About: For the past 12 years I've worked as a full time dog walker and pet sitter. Before that I worked as a Vet Assistant for which I went to school for. I was trained on handling pets in stressful situations, prepping and assisting in surgeries, administering medications and injections. About: I have grown up with animals and taken care of my friends and family's pets for years. I can walk, feed and play with your dog or cat! I can be available in the mornings and evenings on weekdays and nearly anytime on weekends, I am flexible with hours! Depending on the day, I can also do check-ins during the lunch hour (midday). About: I grew up with large dogs in the home and spent my teenage years pet-sitting for neighbors and family friends with pets of all types! This included all sizes of dogs, so I am comfortable with most breeds, house cats, and specialty care including elderly pets, pets with medication needs including daily pills and insulin injections, and different walking requirements/practices. I have no concerns about large breeds as long as they are leash trained. I am very comfortable with puppies and basic dog training and am comfortable practicing your preferred walking or training practices as specified.
