I often talk to any animal quite a bit because I believe a calm tone of voice is good for them psychologically. Additionally, I have taken care of multiple dogs and cats throughout the years, working in kennel facilities and through ownership, and I understand what is required to keep them happy and healthy. I have a flexible schedule, with much time to ensure your pets get the exercise he or she needs, and the attention they deserve. They won't be lonely while you're away! Additionally, I can administer any medications necessary and follow any special dietary restrictions. Your cats and dogs are in good hands with me! I center taking care of my own animals around my daily schedule. I do my best to keep their regular feeding times ,and for my dogs walking times at expected hours. It can be difficult, but it wouldn't be fair for them to not know what to expect. So ultimately, I adjust my required needs around their schedule in terms of errands, and etcetera. I care for pets in a way they are accustomed to; meaning regular schedules for feeding, walks and/or medication. About: I have ample room and time to love on your fur babies!! I currently do not have any dogs but love them all! I also have a basement with a separate gate if your pet needs space by itself. I live close to the mountains so if you want to take the day to hike/explore sperryville I am your go to:) I work from home and love my animals!! I am fortunate to have the flexibility to take care of my farm animals and others when needed. I own a small farm with plenty of space for walking and also have a fenced in garden than I can use during the colder months for secure play for dogs.
About: I’ve taken care of cats since I was younger, cleaning the litter box once a day every day. I deep clean it with a hose, and dawn dish soap once a month and refill it with new litter. We have a dog yard plus 5 acres. All dogs stay in our extra bedroom, which is now considered the dog room. I personally have two dogs, a cattle dog and a husky mix. I’ve taken care of dogs for many years, my friends and family always ask if I can watch their dogs and make sure they go out and use the bathroom, are feed and have water. And most importantly that they play their little heart out. I’m currently part-time, so I’ll have all the time in the world to make sure your animals are well take care of and that means more play time! I’m available all week after noon. I have a fenced backyard, and I’m easily able to put my cats up, giving your pup all the love and attention they need and deserve!

About: I love all dogs, no matter the shape or size. When I was younger, I never had a dog of my own, but all the dogs in my neighborhood were "mine" when I went to visit them. I love letting dogs snuggle up with me when they're all tuckered out. Unfortunately, I am severely allergic to cats, so I only accept dogs.
