About: I've been taking care of my own animals my whole life. Neighbors, friends, and family started hiring me for pet care when I was still in high school. I love the stark difference in pet personalities and learning how each of them likes to be cared for. Examples of my past & present clientele: - A family with 7 chihuahuas of varying ages and levels of crazy - A brand new hyperactive Bernedoodle puppy whom I still care for regularly (she's 4 now!) - A sweet lab who liked long, slow walks and bananas - A moody cat who could not care less about me (I have slowly earned the blessing of giving head pats to them now) - A tortoise who inspires me to slow down and eat more greens *my home is a safe space for people and pets from all walks of life* I am currently working from home, so I have plenty of time to care for and play with your pet(s)! I love being and walking outside and having an animal companion to join me is always a pleasure. We have a large back porch and yard for sniffing around. If your pet requires extra exercise, we have a quiet neighborhood to walk around in. We have a dog bed in almost every room, space for you to bring a crate, or an area that can be closed off overnight if necessary or requested. There are few places in the house that the dogs don't have access to out of an abundance of safety. Otherwise, they are welcome to make themselves at home! If I care for an animal in your home, I will let you and your pet take the lead!

About: I’ve had many animals growing up (I lived on a farm!) and even now. I’m extremely passionate about all kinds of animals & living things. I have much experience with pets, as I am the sole owner of a cat and pit bull and have taken care of my dad's two lab/shepherds in the past. I am here to care for your animals as you would (or better, like the fun auntie :)) while you are away from them! I just left my corporate job and am taking a much needed break, so my schedule is very open and flexible, so I will make all the time for your animals at your request. I will walk + play with them to give them some attention while you're away :) I will accept your pet as a part of the family and ensure all their needs are met. At your house, I will play with them, give them some love and, of course, take the doggo's on long walks or around a park if available + they have extra energy.

About: In my opinion, animals are the best thing in the world! Especially when they become pets. I am a nurse at Johns Hopkins Hospital, but I have always had other passions. One passion would definitely be my love for animals and nature! When I am not at the hospital I would love to get to know you and your family pet! I love all animals so much ... I got allergy weekly/biweekly shots (2 in each arm) to prove it!! I am super interested in caring for your family pet and making them feel like you never left home! About: Growing up, learning to take care of different kinds of animals was encouraged. From guinea pigs to horses, I have seen it all. Now living on my own, and having a dog and cat of my own, I know how important it is to have someone you can trust to take care of your animals. I have experience giving a wide variety of medication to both dogs and cats. I do my best to follow any schedule or instructions given by parents and to communicate as much as possible throughout the stay! I’m currently not working so I have plenty of time to care for your animals. I do have a dog and a cat of my own that I will need to stop to check in on during the day, but I do have someone who can stay with them during the night if you do need overnight sitting. I currently only offer pet sitting in the client’s home. I do my best to follow all rules and instructions given, I do prefer any specifics (feeding amounts, any medications, etc.) to be written down just so I can reference back if I need!

About: I've always been around animals. Whether it was family pets or animals I showed in FFA, I've always had animals near and dear to my heart. Currently I'm working part time and have lots of time to devote to your fur babies. I'm available for house sitting, drop in visits, or dog walking (they can help me get my 10,000 steps in) I understand all things routine involving fur babies, I can walk them when needed, play and take care of them so you have peace of mind while you're out.

About: I have experience, taking care of cats, dogs, and chickens. I am willing to take care of smaller animals, such as hamsters, birds or guinea pigs as well. During the summer, I am home most days of the week. I am a full time teacher so I am off during the summer. Therefore I am very reliable and flexible with times. I have a fenced in yard that’s big enough for dogs to get some exercise. I have two kids who enjoy seeing and meeting new animals.

About: I LOVE DOGS!! What more can I say? I have had dogs in my family, of my own and taken care of family dogs practically since I was born. I've been around dogs of all shapes and sizes and love all of them, no matter what! I have had experience with special diets, dog walking and even diabetic dogs (using diabetic test strips and glucometer). Sometimes I like to think of myself as a dog whisperer: I can get along with all dogs and read what they need or want. I'm also great at helping dogs to heal or get over their fears! I especially love giving and receiving loves (hugs, kisses and lots of cuddles and petting)! Give me your doggie babies! :D I would love to take care of them!

About: Hello, I’m Kirsten. I have been actively dog sitting for the last 5 years in and around Washington county and Frederick county. As well as the surrounding areas. (Mount airy, woodbine, Frederick, smithsburg, Hagerstown. etc) As of September 2026 we do have a newborn. I do both overnights in your home and boarding opportunities in our home. I can work from home most days which allows a very flexible schedule. I am willing to accommodate for what ever needs are present and will make sure your pet is well taken care of. I do have a fenced in yard, no restrictions at my home as far as where the dog can go, they can sleep in my bed if they would like.

About: I am a Psychology and Social Work student in my masters and I love animals. I specialize in animals who are seniors, or have special needs. Specifically, animals that require gentle care and a calm demeanor. I have 2 cats, fish, and an aquatic turtle. I have and cared for pit bulls, boxers, labs, Jack Russells, and a mini pincher. I have also cared for parrots and chickens. I am responsible, detail oriented, and patient. Meaning you can give me very detailed instructions and l will read and follow them even if you think they’re silly ;). I currently work as a care giver during the day on weekends part-time. I also have an internship I’m working at during the week, so my schedule will be changing soon when that ends, I will have much more availability. Right now, Mondays and Thursdays I am completely available! In the evenings and nights as well as mornings before 9am I am also available every day. I will feed, walk, and play with your dog or cat depending on what activities they enjoy. I like to take long walks and I don't mind taking animals with me for a ride or to the park. I will follow instructions exactly. I will give snuggles, baths, and clean up messes as well if needed.
