“Maggie had a great time at Scott’s. We felt very comfortable leaving Maggie with Scott and when we returned to pick her up we could tell that she liked him and was comfortable there. She will definitely be visiting again.”

About: I’ve cared for dogs of every breed, size, and energy level—from anxious rescues to giant goofballs. As a current volunteer at ACCT Philly, I work hands-on with all types of dogs daily, focusing on leash control, confidence-building, and reading body language. Friends and neighbors regularly trust me for overnight stays, multi-dog households, and high-energy pups because I stay calm, structured, and patient no matter what. I’m comfortable with puppy routines, senior care, and special diets, and I always make sure every dog gets the perfect mix of play, structure, and comfort. Whether it’s a jog around the block, a slow senior stroll, or bedtime snuggles—I tailor my care to your dog’s needs, not a one-size-fits-all plan. Pet care easily fits into my weekly routine. My schedule is flexible for walks, drop-ins, or overnights, and I make sure every pet gets consistent attention, playtime, and care. Whether it’s early mornings, lunch breaks, or evening cuddles, I’ll build my day around your pet’s routine. Safety and comfort always come first. In my home or yours, I make sure pets have a calm, clean, and secure space to relax and play. I follow each pet’s routine closely—feeding, walks, medications, and boundaries—so they feel right at home. I keep a close eye on body language and behavior to ensure they’re happy and stress-free, and I always send photo updates so you can see how well they’re doing. Whether it’s cats curling up for quiet time or dogs burning off energy, I create a safe, loving environment built on trust.
“Emily is wonderful. I had my first puppy for less than 1 month when my work schedule demanded that I work a Saturday all day and night. I found Emily on Rover.com and trusted my instinct that she would be a great puppy sitter, for my puppy ...and for me. Before finding Emily I feared I'd spend 9 hours worried about my dog, and the day/ night would drag on feeling like forever. Thanks to Emily I had no worries whatsoever! I loved seeing the photos and video she sent, further boosting my confidence my dog was happy, healthy, safe and in the best of care. Please if you are seeking any services for dog sitting/ care, know that Emily and her household (her dogs, animals, and husband) are trustworthy, responsible, and the best! This coming from an over anxious first time puppy owner who was a complete stranger to Emily before luckily finding her on this website. I decided on utilizing Emily over friends/ family because of her knowledge and experience. Im so glad I did, it was the best choice. Thanks so much Emily, and I'll 100% be reaching out for future puppy care again! :)”

“?????????????????? Jennifer took great care with our dog. She is very sweet and loves dogs. Our dog got along great with her dogs and cat! He came home pooped from all of the playtime he had! Jennifer’s home is as neat as a pin and so immaculate! We really appreciated that, since the previous daycare place he went to would leave him needing a bath. :( Thanks Jennifer! About: I work as a video editor from home. I am responsible and great at sticking to a schedule. I’ve been a pet sitter on and off for most of my adult life, and naturally great with animals. I’m communicative, friendly, and will make sure your pet is happy and taken care of! My hours are flexible, and I will always be available to be present and attentive to your pets needs. My job allows me to be a great choice for boarding and doggy day care, and I keep my living space pet friendly. I have experience with large and small dogs, and I’ve cared for old and very young dogs as well. If you have a high energy pup, there are also parks nearby I can take them to play. I have a very flexible schedule. I typically go to the gym in the mornings, and can do drop ins before or after. I work a flexible schedule from home, and can take breaks throughout the day. My townhome is doggie proof, I keep the floors clean and free of clutter. Always sure to have water accessible, and make a comfortable environment for your pet.

About: I've had a strong love for animals since I was a kid and always grew up with a pet. While that's a common backstory, I wanted mine to result in becoming a veterinarian. Now that may not have happened (I changed my mind in college), but my love and desire to be around them has never changed. I've owned birds, hamsters, turtles, cats, dogs and fish. From my childhood dog Bruno who died a few years ago, to my late grandma's dog Jabar (who I drove across the country to get when she died) to my current babies; Brick (rescued from the streets) and Plato (my turtle rescued from an unethical vendor). Here we are now, one big, happy multi-species family! I work from home while my partner goes into an office. This is how I can care for my boy Brick and my other house doggie Jabar (his mommy goes to work so I take care of him during the day too). I can give your baby a huge portion of my attention a day, because Brick is a puppy I always watch him like a hawk. Brick gets up around 4:30 am with his dad so he can get breakfast and go out. But I don't wake up until around 7:30 am so that's when Brick comes back out. We go outside and I let him run around like crazy for about 30-45 mins and then I keep him in the living room with me while I start work. Because he's a puppy, every two hours we outside to the background and he gets lunch around 2 pm. He gets about 2 hours out to play and be with Jabar, and in the cage for an hour. That's on routine throughout the day but when Dad gets home around 6 he's out for the rest of the day until bed. Jabar is older and more independent so he plays, roams the house, eats and drinks throughout the day when he wants and goes outside with me and Brick.
“Amanda had our three dogs for a full day and was amazing with them. They came home happy fed, exercise and clearly well cared for. They look forward to their next visit with Amanda”
