This trip was especially stressful because I am new to Santa Fe, just moved, and am away for two weeks. Stephanie has been communicative, diligently, and amazing. She even brought over a laser for my Master who has been quite vocal about hers being lost in the move. She has been so caring and diligent in play time, feeding, and minding the house in general. I feel so much better knowing Stephanie is around to care for my Master and my space while I am away.”

About: I have had cats and dogs and cared for them since I was old enough to, about 20 years. I have done a good amount of pet sitting and walking. I volunteered for a couple summers at my local veterinarian office. I get along very well with animals and they always like me. I love the outdoors and I love to walk around with dogs. I work in film in Northern NM and would love to do this as a job during slower months, such as the winters. I especially understand that work schedules can get in the way of you being with your beloved pets and the need for quality pet care. I often have a more open schedule than many to work around all your needs! I would love the opportunity to care for and spend time with your fur baby! I am currently on a hiatus from the film industry because of slowdowns, so I have more time than many to watch your fur babies! To care for pets in my home or other's homes I will feed them, play with them, brush them, cleanout litter box where applicable. Walk them if applicable.

About: My family has always had pets so I'm comfortable with everything from cats and dogs to turtles and chickens. Young, old, wild, lazy, medicated, need to be medicated, I've dealt with it all. I've babysat and petsat for a variety of people off the books over the years and haven't had any complaints or issues. I like to send update photos to pet parents since I know leaving the babies with strangers can be a stressful experience. I work at the Lab Monday - Friday, 7-4ish. Otherwise, I'm open for business. Adjustments to my 4 o'clock time can be made with advanced warning. I can drop in or hang out as needed. Let me know. Santa Fe residents: I work at the Lab Monday - Friday, 7-4ish. That is a long stretch when including commute. If your pet needs to be let out for potty breaks or medication during weekdays, please keep this in mind. Like I said I can make adjustments with enough warning. I leave my availability as it is because I occasionally have a client in Los Alamos/White Rock that I can accommodate easier. Rover simply doesn't allow that kind of distinction on the basic settings so I try to be up front here. I can't board unfortunately but I can hang out on your home turf. This tends to be most comfortable for your pet anyway. I can drop in or stay the night, both are fine with me.

About: Growing up and not having pets only made me love them even more as an adult! I have pet sat for many friends, including overnight and enjoy it each time. It’s like spoiling your nieces and nephews but in furry form. Pet care is just a bonus for me, it allows me to love on furry friends, as I do not have any myself. Simply because my housing does not allow it. Weekends are ideal but if it’s stopping by and checking in in the morning or evening, I am absolutely available! The great thing about animals is they can sense the kind of person you are and if they like you or not. Respecting a pets space is just as important as a humans space. I’m like their aunt, I’d spoil them with walks, pets, treats and lots of cuddles!

About: While I have had dogs my whole life, I have also worked in a pet boarding facility. I have helped dogs of all ages, with differing needs. About: When I was 7, I helped train my cousins' dog, and from that moment on, I’ve been passionate about working with animals. I've cared for my family dog for the past 16 years, gaining experience with everything from daily walks to gentle training. Over the years, I’ve helped countless friends and relatives with their dogs, whether it’s house-sitting, basic obedience, or just giving them lots of affection. While I don’t currently have a dog of my own, I’d love the chance to spend more time around pups, giving them the love, snuggles, and care they deserve. Pet care fits naturally into my routine. About: Dogs, and all animals, have been an integral part of my life since I was born. I helped to raise 3 wonderful family dogs and one of my own - all whom sadly but lovingly are no longer with us. In MI during high school I started my dog and house sitting business all through word of mouth. That continued after college and has been something I love to do throughout the years. I have experience with training puppies as well as medication administration and support for elderly dogs. I’m fortunate to have a flexible schedule to welcome the care of animals into my day. It’s great for all of us to get more walks and cuddles in! I will also listen to what the pet owner feels is best for their pet. About: Hello I'm Madeline, and I'm here to care for your pet just as I do for my own! I love cats and dogs alike, and have taken care of many different breeds and personality types over the years. I've yet to find any pet that I can't handle! Your pets will be loved and cared for so you don't have to worry while you are away :) For Boarding: I live on 5 acres of a wonderful pinon paradise, where your dog(s) can play and hike to their heart's content! I take my own pup for 3 walks a day, so yours will get plenty of exercise. And if they don't mind the car, I'm happy to take them to parks and longer hikes if you like! They can sleep in their own bedroom or in a fully furnished cosy workshop if they prefer. I work from home so will give them my full attention 24/7. I pay very close attention to any specific needs for diet, behavior, or whatever special instructions you give. I love to send photos and updates as often as you like, so you can see they are happy and healthy! If it's drop-in visits only, I give my full attention to playing, hugging, entertaining your pets the entire time I'm there. I hate leaving my pets behind while I travel, so I know how to ensure other owners that their pets are cared for as if they were my own :) I currently work my own schedule so can be flexible with whatever your pets needs may be. If they are boarding in my home, they will have 24/7 attention. I own 5 acres with a good portion fenced in if staying at my home. I love energetic hikes and walks and will cater to your dog's fitness level. I take my own cat outdoors on a harness and would be happy to train yours too! Whatever level of care your pet is accustomed to, I will deliver the same while they are in my care.

About: I am a friendly neighborhood dog walker, available to care for your pets needs. Reliable, trustworthy, and a good communicator. I'm comfortable with cats as well. I currently work part time, and on my own schedule, so I am available to tailor my schedule to help better suit your pets' needs. I can come in a timely fashion to your home to feed, walk, and provide love and care for your animals. I have my own transportation and can take your animals to the vet in case of an emergency.
