“I was quite nervous to board my 2 dogs for 5 nights. They are not used to staying with strangers. When I arrived at his house, there seemed to be a lot of dogs there, over ten, some big ones. I told Matt that I felt nervous seeing all those dogs. He brought the biggest dog out to socialize with my dog, and she was clearly gentle and well socialized. Matt sent me regular batches of photos, which eased my anxiety. My dogs were out socializing with several of the dogs I had seen at drop off. The backyard looked very clean. I imagine he must work hard to take care of so many dogs and keep it all so tidy. When I picked my dogs up, they seemed healthy and happy.”

We wanted him to feel the warmth of family and having kids around. Marie and her family took such good care of Bear during two separate stays! Instructions were followed and regular photo updates were sent reassuring us Bear was doing good. They were very accommodating with slight schedule changes and communication was excellent. Ruby was so welcoming and patient with my Rottweiler, Rexie! I was so nervous cause this is her first time staying with another family and she can be so stubborn and particular. But Ruby was so understanding and communicated well with us and with Rex. She sent daily pics and videos of my pup sleeping and hanging out or playing with her kids. Rexie had the best time! Ruby even washed her blankets and bed before I picked her up, thank you so much!!

Albert took great care of my dog despite my dog causing a few small issues at the beginning of the stay. He was very good at sending daily updates with pictures and would always respond to any messages in a timely matter. I will be going back to him again if I need a sitter for my dog.
