My girl had an ear infection at the time of boarding as well and they did very well making sure to stay on her medication schedule. She was very calm and not agitated at all coming back from her stay. We had a huge hiccup with car troubles and needed to extend her stay 2 more nights. Melissa and Angel made me feel so comfortable and assured me that everything would be okay when extending the times. They worked with me the entire time! “If I could leave 6 stars, I would! This was our first time using Meghan and she was amazing. We planned to have her watch our dog from Wednesday to Monday for a long weekend getaway, and then a snowstorm canceled our flight and we ended up being stuck away for 4 extra days. Meghan was so helpful and offered to go buy extra food for our pup since we had only packed him the amount he originally needed, and made us feel so comfortable leaving him there for what turned out to be such a long time. She sent lots of pictures and updates and I could tell my dog was having SUCH a good time. Usually when we pick our dog up from a sitter he is crying and squealing with excitement to see us… this time when we finally picked him up, he literally tried to go back into Meghan’s house and did not want to leave. He’s been depressed ever since we brought him back home… slightly heartbreaking for us LOL but a testament to what a great time he had with Meghan!”

Overall a very good experience. They took good care of Cinnamon and I learned a lot in the process of leaving her in someone else's care for the first time.
