My ultimate goal is to give your dog a home away from home when they’re in my care. Your baby will be well taken care of. About: I grew up with dogs + cats and have experience raising puppies, handling senior dogs, and dogs with minor special needs (mobility issues and vision-impaired). I have worked with animal rescues as a foster for dogs as well! As for cats, I have fostered nearly 50 kittens and adult cats, and have experience with special needs cats! I also have experience with animals such as rabbits, lizards, fish, guinea pigs/hamsters. I currently have no form of employment and can spare most of my time for pet-care. I am willing to do overnights, drop-ins, and playtime or dog walks! I cannot do boarding as I have animals of my own and avoiding a potential problem is the priority. My pets are well-cared for and since they all came from rescues, their specific needs are taken into account. The cats have their own separate litter boxes, the dogs get plenty of playtime and sunshine. Your pet's safety is a non negotiable for me, it is so important to me that your pet feels comfortable with me no matter what we're doing. Establishing a bond with an animal can be the most rewarding experience in the world! When talking about safety with any pet, I take a precautious approach with anything that could become an 'oops!' or a 'hey you, get that out of your mouth!' moment. So I will always take precautions with anything being left out unmonitored like toys, food, anything chewable, stringy, or soft toys, etc. I never want to have to think twice about a preventable accident with your pet, so I always take the time to keep everyone safe. This goes especially for walks, your dog or cat's safety is always going to be at the front of my mind when interacting with any other furry friends nearby, as it is always better to be safe than sorry. Every pet needs a different relationship approach, and different play styles! There are some pets who just want to cuddle, ones who need specific play-styles to be interested, and others who need someone up to the task of frizbee-ing the Tasmanian Devil out of them! I know personally one of my cats only wants to lazily swat at one specific toy he keeps losing, and the other wants to run and leap around for 20 minutes straight. I am dedicated to learning what your pet really likes so they have a great time with me, and you can go to work, over a friends, or on vacation without a worry that they living their best life.

“Raelyn was wonderful! She picked up and dropped Max off which was incredibly helpful for us with conflicting job schedules and three kids. That added service made our night away possible. She also is so quick to respond and provides info and photos while she watches your fur baby. Max seemed so relaxed in the photos and he came home happy. We had a poor prior experience with a different Rover sitter and he came home shaking. I totally trust Raelyn and will gladly use her again.”
“OMG! Alyssa and Marcus were amazing!!! It was Sam's first time being away from home. I was super nervous because he can get a little anxious and I didn't know how he would adjust to being away from home. We thought about it over some time and Alyssa and Marcus were able to accomodate our plans last minute. Before the reservation was even finalized, they were so helpful and reassuring. They kept me updated throughout his stay with so many pictures and reassurances. It really put my mind at ease. Sam had such a good time with Zara, Alyssa, and Marcus...I think he was upset he had to leave! I can't imagine sending him anywhere else. I definitely weill be booking with them again.”

“Ginger was amazing! She really helped us out in a last minute situation and took great care of our dog. She sent photo updates which I really appreciated. We don't leave/travel too often, and the photos just showed us how happy our dog was staying with Ginger. She was comfy and clearly made some friends and enjoyed getting lots of attention! We plan to use Ginger again when we travel in the future and would recommend to anyone looking for a private sitter over a kennel.”

She sent lots of adorable photo updates throughout the stay, which gave me so much peace of mind. Marissa is incredibly caring, thoughtful, and trustworthy. She paid close attention to all of the care instructions and special details I shared about Rho, and it was clear she genuinely wanted Rho to feel comfortable and at home. She even gave Rho a bath after she had an accident in her crate, which I really appreciated, and surprised us with homemade treats and cute gifts! Rho came home happy and settled back in right away, which tells me she had a wonderful time. I truly appreciate all the love and care Marissa gave her, and I wouldn't hesitate to book with her again. I highly recommend Marissa to anyone looking for a responsible, attentive, and dependable sitter!”

Her home was lovely and very pet friendly, and she asked lots of questions to make sure Sauce would be comfortable, well cared for, and a good fit in her home overnight. While we were away, she sent pictures and kept me updated on how Sauce was doing and what he was up to, which gave me great peace of mind. Heather was super pleasant, easy-going, and clearly thoughtful about the dogs she cares for. Sauce seemed happy and comfortable with her, and I would absolutely use Heather again.”
