About: I have had 5 different dogs of my own throughout my life and sat for dozens of other dogs of all ages and sizes as well! I have experience with dogs as young as 8 weeks old and as old as 12 years old, and I currently still have 2 large breed dogs I take of care of, too! I actively volunteer at my local animal shelters and am pursuing a degree in Zoology to turn my love for animals into a career! I’m currently a student athlete at SUNY Oswego. I work on campus for campus rec, therefore I may be unavailable for a few hours some days, but as a student athlete I have great time management! I have a large fenced yard with a kiddy pool that my dogs love to play in outside. On cooler days I enjoy taking my younger two dogs hiking and enrichment toys even with my older dogs. I love going on walks and playing games, but also relaxing with less active dogs!
About: I have been a devoted animal lover and pet owner for many years, and caring for both cats and dogs has always been a true passion of mine. I understand that pets are beloved family members, each with their own unique personalities, routines, and needs, and I treat every animal with the same love, patience, and respect that I give my own. I am dependable, compassionate, and attentive to detail. Whether your pet is an energetic dog, a playful cat, a shy rescue, or a senior or special-needs companion, I take the time to make them feel safe, comfortable, and loved. My experience with rescue animals and special-needs pets has taught me to be especially patient and observant, allowing me to quickly notice changes in behavior or health. Nothing makes me happier than earning an animal’s trust and ensuring they receive exceptional care while their family is away. My goal is to provide not only outstanding care for your pets, but also complete peace of mind for you. As a full-time high school teacher, I maintain a structured and dependable schedule, working from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM during the school year. This allows me to provide pet visits during the midday, if needed, and dedicated walks and care immediately after the school day. Caring for animals is an important part of my daily life. I share my home with two dogs, who enjoy their walks as soon as I return home, as well as my cats, who are part of my evening routine. This firsthand experience as a pet owner helps me understand the importance of consistency, exercise, affection, and attentive care. In addition to my availability during the school year, I have school vacations, holidays, and summers off, which provides greater flexibility to accommodate your schedule and your pets' needs. I am committed to providing reliable, compassionate, and professional care so you can feel confident that your pets are in excellent hands. I provide attentive, personalized care in your home so that your pets can remain comfortable in their familiar environment and maintain their regular routines. I understand that consistency is important for reducing stress and helping pets feel secure while their families are away. During each visit, I ensure that your pets have fresh food and water, clean litter boxes or potty areas, exercise, playtime, and plenty of affection. For dogs, this includes walks, outdoor breaks, and interactive play tailored to their energy level and needs. For cats, I provide feeding, litter box maintenance, enrichment, and quiet companionship on their terms. I am experienced in caring for rescue, senior, and special-needs pets, including administering oral medications when needed. I take the time to observe each pet’s behavior and overall well-being, and I will promptly communicate any concerns. I also respect your home and will keep feeding areas, litter boxes, and pet spaces clean and tidy. You can expect regular updates, photos, and clear communication so you have peace of mind knowing your pets are safe, comfortable, and receiving loving, professional care.
About: I have cared for cats and dogs since I was young! I also can care for mice, bunnies, rats, and other animals, just message me! I know each personality is different, and I can proudly say I have made friends with animals that love humans as well as those who definitely don’t. Animals with special needs are also not a problem for me! I’ve cared for multiple cats and dogs with special needs including diabetes, manual bladder expressions, and mobility/paralysis issues. I’m currently home from college for the summer (Vet Tech Student) and am looking for jobs that allow me to keep working around animals during this time! I follow instructions given by the owner and often send pictures as updates of how the babies are doing! I can crate, walk, feed, water, play with, and bathe animals (if needed). I also can trim nails if asked! I can send pictures after as proof I didn’t quick them to ensure safety and trust between both you and I, as well as your pet and I!
About: We have two dogs of our own: Henry and Bailey. They are adopted and when we got them they were living with other dogs and were used to being around other dogs. We used Rover with our dog Max who passed away a few years ago. We would like to start caring for dogs and our dog Henry LOVES to have another dog to play with. Bailey will play too but she's just more into affection than play. My husband and I have been dog owners for most of our lives. I am going to be home much of the time and on weekends we will both be at home to care for your dog. We will make sure your dog feels comfortable and happy! I am very much a dog lover and will also keep you updated on your dog's visit. I tutor so I am only gone for an hour at a time. But never for more than an hour and a half. My husband also has some days where he works from home. Our backyard is fenced in, we have a nice quiet neighborhood to walk in. We are dog lovers and dog owners our whole lives! We've used Rover ourselves and know what good dog sitters do!

About: I’ve had pets my entire life. Once I realized I could make my love for animals into a career I jumped at that! In NY I became a veterinarian assistant and fell in love with that field of work! In my future I will be going to school to become a veterinary technician. I am also certified in cat and dog first aid and CPR. Currently rover is my only job so I am home almost all the time. I am very flexible and will always try to make things work out! I have one dachshund and a cat to keep your fur babies company. I have a small-medium sized crate if needed, and we’ll make sure to have plenty of play time!!! Unfortunately with me living on base I will not be able to accept pit bulls, Rottweilers, Cane Corsos, and candid/wolf hybrid’s. I do hope to change this once we move off base!!!😁

I have total trust with her. Kaylee goes above and beyond to help me when I need her:) I would definitely recommend Kaylee to help out with your pets needs:)”
About: Having been through a fairly traumatic dog attack myself, I made it my mission to learn all about dog's behavior and why they do what they do. I have studied different ways of training and learning how to react to certain situations with them. I promise to love and give all the fun play time, cuddle time, and attention to your favorite furry friend! Your doggy can sleep in my bed and hang out on the couch. If you are anything like me, your dog is your best friend and child! I had an amazing female Boston Terrier who lived to 13 1/2. I am versed in care of elderly dogs. My new venture is a deaf puppy. We are learning hand signals for training. He is very friendly and loves to make new friends. If you have any questions about what I'm willing to do, or can and can't do, please don't hesitate to ask me! I work for a family business, and can bring my dog to work. Therefore, your pup will be able to come to work with me! I will love your baby as if it was my own. Dogs will always be leashed outside. They are allowed on furniture here and are welcome to snuggle anytime! But if you have different rules , please tell me so I can abide by them.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and walkers on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
