About: I'm a dog mom of two, a Pyr-Malinois and Pyr-Akbash. I am also a dog trainer offering structured, reliable care while you are away. I work with everything from puppies learning obedience to anxious, high-energy, and behaviorally challenging dogs. I focus on calm handling, consistency, and maintaining routines so dogs stay stable—not stressed or out of control. Experience includes: Puppies (crate/potty training, basic obedience), Anxious or high-energy dogs, Senior dogs (medication and mobility needs), Low-stress care for spicy, shy or sensitive cats. *BOARDING IS CASE BY CASE, CURRENT CLIENTS, REFERRALS, OR BOARD AND TRAINS (pricing varies, reach out to discuss) *HOUSE SITTING is not over night pricing varies based on how long the visit/drop ins are More about me: I grew up with dogs and taking care of people's farms while they were away. I have trained professionally for 2 years with companies and have continued with my own clientele. Highly flexible schedule with open availability. Im able to accommodate consistent routines, extended stays, and last-minute bookings as needed! FYI I use house sitting for drop ins through the day as I can (not exactly scheduled times) I do not stay over night. I prioritize calm, structured, and safe care in your pet's own environment. I currently do not offer boarding/daycare to new clients. This ensures I can gice your pet my full attention without introducing unnecessary stress or environmental changes. In your home, I focus on: Maintaining your pet's routines Making sure the pets enjoy their day! Reinforcing good behavior, and preventing unwanted habits

About: I have been around animals my whole life, they bring me joy and I love to surround myself with them. I hold high regard and respect for furry and feathered creatures. I jump at the opportunity to care for friends' pets, and I'd like to open my home to your loved ones too and develop a relationship. I don't have any furry house friends of my own currently, but I do have a working 16 acre farm with a variety of small livestock, cats and birds. I love each and every one of them. I am well versed in basic medical care of animals. My latest diabetic cat lived with insulin shots twice a day for 3+ years. Pets that I sit can either roam around the farm with me as I work, or stay in my cozy house and receive regular visits throughout the day. Dogs tend to be thoroughly entertained with a big smile on their face. If allowed, your dogs will enjoy various pasture-raised, organic treats from the farm. I see a lot of benefits to dogs that get safe, controlled exposure to farm life and being around other species. I also enjoy taking dogs on hikes with me. I have trails close by where we can get additional exercise and exploration. Animals in my care get loads of attention, love and entertainment. I also have resident farm hands that love animals, offering extra social interaction and playtime. I work full time on my 16 acre regenerative farm. Pets in my care get loads of love and attention. More active dogs can roam around the farm with me, always close by with a ball or toy. Less active, retired, older pups can hang out in my home and receive regular visits throughout the day. They will never go long without love and interaction. My home is big and spacious with lots of lounging areas. The farm has some fenced areas, and generally dogs do fine hanging out close by, or as needed can stay on a leash or a cabled run nearby. I alao have a 10 x 16 fenced kennel run available. Pets are never left outside unattended, but get loads of outside time if desired. I also have daily farm hands that all love animals and love to play with them. Pups love farm life! Did I mention they will get pasture-raised organic lamb and turkey treats if their parents allow it?

Absolutely amazing! Cody took our dogs for a walk, played with them, the house was clean and gated off for areas he didn’t want the dogs to explore. Fantastic communicator; we will absolutely use Cody and Amanda again.

About: My earliest memories are of playing with dogs. As an adult I love my kitties and will care for any furry, scaley or feathered friends. Every day I care for my dog and 4 cats. The trip to the nearby park is a routine where I find refuge. I have flexibility with my work schedule and can make most times fit. I have a fenced yard where pets can roam free without fear of antagonism or being set loose in the neighborhood. I give each memeber of the clan daily attention and individual care.

Katherine was great at keeping me in the loop, consistently sending photos of my pup playing with the others in her care. I can’t ask, but I’m sure if I could, my dog Cleo would say she had a great time (based on the photos). Would happily book with Katherine again in the future.

