“Steve and Wanda have been “baby sitting” my animals for a few times now but never as long as this trip we took for more than 30 days. They were awesome and looked after our animals as their own and also lived in our home and looked after everything like we would do ourselves. My neighbours will miss them I think … lol! They are definitely part of our community and I will ask them to look after my animals over and over as long as they can. I will be available as often as needed to take care of your pets. I can be flexible to work with you for your pet’s needs. I feed and walk my dog and my past clients dogs twice daily. I offer attention to detail and am not afraid to ask questions to be extra cautious with your furry friends' needs! I am able to trim nails, bathe, and administer medications, as well. I work an 8 hour 8:30a-4:30p shift on weekdays, so I am more than happy to check on pets before, after, and overnight as needed! I have weekend availability. I believe in the importance of following a client's wishes as they know their pet best and following instructions to the best of my ability. About: I’ve cared for dogs for years and have experience with different breeds, sizes, and energy levels. I’m comfortable with feeding routines, walks, playtime, crate time, and basic grooming. I’m patient, attentive, and I’ll send regular updates so you always know how your pup is doing I have a very randomly organized schedule because I am a travel nurse that works night shift. So I am available most of the time during the day Whether in my home or yours, I focus on safety and structure. I follow your written instructions, keep pets on-leash outside unfenced areas, and make sure doors and gates stay secure. I’m mindful about feeding, treats, and household hazards, and I’m happy to do meet-and-greets for comfort and fit.

A lil background about me ~ I am a retired elementary teacher switching careers into Counseling/Therapy, starting school this Fall 2026. My partner and I have a sweet labradoodle named Bliss and and a plump elderly cat named Elvira. We have rescued and cared for dogs and 4 plus cats together. Alternatively, I love the playful and outgoing ones too! I have experience in administering medications also, especially with Elderly or finicky cats as I have cared for many of my own. My schedule is open and flexible at this time. My lifestyle has allowed for me to maintain a pretty open schedule and take work as needed. I also work part time nannying positions, but this should not interfere with scheduling. I will be traveling to your location to care for your animals. About: I’ve taken care of many dogs in my lifetime. I love to be outside and active. I will take the best care of your furry loved one. I am currently available most days, except for a few select throughout the summer. I look forward to scheduling days/times that work best for you and your furry friend. I have a spacious yard with plenty of room to play outside. It is unfenced and based on your preferences I will keep your friend safe at all times. I live in a spacious neighborhood with lots of space to walk. We even have a creek for swimming! I have one medium size dog in my home who is kind and can keep your pet company.
