“Stephen was great! He set up a meet and greet where he had a full questionnaire ready to make sure he had all my and my dogs needs covered. He made me and my dog feel very at ease, to the point that my dog didn’t even turn around when I dropped him off 😂 He was very communicative and sent pictures regularly.
