About: I’ve been an avid animal lover since I was a kid. I have worked with and been around a wide variety of animals including cats, dogs, chickens, ducks, rabbits, fish, ferrets and more. Not only do my own animals rely on me for quality care, I have had the pleasure of caring for other animals while friends and family are away. Currently I am the owner of 4 dogs, 26 chickens and 9 ducks. Every morning before work I make sure all of my animals have food and water, as well as making sure my dogs get all of their daily vitamins and dental sticks. Additionally my dogs get monthly flea/tick prevention and heart worm prevention. Right now this will just be a part time job but I am hoping to expand and make this my full time and only job. Currently I have open availability on weekends as well as morning and night availability throughout the week. Caring for pets is a big responsibility and I take pride in knowing animals will be safe with me. At the beginning of booking with me I would set up a meet and greet to make sure your pets are comfortable with me. After doing so, we would begin services. During services I will make sure to closely monitor your pets, keep them leashed while not in a fenced in area, keep away from road ways and other - potentially dangerous animals. I would also ensure timely medication, feeding, and watering schedules.

About: I've been working with dogs since I was 9 years old. It started at a summer camp located at my local shelter and at home with our own dogs. At 18 I helped foster 2-week-old kittens that were born in our front yard and abandoned by their mom. I have worked with many different dogs and have been house sitting since I was 16 years old with different types of dogs and different care levels, from needing to give elderly dogs medication to hyper puppies who need lots of play time. I fit in Pet care into my daily routine by waking up at a specific time every morning to take care my own dog out for a morning potty break, then it is breakfast time, then an hour after is a morning walk, after I have lunch is a shorter afternoon walk and before dinner is an evening walk, with several potty breaks scattered reasonably every 3 hours to make sure. Sometimes I take my own dog on small hikes or to the dog park to get some more socialization in. Outside of my hobbies and schooling pet care is my life. This does depend on what I am hired for, if I am hired for potty breaks and play time then I do just that, I arrive at the home, let the dog out to go potty, take a walk play with some toys. If I am housesitting, then I follow the schedule the owners have their dogs on as to not disrupt the dog's stability.

About: I’ve been surrounded by animals my entire life—I’ve never known a home without a dog. Growing up, I had the opportunity to care for dogs of all sizes and temperaments, from energetic Jack Russell Terriers to loyal Labrador Retrievers and loving Pitbulls. I was always involved in their daily care, whether it was taking them on walks, feeding them, or making sure they stayed up to date with vet visits. My love for animals has only grown over the years. Two years ago, I adopted my dog, Russell, from a shelter, and he has been my loyal companion ever since. I also have two cats, Chief and Reid, who keep life interesting and have taught me even more about pet care. Caring for animals isn’t just something I do—it’s something I’m truly passionate about. I love making sure pets feel safe, happy, and well cared for, and I treat every animal as if they were my own. As a part-time Graduate Assistant, I have plenty of flexibility throughout the day to care for and play with your pups, especially on the weekends! As a dog owner myself, I know what it's like to worry about your pet while gone. I will ensure pets are fed, exercised, and groomed according to their needs. I provide loving companionship, and follow specific care instructions for each pet’s well being and comfort.

About: One of the hardest things to do is trust someone to care for your pet, to make them feel safe, and treat them as family members while you’re away. That is the care I strive for with every visit! Because being away from your hoomans can feel uncertain, I provide extra play time and extra love. I also clean up their messes—if there are any, and I’m happy to help with the occasional chore when you have to be away for more than a couple of days! I am also committed to working closely with you to provide tailored care and companionship. I provide clear communication, pictures of your babies with each visit. I bring experience caring for pets of all ages—from playful youngsters to wise seniors—along with expertise in administering medications and supporting animals with special needs. Note: I’m no longer able to offer boarding services. One of my own sweet boys is getting up in years—he’s a little more fragile, and a little less patient than he once was, and I worry that boarding a stranger would cause him a lot of unnecessary stress. I work from home — this allows me some flexibility and the ability to customize my breaks and lunch based on the needs of my clients. When caring for pets in the home of my clients, it’s important to remember that the little one that I’m caring for is likely stressed because their mom and/or dad are gone, and there is a stranger (me) in their home. With that in mind, I typically spend more time with them than what is required by Rover because they need the extra time to feel comfortable with me. I take time to try to get to know them and help them feel more at ease. I treat them with the same amount of compassion I want for my own!

About: What sets me apart from other sitters is my patience, attention to detail, and genuine love for animals of all personalities. I have two labs and two cats of my own, including a rescue we welcomed into our home, so I understand how important trust, routine, and a calm environment are for pets. I successfully introduced all of our animals and helped them learn to coexist comfortably, which gave me valuable experience with animal behavior, slow introductions, and reading body language. I’m comfortable caring for both energetic and anxious pets, and I take pride in making animals feel safe, loved, and relaxed while their owners are away. I also genuinely enjoy the little things that make a difference — keeping spaces clean, deep-cleaning litter boxes, sticking to routines, and giving pets individualized attention based on their needs and personalities. 🐾 Pet care is already a huge part of my daily life, so caring for other animals fits naturally into my routine. About: With your pets permission, they will be loved on. Pets in my care will be treated like family. I have been around pets of all kinds my whole life and have pet sat for over 5 years! The only days of the week where I’m out for more than 3 hours is Tuesdays and Thursdays. I am at home otherwise, the more time I have with your pet, the better! I do have two cats, so they will likely be separated from your pets in a boarding situation, but I live next to a dog park so it is easily accessible for pups. I have many cat toys and treat varieties as well.

About: I have taken care of my own current dog, Mack, since I was 12. I've had several other family dogs in the past that I have helped raise and train as well, I've taken care of other people's animals before, and I have always truly loved all animals. ❤️ I love to walk dogs, or cats! I can also bathe, feed, and make sure your pet has the best care. I am currently available to take care of your pet when I do have my days off, I will start substitute teaching soon so this could potentially affect my daytime availability. I have worked part-time at Petsense and I currently work at Tractor Supply, but I will work around my schedule at any point to try and help you with your fur babies! Personally, I treat my dog like he is my baby because he's part of my family. I love him very much and love to sit and play with him, give him snuggles, and take him with me on walks because I simply love being in the presence of animals. They make me so happy, and I do what I can to make sure your animals are happy and taken care of too. They deserve it!

About: Spent whole life with dogs and cats. Am owner of service dog and work consistently with him daily; therefore, I can participate in any training your pet may be involved in. I am confident with all pets of all ages and happy to take care of your dogs and cats. I am certified cat and dog CPR/First Aid. I am EKU student on summer break so my current schedule is wide open. I plan to continue offering pet care services when school starts up again in the Fall. I have a large, well-fenced yard for your dog to play in, with a few nice shade trees as well. Love taking dogs for walks and our neighborhood is perfect for walking dogs. Dogs can also come inside to enjoy AC if it’s too hot outside. My dog + I are happy to come to your home also, to care for your pets.

I've also cared for ill pets/pets with very specific daily routines. My wife and I currently have two loving, energetic dogs (2, 7) and three clingy cats (11, 11, 10). I'm currently very flexible with scheduling as I mostly do contract and-or gig work online. I'm available every day of the week, and generally any time requested. I'll ask questions to determine the level/frequency/type of care your pet requires, and will ask that you're specific in your requests.
