“Max was a FANTASTIC rover. Cowboy is weary around dogs yet Max took the time introducing Cowboy to other dogs and by the end of the weekend he was fine with all of them! He was tired but so so happy when we went to pick him up, which means max gave him plenty of exercise and love. Max talked us through cowboy’s behavior and sent updates throughout the weekend. Max is a very knowledgeable dog trainer and took the time to get to know cowboy and help with some of his reactivity in just a weekend. We will only be using Max for future rovering. He is truly the best!!”

About: I’ve been around dogs my whole life — from raising a puppy to caring for multiple dogs at once. Whether your pup is young and energetic or a bit of a senior citizen who needs a gentler touch, I’ll love and care for them both. Looking forward to your dog having a second home with The Doggy Inn. I’m an attorney, and home nearly the whole day and available to give your pet the love and care it needs. See the general schedule below (can be flexible based on your dog’s needs): • Morning (6:00-7:00 am): potty break, breakfast, and play/exercise • Between Hours (extra potty breaks when needed + random play time; well-behaved dogs may roam the house, otherwise, dogs may be crated or have limited roaming) • Mid-Day (11:00-12:00 pm): potty break and play/exercise • Between Hours • Evening (4:30-5:30 pm): potty break, dinner, and play/exercise • Between Hours • Bedtime (9:00-9:15 pm): potty break For your dog's optimal stay: What to bring: - Your dog's food, collar + leash; feel free also to bring (i.e., optional) treat, toys, bed/sleeping mat, etc. During the night, when I'm not at the house, and some other times during the day (see "Between Hours" on my schedule), your dog may be temporarily placed in a crate/kennel. If your dog is good on a leash, I will take it for walks; otherwise, I can play lots of games in the yard (which is over an acre) for exercise and fun. If you want your dog freshened up, I will give the dog a simple bath for $15-75, depending on size and hair length. General Health (for the safety of your dog and myself): - Vaccines: Your dog must be up-to-date on its vaccines (e.g., Rabies). - Flea treatment: Your dog must have current flea treatment (within the last 30 days). The Doggy Inn does not accept short-snouted dogs (e.g., pit bulls).

“There are not enough good things to say about Amiee. We had a sitter cancel last minute as we were getting ready to leave for a wedding. Amiee came to our rescue and agreed to watch our Terra for the weekend. Terra is an elderly dog of 14 and we could tell she immediately felt comfortable with Amiee. Regular photos and communication along with a clear love of animals will definitely have us coming back. Thank you so much!”

About: I’ve cared for dogs and cats of all ages, breeds, and personalities from playful puppies full of energy to sweet senior pets who need extra patience and gentle care. I understand how important consistency, comfort, and attention are, especially during drop-in visits when pets are missing their people. I'm a teacher, and my husband is a retired military veteran and current police officer. We're a family of five with three boys. One is grown and out of the house, one is graduating, and our youngest is starting high school. Our home is full of love and structure, and I bring that same energy into the homes of the pets I care for. We currently have two senior pets: Dori, our 16 year old cat, and Remy, our 12 year old lab pit mix. We recently said goodbye to our beloved German shepherd, so I understand the needs and the hearts of aging pets. Whether your pet needs a quick potty break, a nice walk, playtime, or just a little love and companionship while you're away, I’m here to make your pet feel safe, loved, and well cared for in your absence. I treat every pet like family. I’m available on weekends year-round, and during the summer, I have more flexibility to offer care throughout the week. While I don’t currently have weekday availability during the school year, I’m committed to providing attentive, reliable care for your pet on weekends and during the summer months. Pet care is an important part of my routine, and I always ensure that your pet gets the attention they deserve. I’m currently offering drop-ins and walks, my primary focus is ensuring your pet feels comfortable, safe, and loved in their own environment. During check-ins, I make sure your pet has everything they need, whether that’s food, water, medication, or just a little playtime or cuddle session. I follow your pet’s routine as closely as possible to minimize stress and keep them feeling secure while you’re away. For walks, I always prioritize safety, ensuring your pet is on a secure leash and in a safe area. I adjust the pace of the walk based on your pet’s age and energy level, ensuring they get the right amount of exercise and attention they need. Above all, I treat your home and pets with the same care and respect I would give my own.

Pea Ridge pet parents share their Rover experiences
I'm so happy with the care Ann gave to my dog, Penny, during her 5-night stay. She was professional, kind, and kept me updated daily with photos and messages. Penny felt comfortable and happy, and I could tell she was in great hands. I highly recommend Ann and will definitely book again!

My little Coco was so spoiled and happy with Kellie! She was such a lifesaver and took great care of her while we were gone for almost a whole week. we will definitely be calling her again when the time comes. She is very attentive and loving to the dogs she cares for. My Coco was so relaxed when I picked her up and that was so nice to see :-)
