About: I’ve taken care of neighbors, friends, and family pets, ranging from cats to dogs. I took care of my dog Stella, and she was my best friend. I work from home in the morning until 11am, and then I have to go into office. I’m usually done work and home by 5:30 most days. My dog Stella was house-trained, but we let her outside to run around and for fresh air. We took her on walks in the park as well.

About: I’ve taken care of many different animals in my life ranging from beta fish to lizards to small dogs to big dogs. I’m confident in dealing with any issues that may arise I’m currently the owner of a golden retriever and a brown lab golden retriever mix that have trained as seeing eye dogs but unfortunately dropped out of the program for minor health reasons. I take them out every morning and afternoon and night. I feed them most days as my spouse does some days as well. My moto is let them have fun but be safe about it. For example in our apartment we will throw the toy up and down the hallway but we make sure that nothing breakable is in the way. We are also lucky enough to have a field close by with a long lead to let them run around and play fetch with them.

I can pick up your pup up for a small fee I am Marissa! I have been around all types of dogs my entire life, from Yorkies to Rottweilers! I am extremely attentive and your pets safety is my top priority. I am well versed in handling strong, powerful animals. I have a fur angel, Luna, who we just lost in September 👼 So I am going through withdrawal 😞 I can’t wait to get to meet and love on your animals and give them all sorts of lovings! I have a 13 year old son and a 4 year old daughter who LOVES animals more than I do, which is crazy. But we’ve had pets the whole time he’s been alive! Me, I have had a pet since the time I was 2 and ever since my first dog, Molly, I knew I’d always need a furry child in my life at all times! If I do have to step out, I typically leave the dogs uncrated unless otherwise stated. All dogs are leashed when on a walk and going out to use the restroom. I currently work from home and get very lonely during the day! Having a fur baby to keep me company and let me share my love and affection to would be awesome! I also can work from anywhere and everywhere! So I’m completely flexible and open to whatever 😊 Yes, your fur child/children can sleep in bed with me if that is okay with you. I can easily crate your dog if needed! I do not have a fenced in yard but I would be able to bring the babies to dog parks since I can work from anywhere! I will send you daily photos & updates on our adventures!

“Our family was going on vacation for a week and we decided to hire someone to walk our Siberian Husky, Mya, every day. This was our first time using this kind of service and we were quite apprehensive about entrusting the care of our dog to a stranger. After reviewing a number of profiles, we decided on Heather as Mya's dog walker. Heather has a quiet, confident demeanor and both of my dogs felt comfortable with her right away. Her love of dogs was evident when she also inquired about my 16 year old Shepherd mix, Jackson, who has difficulty standing and walking due to his progressive spinal degeneration. If Jackson had made his way outside through the dog door when Heather returned from the walk, she always made sure he was able to get back inside. We really appreciated her concern for his safety as the days are still quite warm. We received a detailed report with photos every time Mya went for her walk. I could see that infamous husky smile in the pics so I knew that Mya was enjoying her walks with Heather. All in all, we got lucky finding Heather on Rover.com. We highly recommend her and we will be using her again in the near future.”
