“Claire was awesome about watching my animals again! We had to add another dog to the lineup last minute but Claire was so flexible & it was such a relief knowing my babies were in good hands. Definitely will be booking with Claire again!”

About: I’ve been pet sitting for friends for three years. Pets feel safe around me, and I enjoy caring for them, playing, and keeping them happy. As a part-time lecturer, I have a flexible schedule and am looking to make meaningful use of my remaining time by offering reliable and attentive pet care. I’m available every day and can easily adjust to your specific needs and schedule. I prefer walking dogs on a leash and keeping them close to me for safety. I don’t allow them outside without supervision and maintain consistent routines to help them feel secure.

About: I have always grown up with animals, specifically large to medium dogs, so they've been a part of my life always. I do not have certified training but have trained my own personal companions, a great white Pyrenees and English pointer, and they are very clever! I am always looking to broaden my scope! I also love long walks and play time! I work a typical 9-5, but weekends are typically most available. Sometimes I get home early when the work is done and can be available usually after 2PM weekdays. I have a very flexible work schedule, shoot me a message and we can set something up to best suit your pets' needs. I currently stay in a spaceous 2-bedroom apartment in Chico on a quiet, and beautiful residential road. There are several outdoor green space and many options for trailheads and the bike path is just next door for those that like longer walks! I keep my place very clean and share with my furry roommate (cat Sasha) as seen in my profile photos. She loves both dogs and cats and can be easily kept away from your pet if need be if your pet prefers one on one time. I included a photo of my layout for those with smaller to medium dogs it would be very comfortable as doggy daycare in my home. I also pride myself in maintaining general cleanliness both in your home and mine. I'm happy to clean litter boxes, pick up doggy droppings, brush and clean fur, or whatever is requested within reason, just ask!

“Alyson was fantastic. We have three dogs, two of which are older and she took amazing care of them. She will definitely be our sitter moving forward and can't say enough good things about her.”

There are tons of great trails for animals and owners to explore. We live on a half acre in a country setting. Our yard is gated with plenty of toys and space to play fetch and chase the squirrels. **What to expect** We love to spoil our animals and would love to extend that to your fur babies. “Haley for as long as I have known her has always been a dedicated pet/animal lover. All the way back to when she was a little kid she has always taken care of animals whether it was her pet or bottle feeding baby kittens found abandoned with out a mama cat and helping them finding a forever home. In high school she was part of the agriculture program known as the Future Farmers of America (FFA) where she raised 5 animals from pigs, goats and a steer for school projects. Her commitment to animals was recognized by her teachers and classmates and was nominated and elected as a class officer. Now in College she is majoring in Agriculture education with the hopes of one day possibly becoming a High School Agriculture teacher and once again being part of the Future Farmers of America or becoming an Agriculture college professor. Either way she plans on spending her life being part of a community that is dedicate towards helping and caring for animals/pets. I would recommend her to any organization that is involved animals/pets”

Lena W.
“We love Lena! Lena looks after our three dogs at our home in Paradise when we are away. We met her through fostering a butte humane dog (where she volunteers). We ended up adopting that dog into the pack along with our two little senior dogs. The two little ones are 14+ and have some health issues. We are very lucky to have found Lena. The dogs love her and we really trust her to take their protocol seriously.”

Sofia D.
“Sofia is very responsible and loves animals. She takes good care of her own and shows them so much love. She is organized, on time, follows directions well and can be flexible when needed.”