About: I’ve had a passion for dogs for as long as I can remember! Aside from parenting I would love the chance to meet and care for animals and dogs. I am more than happy to work with you on my prices depending on needs and size! Feel free to message me and ask! :) I’m always home and have extra time to care for, and watch your precious doggos! Walking, dog sitting etc I have the time to care for them. We have a little fenced yard! Enough for them to run for a minute and do what they need to do! They'll have security here and will have everything they they need!

About: I've taken care of dogs most of my life. When I was younger our house was an animal shelter for many dogs, puppies, cats and kittens. I'd help my parents feed and water and clean up after them. I work part time so I have all day to care for your fur baby. I feed my dogs twice a day, once in the morning and again at dinner time. I feed them the correct amount so they can stay fit and healthy! I'd feed your dog under your direct preference. We enjoy walks especially to the park! I have a fenced in yard, 3 dogs to keep your fur baby entertain! I can easily crate your baby if needed! The dogs have free range of the back yard. I let them out multiple times a day!

Rebeca and her family take such good care of my dog. She is always so excited when I drop her off with them. My dog loves playing with their dog Nico. They go on walks together and to the dog park. Itʻs nice to be away knowing that my dog is happy and comfortable.

This was our first time using the Rover app and the first time having our fur baby watched by someone outside our family/friend circle. Lynsie was the perfect fit! She instantly helped me and my pup feel comfortable with her welcoming smile and reassuring words. She kept me update throughout the day with texts and pictures. When she noticed my pup getting a bit anxious she reached out to ask for additional advice on how best to soothe him. She truly calmed my nerves. I feel our pup was very well taken care of. We highly recommend her and will use her again in the future. Thank you Lynsie!!

Nicholas was very kind and inviting when we met him and he is clearly knowledgeable about dogs and how to get them comfortable in new environments. As an owner of a "problem breed" dog (a Doberman), it's always a relief when my pup is welcomed with open arms and treated with respect, as Nicholas did. He was acomidating to our time needs when they didn't exactly match up with the times I booked for and gave us updates on how our pup was settling in. A great experience all around for myself and my pup!

Frequently asked questions about Rover

As of August 2026, there are 279 sitters on Rover offering Doggy Day Care across Paradise. Enter your ZIP code to see which available sitters are closest to your home.

Sitters on Rover can offer flexible scheduling, so you can coordinate times that work best for you and your pet—whether that’s early drop-off or later pick-up to match your Paradise commute.

If your schedule changes, it’s best to let your sitter know through the app as early as possible. Many sitters can adjust pick-up and drop-off times when needed.

Think of doggy day care as your dog’s fun, supervised play date that happens to fit into your workday. Day care through Rover takes place in a real home. This offers a calmer and more personalized environment for your pup.

A typical day can include companionship, one-on-one attention, and same day pick-up and drop-off. Many sitters can also offer structured routines and exercise throughout the day. For recurring, weekly day care, sitters will include photo updates so you can see your dog in their element.

Here are tips for finding the ideal day care fit for your dog:

  • For some small dogs: In-home day care can be the perfect fit. Look for sitters whose "can host" section only lists dogs weighing 0–7 kilograms and/or 7–18 kilograms. During your Meet & Greet, ask about play areas based on dog size and energy level.
  • For high-energy dogs: The ideal doggy day care can offer scheduled breaks and outdoor spaces or activities. You can also find sitters who host multiple dogs to satisfy your pup’s socializing needs.
  • For dogs who prefer human-only companionship: Use the filters "Doesn't own a dog" and "Only accepts one pet at a time" to find the right care.

Play groups can be an option when you book with a day care sitter through Rover. Many sitters do host a small number of dogs at the same time. Smaller dog packs are generally safer, more fun, and ideal for dogs who enjoy playtime but also want to relax throughout the day. When looking for your dog’s pack, check the sitter’s profile to see if they "Accept multiple clients" or have their own dogs. Then during the Meet & Greet, you can see whether your dog is a good fit for their social circle!

While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.

Many sitters in UT ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.

By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.

Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.

Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .

The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.

All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

Yes, Rover is well-suited for finding sitters who can care for your pet within 24 hours. With 279 sitters in Paradise, 85% respond to messages in under an hour.

You can message multiple sitters simultaneously to find the fastest available match. If you need care today or tomorrow, you can look for sitters with a "calendar last updated" notice on their profiles.

Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.

If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
