About: I believe the animals we share our lives with are our family and life companions. They are individuals with their own personalities, likes, dislikes, and special quirks. I am able to meet each pet in whatever they need to flourish while their family is away. As an animal lover with 12+ years of experience, you can expect to return to a happy pet and clean house. As a graduate student, most of my days are dedicated to projects, studying and attending a couple of in-person classes. Additionally, I work part time a few evenings of the week as a line cook. I am physically active and can take your dog on multiple walks or outings throughout the day. Most of my studying can be done from inside the home alongside where your cat or dog likes to camp. I drive a large car which can carry medium to larger dogs comfortably for going to trails, dog parks, or walking spaces. Dogs and cats can expect daily intentional play time with their preferred toy and consistent feeding times. You can depend on me to pick up dog poop for a happy backyard and neighborhood, and to scoop up cat litter for an odor free house. I love snuggles so if your pet likes touch, they'll get all their cuddle needs met. I understand your house is your sacred place so it will always be one of my top priorities to keep it in pristine condition while you're away.

“Lily was great! Our dogs love basically everyone but they rarely feel at home enough to nap and snuggle with the sitter. We got lots of pictures throughout the day of them doing just that, comfortable enough to snuggle and nap all day. Definitely will have her watch them again!”

About: I am an absolute cat person and I've been taken care of my in-law's cats and convinced my husband 3 years ago to adopt our own furr-babies. I will take care of your little ones as if they were mine. It is important that they are taken care of but it is also important that they don't feel lonely or left out. I will go the extra mile and spend time with them. Gaining their trust to get affection from them or play with them is key. I am happy to spend extra time with them with no extra charges. Cats affections are the reward! I am flexible in terms of hours and home office. If I know your schedule in advance I can work from home and take care of your cats at any time during the day. If your cats let me, I will play with them, cuddle them, and spend extra time with them. But the most important things are their feeding routine, making sure they're hydrated and to provide a clean cat litter box for their well-being.

I've researched and spent time with many diverse breeds with a unique understanding of their various temperaments and requirements. I have training skills and patience to give your pal the attention and love they deserve while you're away. I currently work part-time remotely on my own business as an astrologer. I am able to be very present and attentive while in your home. I make sure to learn all you and your pet's preferences for expectations (like if they are allowed on furniture, or how they are with other dog's / social time). I provide daily check ins so you have peace of mind that all is well.

“David is simply the best! We came to Santa Fe from Denver for a few days (Monday-Thursday) and we have 7 and 8 year old Border Terriers. Our male has epilepsy, and we do not leave him alone, so we hired David to watch them. David came on Monday night, Tuesday day, Tuesday night, Wednesday day and Wednesday night so that we could go out to dinner, go to the spa, etc. He stayed for several hours at a time, which was a big ask, especially since he has his own pup, but we couldn't ask for a better experience with him. He arrived on time or early, walked them, played with them, administered medications, gave them snacks and loved them! He sent us lots of videos and photos and updates, so we knew they were being taken care of and meds given, etc. He is also just a lovely person, and we really enjoyed getting to know him. He has a calming energy which was great for my boy with epilepsy. We won't hesitate to use him again if we go back to Santa Fe. Thank you so much David!”

About: I know it takes a lot of time and energy to give dogs all the love, attention, and exercise they need. I love to get down on the floor and play with dogs, whether it's a game of tug-of-war or a belly rub. I am very attentive to the needs and habits of each pup that I care for. If your dog needs a lot of exercise, I'll be sure they are tuckered out after our walk. If your dog is older, we'll take it easier and I'll be sure they are comfortable. I am also very organized and responsive so you will always be able to get a hold of me. I have over ten years of house sitting and dog sitting experience, with experience from multiple, large high-energy dogs to elderly dogs that need medication administered in scrambled eggs. I am adept at coordinating times to walk or play with your dog. Having grown up with dogs my whole life, I appreciate that a dog is a member of the family, and I take their well-being seriously. Your pets are in good hands! I work at a gallery in Santa Fe on Tuesdays-Sundays, from 10 AM to 5 PM. I have an hour-long lunch, so am available to stop by and let your dog out in the middle of the day. Although I live in Albuquerque, I love taking house sitting gigs in Santa Fe, to take a break from the long commute! Other than my work at the gallery, I tend to hang out at your home when I am watching your pet. Your dog will be sure to get lots of attention.

About: What sets me apart from other sitter is that this isn’t just a side hustle it’s my path. I’m currently studying to become a vet. I truly love animals and their health and happiness is my priority I’m a small business owner I set my own hours so I’m available after 3pm through 9pm Monday through Sunday. More hours are available upon request. In the clients home I care for pets by making sure they are provided food and water as per client instructions. I provide the pets with exercise i.e walking and/or playing, and mental stimulation. I will also clean up after pets I.e litter box change/poop scoop. Other options available upon request.
