I’m also always happy to learn any specific care skills your pet may need. I love getting to know each pet’s individual personality and quirks. Whether that means playing tag for thirty minutes, repeating the one specific toy movement they’ve decided is The Best Thing Ever, or simply giving them space and patience, I’m happy to adapt to what makes them feel safe and comfortable. I know pets can be funny, particular, and wonderfully odd, especially when their people are away, so I do my best to keep their routine familiar and their environment calm. And because I’m Gen Z and practically always have my phone nearby, you can count on plenty of updates, photos, and notes so you still get to see all the cute things they do while you’re gone. At the moment, I’m living at home while on leave from UC Berkeley, so I have a very flexible schedule and will be in the area for the foreseeable future. I have worked for 3 years, overseeing a kennel which is held to the highest standard of care. About: Growing up, I was always around animals because my grandma had lots of pets, including dogs, cats, and birds. I would always go to her house to help take care of them and play with them. I also love meeting and spending time with my neighbors’ and friends’ animals. These experiences have taught me to patient, responsible, and caring for every pet. About: My love for animals started very young. My dad was always taking in stray cats, and I grew up with a dog as part of our family. That love of animals naturally led me to start caring for homes, children, and pets by the age of 14, so being a trusted caretaker has been part of my life for a long time. About: Currently working from home full time. Any animal interaction is great for me. I love all animals. I have two cats, that are very chill and love all dogs. I love playing fetch, going on walks or just sitting at home and cuddling on the couch together. Dogs are family members and best friends. I can give them baths as frequently as needed and any other special tasks they might require, I am your girl for this job! I work from home with a few set meetings throughout the week, however, I am able to work around those times as they are not typically longer than 60 minutes. i have no issues staying at a customers house to ensure their baby is comfortable and happy. About: I work at a pet resort and have been there for over a year and a half, along with owning some dogs of my own! My first was a German Shepard mix, and I currently have a Husky mix along with a golden retriever! I’d be more than happy to walk the fur babies in the morning before I go to my full time job and would be more than happy to walk them on my lunch break and after work!
