“We hired Shayna to walk our dogs while we were out of town for a week and my mom was house sitting. My mom said the dogs would wait for Shayna every day at the door. They have had past walkers they would hide from so that says everything! She was great at sending photos and communicating! Would def hire again!”

About: I have volunteered for a couple of years now with predominantly dogs. Taking them on walks and giving them lots of love and attention. Supporting them when they need it most. If there’s an animal around, chances are I’m petting it! I have both dogs and cats at my house and enjoy hanging out with them every chance I get. I love going on walks with my dogs on a nice day and can spend hours throwing a cat toy around! For me my cats do not go outside and if I walk my dog they stay on leashes. I check that they’re fed and that they have water and don’t mind taking my dogs outside regularly to make sure they can potty. In a clients house their animals safety and comfortability is most important to me.

“I love how Ranger loves Brooke! She is great with him, Love the nice walk she took him on and so thankful she was there for him while I worked!”

I prefer to go to the clients home I am willing to pet sit anytime and any kind of animal I have lots of experience with lots of different kinds of animals

About: Pet sitting for a long time for friends, family, and neighbors. Watched animals with all types of quirks. Experience with elder, disabled, puppies and kittens, and more! Able to watch for extended periods of time, and multiple pets at the same time. I am a student so pet and housesitting is no inconvenience. I can accommodate any requests for dogs to be let out, fed, given meds, and any other needs. I also clean up after myself and the animal/animals

About: I've always had dogs and cats, and for a short time, pet rats (they're actually really lovely!) I come from a long line of animal lovers and continue that legacy. When in my care, pets are enriched and have plenty of opportunity for activity. If your dog enjoys swimming, I can take them to a nearby creek to play. I have a large yard for playing fetch, and a spunky lab mix that is happy to play tug-o-war. I am very attentive to animals and put them at ease so they settle into their home away from home. I have a flexible job that allows me to work from home, so I am flexible with pick-up and drop-off times unless otherwise communicated. I am in RVA most weekends as well. I have a fenced backyard and a dog and 2 cats. The cats have been around other dogs, and Eddy the dog loves other dogs- he has lots of energy to share!

About: I’ve had many years experience with caring for dogs. I’ve recently lost my fur baby of 18 years. I have a lot of love left to give to more for babies. I am semi retired so my availability is open. I think it’s important to keep each animal on a routine they are used to . I live in an apartment and have many areas to walk dogs and give one on one care. Always making sure there needs are met.

About: I provide exceptional pet care services including dog walking, pet feeding, and playtime activities resulting in improved physical and mental well-being of pets. Cared for a wide variety of animals including dogs, cats, birds, and small mammals, ensuring their well-being and comfort. I currently work from home with a very flexible schedule. I can do drop ins, over nights and boarding on short notice. I’m excited to meet you! I have a fenced yard and two sweet small dogs to keep your pet company. Your pet will be safe and cared for here at my home.

About: I've always had a family dog I've helped take care of, but 7 years ago I got a dog of my own. I really learned the amount of effort it takes to care for a dog, and I learmed that quality time is the most important aspect of caring for a dog. I always made a priority to play with her or pet her or walk her to ensure we spent plenty of quality time together. In addition for caring for my own dog, I've dog sat for a few friends and acquaintances overnight. I love that each dog has it's own unique personality! As of right now I have open availability! I'm currently a college student, so I still have about another month until school starts back up. I can sit anytime except August 4th -7th until school starts! Like many dogs, I'm an active individual. If your dog requires a lot of exercise, I'm more than happy to take them for as many walks as they need or play with them! If your dog is more mellow, I can just relax with them. Whatever needs your dog has, I am more than happy to care for them. In terms of safety, I always make sure to walk dogs at an appropriate leash length and make sure that doors in the house aren't open or dangerous objects are within their reach.

About: I have been an animal lover since I was a kid. I grew up in a home where we always had 4+ animals at once and I was the caregiver. I don't have time to get a dog of my own but this is the next best option. I am home during the day's as I am remote and can work from anywhere. I am happy to go on walks as many times as you request and whatever other activity they might enjoy. I am totally cool with the dogs sleeping in the bed with me, but can also abide by the rules of whatever they are taught at home. I just moved to this area and I so look forward to meeting your fur babies. My schedule is flexible, so I can work with you on your needs. I’m totally happy staying at your place for overnight visits and extended trips. I’m able to care for your pet in whatever fashion is required. I have dealt with dogs that need a lot of extra attention and care. Just tell me what you need and I will do my best to accommodate

About: Hiya! Thanks for stopping by! I’m Abbie and I bring 37 years of pet sitting experience to your home and loved fur family. I am mostly here for drop-in care and walkies because I have my own Fur Squad at home, but if we are a good fit I can do short duration overnight stays here and there. I work from home so I have tons of flexibility to provide reliable, loving care for your fur babies with excellent communication and plenty of pics! At 14 I started overnight pet-sitting for family friends and continued through my teens, college and adult years. I grew up caring for all the family pets—dogs, cats, turtles, snakes and the occasional o’possum rescue. My personal and pet sitting experience includes kitties, puppies, active dogs, high energy dogs, senior and special needs dogs (I have a tender soft spot for the Old Bones), giving oral meds, subcutaneous injections, saline drips. I have rehabbed 3 ACL (knee) surgeries and have other post-op, wound care experience. I have found, fostered and re-homed several (including my own) Mexican street rescue dogs and cats including 2000 miles of car travel and transport across the border for 2 different doggos to their furever homes. And with years raising chickens and rabbits I can make sure yours are well cared for too! If your doggie needs some extra adventure, we can make additional arrangements for a cool splash adventure in the river or a hike in a local canyon. General rates will be adjusted as per you and your pet's needs. I am highly flexible since I work from home and make my own schedule. I have plenty of time for daily check-ins, walkies, feeding, belly rubs, snuggles and play. Field trips are available with additional arrangements. I have always been known for my excellent communication and attention to detail. I adhere to your rules and your pets will be cared for and your home respected exactly as you wish. A meet and greet will help establish clear understanding of your expectations and initial bonding with your pet.

