House Sitting in Pagosa Springs

About: I’ve taken care of animals since I was 15 years old and around then since I could walk. I am reliable and love spending time with animals. I have been raised around dogs, cats and ranch animals. I have a flexible schedule and able to check on the animals as needed! The most I’ll be away would be 1-4 hours! I do not have a fence but a huge back yard for your pup to run. I have 1 sweet doggie who loves making new friends. I also have a kennel if they are needing one.

About: I have cared for animals almost my entire life. Started out wanting to be a veterinarian ended up as an elementary school teacher retired now with some time on my hand and love for animals in my heart! 💜 Since I am retired I have time and flexibility to care for your pet. If needed I can also administer medication. You don’t even have to worry! I currently have one dog and one cat! We have a larger house, along with a fenced and shaded yard. Five acres to run if your pet is good with “Come” ! 😀

About: I have lived in a dog friendly household ever since I can remember. Growing up, my family always had Boxers so I am more than used to taking care of energetic dogs. I have helped raise many a puppy, as well as cared for our family dogs as they eased into old age. I recently adopted a puppy from Northern Arizona Animal Search and Rescue. We are working on socializing her with both dogs and people. She absolutely loves playing with other dogs! I currently work from home full time so I will be home the entire time your pet stays with me. I am also a runner and run 7 days a week, so I would be more than happy to take your pup with me for a short run, walk, hike or whatever it is that you would like! I have a larged fenced in yard with a gate for your dog to play in. I also have plenty of room in my house to store a crate if needed!

About: Hi my name is Jesse. I am a young adult here in Durango who works a couple of different jobs including working at bread bakery, teaching Circus arts to kids at the Durango Circus, and occasionally pet sitting! I have one cat of my own and have always loved animals, so finding some extra work caring for them I thought would be in alignment with who I am. My ultimate dream is to eventually work with Cirque du Soleil but for now I am doing the Durango Tango thing to get by. I am very responsible, respectful, caring, and considerate. You can know that I will take great care of your pet and also give them a lot of love and attention. I’m happy to do whatever is needed to be of value to you and your pets! I do event entertainment work, so my schedule is flexible with plenty of time between gigs. Pet care fits perfectly into my routine — it gives me the chance to stay active, help others, and support my family. As a new dad and lifelong animal lover, I enjoy using my free time to care for pets and make sure they’re happy and well looked after. I don’t have a fenced yard, but I make sure pets get plenty of safe, on-leash walks and outdoor time. I’m also comfortable with crate time if that’s part of their routine. I always follow the owner’s preferences to make sure each pet feels comfortable and cared for just like they would at home.

About: I grew up surrounded by dogs—my mom bred Basset Hounds, and our home was always full of puppies! I’ve cared for pets my whole life, from my own cats and dogs to babysitting for friends and family. Though I don’t have a dog right now, I miss the love and joy they bring. That’s why I’d love to spoil your fur babies with walks, snuggles, and care as if they were my own! I’m also comfortable giving medications—pills, eye drops, and even shots if needed. I work from home, so I have plenty of time to give your pets all the attention they need. I’m happy to care for them at your place, as long as I have Wi-Fi to work. I always prioritize safety, provide a calm and loving environment, and treat every pup like family, built on trust, consistency, positive reinforcement, and attentive care.
