: I have had cats and dogs all my life. Currently I have thirteen fur/feather babies. Two cats, one Australian shepherd and ten chickens. My pup just turned a year old so I have more knowledge with younger pups. Can't wait to meet your fur babies! I am a stay at home mom and have flexible availability. I can be there for your fur babies practically whenever you need me! I have better weekday availability, while weekends require planning ahead. Whether you need me to walk your dog, come over to ease their anxiety or simply let them out to potty, I can meet all their needs. Or if you have a high energy dog like my Aussie, I can get some of that energy out by playing with them while you are at work.

About: Experience with dogs of all ages, sizes and temperaments. Have owned as many as 5 at one time, as well as fostering dogs, cats and kittens, including a special needs beagle with degenerative myelopathy (he had a cool wheelchair :) . I love them all and will care for them like they are my own. I will scratch and play and provide belly rubs on command. If I sit for your dog in my home, my cat, Frankie, will just roll her eyes and move on :) I am happy to work with the schedule you prefer for your furry kids, even if it's not the same as mine. While I no longer work from home, I still have plenty of time to care for dogs in my home, as I have done for my own dogs 😊 I have a fenced yard and a special “dog room” with toys a few different sized crates for when they need some space from my cat 😊.

About: Hello! I'm Renee and I have been an "animal person" since I was a child. Starting with the family pets that were usually strays that came to stay, until today, where I have a total of 5 rescue dogs with diverse sizes and personalities. More about them later! I worked at Pampered Pet Clinic in Hillsboro Oregon several years ago and assisted the vet with procedures, surgeries, vaccinations and medications. Does your pet need timed medications? I would be happy to help you with it. I have been involved with rescuing, transporting and fostering dogs through several rescues, including "Key to Happiness" rescue which rescued and healed many homeless and injured dogs and found them new forever homes. My approach to pet sitting is to make the animal as comfortable and happy as possible, depending on what that particular pet needs the most. Some need petting and cuddles and some need playing and activity or both. It is stressful when their family is away and I make sure to become their friend. I am not there to correct behaviors but to give them the love and security that they're missing with out their family. I also have had folks come in and look after my beloved pets when going out of town and I know that it feels a little odd with someone coming into your home. For that reason I treat your home with the utmost respect. I don't go into any rooms with doors closed and do not help myself to anything that you have not specified. I check and double check all door locks and gates and am familiar with alarm codes. Your keys stay on my keychain at all times until they returned to you. I'm a mature and stable homeowner in the area with stellar local references. I will be happy to meet and greet you in your home to make sure we are a good compatible fit and can't wait to meet your fur babies! I mostly work from my home doing my online selling and crafts so have full time availability for pet and house sitting in your home. Visits, walking and even overnights are available. If I am staying in your home while you are away I will periodically leave to manage my home and pets but never more than 4 hours. Because of the number of dogs in my home with varied temperaments and sizes I prefer to pet sit in your home, rather than mine. It keeps my pups more balanced and all pets are happier in their own environment.

About: I adopted a rambunctious shelter cat 5 years ago. She’s a wild child with a big personality! And I took in a stray cat about 2 years ago, who needed lots of care, including surgeries, food insecurity behaviors, etc. I’ve cared for cats my entire life, but these 2 girls have taught me how to handle the extremes. I am very knowledgeable about cats and their needs, and I can promise you, your baby will be taken care of as if they were my own (aka like perfect princess angels that I’d go to war for) I work from home, so I can immediately take care of any and all needs. I frequently check on my 2 cats, and have no issue stepping away from my desk if needed. In my home: My 2 cats have their own bedroom, catered to their playtime and nap time. They have free rein of the house, and are very welcoming to other cats. They are up to date on vaccinations and vet care, and they do not go outside for their safety. In your home: I will treat your pet(s) as if they were my own, with kindness and patience. I will follow your routine. I will be sure to change my clothes and take off my shoes to avoid any anxiety from smells of my own pets.

I also pay attention to subtle changes in behavior or mood so I can adjust my care to what your dog needs in the moment. My family and friends often ask me first to watch their dogs because they know I will take care of both their pets and their home as if they were my own. I’m experienced with feeding, walks, playtime, and providing attention and reassurance. I follow any instructions you provide to make sure your dog feels safe, happy, and well cared for. I work a consistent weekday schedule (8am-5pm), but I make time for pet care before and after work, and can do a midday check-in during my lunch break with a little advance notice. Your pet will still get regular attention, care, and company throughout the day. When caring for pets in your home, I always make it a priority to respect your space and follow your pet’s routine as closely as possible. I know how important consistency is and I do my best to keep things calm and familiar while you’re away. I’m very mindful about things like securely locking doors, keeping a clean environment, and making sure your pet stays safe and comfortable at all times. I’m very respectful of your home and will always leave things as I found them. I pay close attention to details and will follow any instructions you provide, whether that’s feeding routines, medications, or specific preferences your pet has. I will also keep you updated with regular messages and photos, so you always know how your pet is doing and can have peace of mind while you’re away. At this time, I offer care in clients’ homes only, which allows pets to stay in their own comfortable, familiar environment.

About: I have experience with pets and can groom walk and play with them. I am very good with pets I love them. I’m so excited! I am a college student and I am off school right now. I have plenty of time to help out anyone that needs it please I would take them out and also make them comfortable if they are staying overnight. Regular meals and fun walks. About: I have been taking care of animals since I was a child, but have had my 3 cats for 13 years now. I recently moved, so I let them live with my mom sadly, I do miss them. Outside of my cats, I have helped walk and care for other dogs the past few years. If you give special instructions on how you would like for me to care for your dog/cat, I will do exactly that since I will be coming to your place and/or walking them. UPDATED AS OF 6/16/26- for now please refer to this update until life gets less busy. I have a 2 year old so I cannot watch your animals at your home at this current time, but I would still love to drop in and take care of them through the day or take them on walks. I can care for them at my home also. The hours listed below are still correct 😊 I work Monday-Friday until 3:30pm, but I can also come before work, take my lunch to let your pups out for a potty break half way through my shift! I always am off on the holidays. I do have every Saturday and Sunday completely free. After 3:30pm on the weekdays I have the entire day to spend with your animals :) I will follow all your instructions you give me for caring for your animals. I will always treat them like I would my own animals!

About: I'll make sure your animal is well taken care of. I will treat them like my own. From a morning walk to a relaxing night, I'll be there for your animal. For me, fur baby care comes before myself. They get fed when it's time to eat, never late on that. Don't forget the morning treats for those teeth either. I always have an extra leash in my car. No fur baby ever leaves my eye site. I always walk the yard to make sure there is nothing that can harm them.