About: I've had dogs my whole life! Since I was 12, I have been solely responsible for my own dog, who's truly my best friend. Through that experience, I've come to understand how important it is to have a pet sitter who is not only dependable, but someone who truly cares. I know, like all pet parents, how much peace of mind comes from knowing your pet feels safe and happy with the person caring for them. I've also pet-sat both dogs and cats for friends, neighbors, and co-workers. Whether it's walking, feeding, snuggling, or cleaning up messes, I'm confident and comfortable with it all. I'm about to start college in September, but until then I am fully available day or night! I have a fully functioning car to get me from place to place anytime I need, and can be there with your pets as long as needed. I prefer caring for pets in their own home where they feel safe and relaxed. I follow all instructions closely, including feeding routines and daily medications. I'm attentive to each pet's needs and always prioritize their comfort and safety. You'll get regular updates and can trust that your pet is in loving, capable hands!

About: My family has had several pets through out the years and I have recently become a cat mom. I enjoy being around animals. I am also recently retired so I have all the time in the world to take care of your wonderful fur-babies. I am recently retired and just moved into the Grand Junction area so sitting someone else’s pet will be nice and my days are open My cats don’t require allot of care but I am constantly showing them affection. I will make sure my clients pets are also showed affection

About: I’ve taken care of cats and dogs since I was 15. Family and friends have relied on me to take the best care of pets. I’ve learned to administer medications and take care of animals with disabilities. I’d love to be your pets best friend while you’re away! I am currently a full time student but my classes end in the afternoon. Now that summer is coming up, I will be available whenever except for the occasional trip out of town. I would be happy to watch your pets at your home. I can pop in as much as you need me to give potty breaks. I’d love to take walks or play with your babies!

“Abby was great! She responded right away and was on time. She was great with both of my dogs and Carl really seemed to enjoy going for a walk with her. I will definitely use her in the future if needed!”

“Stacy did an awesome job with my two heelers. She stopped by my house on the times that I asked her to, made sure my pups had enough water and food, and made sure they got their exercise. Stacy was a great communicator and gave me updates with pictures of my pups. I will definitely recommend her to others and will be using her services again in the future.”

About: With over two decades of hands-on experience caring for dogs of all ages and breeds, I have developed a deep understanding of their physical and emotional needs. My background as both a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and Medical Assistant has provided me with a strong foundation in health monitoring, medication administration, and comfort care—skills I’ve been able to apply effectively in my work with animals. While my experience spans the full spectrum of canine care, I have frequently cared for senior dogs and those with health conditions such as arthritis, diabetes, and mobility issues. I’m confident in managing special diets, administering medications, and providing gentle, attentive support to improve their quality of life. Above all, I am driven by a lifelong passion for animals. I approach every pet with empathy, patience, and respect, treating them as family and ensuring they receive the attentive, loving care they deserve. Whether supporting a dog through recovery, providing daily care, or simply being a calming presence, my goal is always to enhance their well-being in every way possible. I currently work at a photography company during the week, which gives me evenings and weekends completely free. My schedule is also very flexible during the day, allowing me to step away as needed to provide bathroom breaks, walks, or check-ins for pets. This flexibility makes it easy for me to be available when needed and ensures reliable, consistent care. I’m naturally very affectionate and never shy about showing love and attention to pets—I enjoy bonding with them through cuddles, play, and gentle interaction. At the same time, I’m always mindful of each animal’s personality and boundaries. If a pet prefers space or needs time to warm up, I’m patient and respectful, letting them set the pace to feel safe and comfortable in my care.

“I have known Autumn for 15+ years and am familiar with her character. There’s no one I trust with my animals more. She is kind, caring, loving, honest and pure of heart. If she knows something or someone is valuable to you she will care for and respect that as if her own. I’ve seen her accountability, respect for privacy, and positive energy in business first-hand. She’s reliable and flexible. Her five star, five Diamond professionalism is evident in every context.”

Abigail M.
“My dog Oso absolutely loves Abbie! He runs to the window looking for her if I say her name! We used her to give him pee breaks and play time through all of his puppy era. She understands dog body language well and helped with his formative training. Abbie is our trusted and reliable source for on-call walks and hikes since we work long hours and can’t always personally give him the exercise he deserves.”

She is a caring and kind human and any animal would be lucky to get to spend time with her.”

Andrew V.
“I cannot say enough good things about Andrew! From the moment we met, it was clear they genuinely love animals and take their responsibilities seriously. He took exceptional care of my dogs, Coco, Charlie, and Lion while I was away, and I came home to very happy, well-exercised, and clearly loved pups. Communication was excellent throughout the entire stay. Andrew sent regular updates, including photos and notes about how things were going, which really put my mind at ease. He followed all of my instructions perfectly from feeding schedules to medications and even went above and beyond by brushing them and tidying up after playtime. When I returned, the house was spotless and everything was just as I left it actually, even better! Andrew clearly treated my home with the same care and respect they showed to my dog. I would not hesitate to recommend Andrew to anyone looking for a responsible, caring, and professional pet sitter. He is a true gem, and I feel incredibly lucky to have found him. Coco, Charlie, and Lion are already looking forward to their next stay together.”
