She came to visit Reese alone to get to know him, then we took him to the home so he would be comfortable before drop off. She answered all our questions and informed us of their process in the event that our dog does not get along with another pup or vice versa, informed us of their walking and feeding schedules and sleep arrangements. She made the pick up and drop off process so easy. While Reese was there she kept us updated the entire time we were away. He did absolutely fantastic while being boarded and had the best time. Alexa was amazing with sending photos/videos and updates the entire time we were away. We will most definitely be using Alexa for boarding needs again the future! About: I am an RN that has been caring for pets since I was young. I am ready to welcome more love into my home. I have experience work in a pet hospital for 3 years. I am a remote worker so I am home most of the time and will continue to watch over you fur animal as if it’s my own. My kids are great with pets and excited to welcome more love into our home. Although my yard is not fenced there is no one who lives behind me so they have plenty of room to exercise, potty, and play.
