About: Animals—especially dogs—are my passion! I have over a decade of experience pet-sitting and grooming dogs, and have owned, fostered and cared for dogs, cats and exotic pets of all breeds and sizes in my home since I was very young. I have always been particularly passionate about caring for and working with dogs. I am the proud owner of two Australian Shepherds, who I enjoy training in behavior and agility. I have a fenced-in backyard and two friendly Australian Shepherds to keep your dog company. Your dog will have as much supervised outside play time as they would like, and will have free roam of the main floor of my house at other times. If you prefer your pet to be crated at times, just let me know your preference and I’ll be happy to accommodate. ***Note: to avoid stomach upset/any allergic reactions, dogs in my care will ONLY be given food and/or treats supplied and approved by their owner. Additionally, to help protect my family, home and other dogs in my care, I ask that owners please ensure their dogs are up to date with flea/tick/worm preventative. If parasites are found, a $100 cleaning fee will apply.***

About: I’ve had all kinds of animals and breeds ranging from snakes to huskies and pitbulls. I also worked at the local Petsmart for a short time. I am a stay at home fur mom always looking to help others. I have 4 cats and 2 dogs (husky and German Shepard/American bulldog) myself. I have a fenced in backyard, tons of toys and lots of time to take care of and play with the animals. I enjoy running and engaging with them.

About: I have had dogs my entire life, and got my own dog when I was 14. Now there are 3 dogs at my house that I take care of during the day. I am attentive to the behavior of dogs and have a general understanding of it. I currently work at a museum on Monday and Tuesday, and am free any other time during the week. I am also a college student, and will be going back to school in late August. I will go on walks, play games and give your dog plenty of attention. Considering I have three dogs at my house, I am not comfortable bringing a client’s dog to my house in case there is a bad reaction to each other.

About: Hi, my name is Amelia Reedy. I have been taking care of dogs all my life, whether it be for neighbors or family, and have experience with all sizes of furry friends. Currently within my home, I take care of my two middle-aged dogs. I also often take care of my grandmother’s senior chocolate lab. My childhood pet whom my family had for 16 years, Sierra, was an Australian Cattle Dog with lots of energy, so I am also quite experienced with active pups that require considerable amounts of exercise. Overall, my goal is take care of your companions in a manner that will keep both them and you as happy and comfortable as possible! I am currently enrolled at Virginia Commonwealth University, so I am a seasonal sitter for the summer months and will be available during breaks as well. I am free and flexible to watch dogs each day of the week. Sunday evenings are the only times which I am unavailable to do so. I am available to care of your pet at your home, as I have three dogs of my own in my home that are sometimes unpredictable with new dogs.

This role gave me a lot of experience in taking care of many pets at once, including feeding and watering on a schedule, walks and play time, and administering medication. About: I have been around dogs my whole life. They truly are a man’s bestfriend. At home I have a beautiful white lab, he is 95lbs of pure love thinking he’s a lapdog. I also have a King Charles Cavalier that is the princess of the house. She is so happy and spunky and keeps us all laughing. Previously I have owned Cocker Spaniels, other Labs and a Maltese. I started dogsitting when I was 11 years old. I had just arrived at my grandparents house and I saw this little dog wandering around and he ran right to me and I saw the owner walking towards me up the road. The puppy let me pick him up and we walked all the way to the owner. He and his wife were pilots so whenever they were flying I was working and I was ecstatic to have my first job looking after their two dogs. Through the years I’ve done Bathing, walks, feeding, medications, shots , vet trips, etc. I truly love dogs and seeing them happy, and giving their families peace of mind that their beloved pups will be well loved while they are gone. I send texts and pictures of each visit and keep in communication with the family. If you choose to trust me with your four legged family member I guarantee they will be well taken care of and loved. I am a teacher so I have Summers to offer. My Schedule throughout the school year fills up so book in advance because I also do tutoring, and nannying throughout the week. In the clients home I would provide feelings, walks, medication, or whatever else the puppy would need. If there is a history of dogfights or biting I am not the person for you.

About: I've consistently had at least one cat and dog in my household at all times, if not two! I took Small Animal Care 1&2 in high-school. Durring summer breaks I went to horse camp where we learned how to safely handle, ride, and groom horses. I occasionally take care of my neighbors chickens when they go on vacation.
