Pet Sitting in Penrose

About: I have worked with pets for all of my adult life. I began working at an animal shelter in Kentucky and volunteering with several rescues at age 19. I have sense transitioned into a career in veterinary medicine. I have some training experience from previous jobs and have experience with many different breeds. I’m experienced with senior pet care as well as administering medication! I have recently found out I am pregnant so I am now home daily for pet care. Can provide frequent potty breaks for puppies or older pets. I also have a young dog of my own for playing. We have a small fenced yard, for larger or more high energy pets we do leash walk if okay with owner. I have lick mats and puzzle feeders for more high energy pets that I do not mind providing.

About: I have owned dogs cats and horses for over 20 years! I volunteered at a therapeutic animal ranch for 4 years and enjoy being around all animals. I love jogging and walking, and anything outdoors. I am able to administer medication and care for senior animals as well. I currently work part time however my schedule allows for a lot of flexibility as I am able to pick up and drop shifts. I am willing to travel as well. I have 3 acres of fully fenced yard where your babies can run and play. Pets are allowed and encouraged to sleep on the bed!

About: I have personally owned dogs as long as I can remember. From Rottweilers to Chihuahuas. I have dog sat numerous times, between boarding at my house and house sitting at a client’s home. I’m a true dog-lover at heart. I love dogs in all shapes and sizes. They are the most loving and most loyal. They really are better than most people! Lol. I have 2 mini poodles - Penelope and Winston. They are sweet, playful, and love hosting new and familiar friends! I also have experience in taking care of senior dogs including: administering meds, feeding picky eaters, helping with potty breaks, helping with walks, etc. I have personally trained all of the dogs that I have owned. I have lots of puppy experience and don’t believe in “You can’t teach an old dog new tricks.” as I have also trained older dogs that I have rescued. I currently work from home and I am usually off by late afternoon/early evening. I can be home with your baby. We can play and take as many potty breaks as needed. I also don’t work on the weekends and like to fill my weekends up with fun activities! I have a fenced in backyard and a safe neighborhood to go on walks. Your doggo would have complete freedom of the house (as long as I’m home, of course). Doggies are allowed on the furniture and allowed to sleep with me. If they are crate trained, of course that’s okay too.

About: I have had dogs and cats, newborn to senior since I was grade school age. Never had a house without animals. They are a joy to be around. Would love to help care for your members of your family I am retired, and have two amazing cats. I am available to care for your pets when needed. Always have time for the love of animals. I would follow the instructions you have for your home and pets. Can bathe/groom them and give medication if needed. I'm the first of your home.

About: Not only have I had many fur babies over the years, I have a very special place in my heart for them. Throughout the years, I have also cared for other people's fur babies. I currently work full time with set hours. I can easily accommodate to morning and evenings schedules, including weekends. There isn't much in a schedule I couldn't accommodate. I have a privacy fencedbyard with lots of room to run. It is a very safe area to have dogs in and close proximity to the library for walking.

About: I’ve been around dogs my whole life. I grew up on a family farm in the Midwest, we raised multiple breeds and 4H projects included dog training. I helped establish two dog training programs in two prisons in the Midwest. I served for a few years on the board of a nonprofit no kill shelter in the Midwest. I have two American Shelter Dogs that are well socialized and love going out on the trails. Both behaved well enough I am 100% comfortable off leash as long as trail rules allow. My boys are just part of life in the country. We live on 40 acres. I have 1.5 miles of walking trails. We go on regular walks at home for the week we don’t make it to the trails. I am self employed and try to maintain an available schedule. My home offers an open floor plan and the outdoors offers 40 acres with 1.5 miles of maintained walking trails. Outside time with your pup will be on leash until I am comfortable with our bond. Visits at your home will be an opportunity for play time in their own environment based on their likes and needs.

About: I've trained my own cat to do many useful behaviors to make her life easier. I volunteer at the humane society. I've previously trained other peoples dogs as well as my own. I'm currently looking for work, so I'll have plenty of time to play with your pets! I am available most Sun., Mon., Thur., Sat. Between 11am-3pm. I can follow carefully written instructions if needed. I will feed and water your pets, walk dogs or play if needed and cats get play time.

As a stay-at-home mom, I have a flexible weekday schedule that allows me to be present and attentive throughout the day. I’m able to accommodate morning, midday, and evening visits, as well as extended care when needed. My routine allows pets frequent check-ins, consistent feeding times, medication administration, and plenty of attention and supervision. I have multiple areas in my home where your pet can stay either with my pets or separately, depending on their comfort level. Pets are welcome inside, and if they prefer or require crate time, I’m happy to provide a crate as well. I prioritize a calm, safe, and flexible environment tailored to each pet’s needs.
