My husband remember about Rover and he find Renee, she responded very quickly asking the situation and accept our booking. Without hesitation, she stepped in and went out of her way to pick up our dog for us. She was incredibly sweet, caring, and compassionate, exactly what we needed in that moment. She treated our puppy with so much love and care, like he was her own, and kept us updated and send us pictures of him smiling and acting like he is at home.
