“Dustin was great with my dogs and followed my senior dog’s med schedule like I asked. I have nervous girl that was unsure at first but Dustin won her over and they were getting along great by the end of the visit. Dustin also went above and beyond and stayed late waiting for me to get home and not leaving the dogs alone.”

About: 𝐀𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐌𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐌𝐲 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 Hi, I'm Kiley! I am a former communications officer with the Fredericksburg Police Department who turned a lifelong passion into opening my own home bakery, The Giving Treat. My entire pet care focus is dedicated to providing premium, attentive care exactly where your pets are most comfortable: right in their own home. Whether it's an energetic neighborhood walk, a midday drop-in, or overnight house sitting, I bring a high level of professionalism, reliability, and detail-oriented care to your pet's familiar routine. 𝐖𝐡𝐲 𝐂𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐬𝐞 𝐌𝐞? I believe pet care should be a stress-free, premium experience for both you and your furry family members. When you book with me, you aren’t just getting someone to check a box, you’re getting a dedicated caretaker who treats your home and pets with the utmost respect. 𝐄𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐛𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐬 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 *𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐆𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐓𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞*: 𝑻𝒉𝒆 𝑺𝒘𝒆𝒆𝒕𝒆𝒔𝒕 𝑼𝒑𝒅𝒂𝒕𝒆𝒔: You will receive frequent, bright, high-quality photo updates during our time together so you never have to wonder how your pet is doing. 𝑨 𝑭𝒓𝒊𝒅𝒈𝒆 𝑲𝒆𝒆𝒑𝒔𝒂𝒌𝒆: At the end of my time with your pet, I print out one of our best photos, turn it into a custom magnet, and leave it on your fridge as a permanent keepsake. 𝑨 𝑻𝒉𝒂𝒏𝒌-𝒀𝒐𝒖 𝑻𝒓𝒆𝒂𝒕: Along with a handwritten wrap-up note, I always leave a complimentary fresh-baked treat from my bakery for you to enjoy when you get home! 𝐌𝐲 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐬𝐞 𝑺𝒑𝒆𝒄𝒊𝒂𝒍𝒊𝒛𝒆𝒅 𝑴𝒆𝒅𝒊𝒄𝒂𝒍 & 𝑺𝒆𝒏𝒊𝒐𝒓 𝑪𝒂𝒓𝒆: Leaving a senior or medically fragile pet can be incredibly stressful, but your furry family member is in safe, experienced hands with me. I am highly comfortable administering medications, managing strict veterinary schedules, and navigating specialized care. My personal and professional experience includes managing **feline diabetes**, tracking **strict prescription urinary diets**, and caring for sweet cats with **Cerebellar Hypoplasia (CH)**. 𝑪𝒂𝒕𝒔 𝑾𝒆𝒍𝒄𝒐𝒎𝒆 𝑯𝒆𝒓𝒆: As a dedicated cat parent to four rescues of my own, I speak "fluent feline." I understand how to read cat body language, handle complex weight-management schedules, and give them the exact space, pacing, or affection they need on their own terms. 𝑬𝒙𝒑𝒆𝒓𝒊𝒆𝒏𝒄𝒆𝒅 𝑫𝒐𝒈 𝑾𝒂𝒍𝒌𝒊𝒏𝒈: I have years of experience walking dogs of various sizes and energy levels, keeping them safe, engaged, and thoroughly exercised. Your keys, codes, and home are entirely safe in my hands. I can't wait to meet you and your pets! Please feel free to reach out with any questions or to schedule a Meet & Greet. I operate a small cottage bakery full-time, which gives me excellent flexibility throughout the week! My primary baking days are Thursdays and Fridays. Outside of those specific baking windows, my schedule is completely open and flexible for midday walks, drop-in visits, and plenty of focused attention for your pets on weekends and early-to-mid-week days. Because I run an active home kitchen, I provide care exclusively in your pet's familiar, comfortable home environment. My background in local law enforcement communications means I prioritize home security, strict adherence to instruction, and safety above all else. Your keys, home access codes, and pet safety are handled with the highest level of professional responsibility. I treat your space with complete respect while ensuring your pets remain safe, happy, and relaxed.
“Tiffany was absolutely amazing with my two puppies! She handled them with so much patience and care, keeping me completely at ease while I was away. I really appreciated the regular updates and photos she sent — it made me feel confident they were in great hands. Tiffany went above and beyond, and I’ll definitely be booking with her again in the future!”

“Erica was prompt with all communication and I’m pretty sure my home is cleaner than I left it. I appreciated her frequent updates, especially considering our dog can be a handful. I’m glad to have found a trustworthy sitter who is willing to care for our pet in our own home. We’ve already booked her again!”

About: I've been caring for dogs in one form or another since I was a young child. I've experience with rambunctious puppies and incontinent senior dogs. I've also experience with house-training puppies and working with high-energy adult dogs still in training. I believe that consistency and love are integral to keeping dogs of all ages happy and healthy. My experiences with my own dog, a very spirited border collie mix, have been proof of concept. Dogs need stimulation and I am happy to play, go on long walks and trips to the dog park to make sure that your dog gets the attention and energy outlet they need! I have open availability during weekdays and weekend mornings. I can begin as early as 7 am and continue until 8 pm. Special accommodation can also be negotiated if needed. I prefer to care for pets in the client's home, as my own home is full of cats and a pair of rambunctious dogs. I will follow all instructions given by the client regarding needs in the home and will walk the surrounding neighborhood if possible. If the neighborhood is not suitable (heavy traffic, lack of sidewalks) and if permission is given I can take dogs to walking paths in Fredricksburg or dog parks to ensure they have sufficient enrichment.
“Liza was great! Super flexible and great communication. My dogs got into a scuffle (no fault of Liza’s whatsoever!) and she handled it great, communicated with me immediately and kept me up to date. My farm and dogs are not the easiest to handle and I was very happy with how Liza managed them all and was incredibly respectful of my home”

If any changes in my schedule were to pop up, I will let you know at the earliest convenience so you can plan accordingly. I will ensure all your pets needs are met by providing potty breaks, playtime, and being fed or any other needs you may need accommodated.
