About: I have been a dog owner, professional dog care provider, and frequent volunteer at animal shelters for the last 3 years. Dogs provide me with endless joy and entertainment and I make it my mission to make them feel as comfortable, loved, and supported as possible when I'm with them. I live with my fiancé, who has been working professionally with dogs and numerous other animals for 8 years, so you can rest assured that your dogs will receive exceptional care during their time with us. I love going for walks (long or short, filled with sniffs and adventure or simple bathroom trips) and taking trips to nearby Lanier Dog Park, so your dog can get the right amount of exercise and outdoor time depending on its personality and the weather or season. I know that when you are away from your pet it can be quite anxiety inducing so I'm happy to provide frequent photo or video updates to keep you in the loop on all the fun we're having! I promise your dog will get tons of love and attention while in my care!! My wife and I both work from home doing pet care full time. Your pets will get 100% of the attention they need and deserve during a stay at our home. I have a small, fenced in yard for bathroom breaks in between longer walks. I’m able to crate your dog if needed but also fine allowing them to sleep on a sofa/dog bed/my bed if that’s what they’re used to.

About: My family has had many pets my whole life, and we currently have 4 cats and 2 dogs. We have had a wide range of dog breeds from Chihuahuas to German Shepherds (our personal favorite) We have also had many pets with some needs such as megaesophagus, heart worms, and hyperthyroidism, so safe to say I am comfortable with administering medications if needed. We have a 2 acre, fully fenced (7ft tall chain link) yard with plenty of room for pups to release energy in a safe environment. I am currently in school part time, and hope to be working part time as well, so having this as a side job will definitely help with getting some extra cash while in school as it is flexible for me and my schedule. At a clients home, I want the pet to be able to stick to their routine as best as possible, as I know some pets thrice on routine. In my home, I want the pet to be able to feel comfortable and respect their space. I do have pets of my own who I also want to have their own comfort, so they won't be intermingaling with one another unless I and the client are 110% comfortable that personalities match, as I can read my pets well.

She has a key to my house and she comes over periodically when I am not able to let my dogs out during the day or occasionally late into the evenings. We both volunteered at a local animal rescue which housed over 20 dogs at any given time and she would show up and take care of the dogs, cleaning up behind them, feeding, giving baths and playing with them. We could always count on her to be punctual, never missed a day and she would always bring treats for the dogs. She loved on them as if they were her own. And what really impressed me was her way of tending to a few of the dogs that other volunteers were unsure of - Teresa would very carefully get their trust and make friends with them quickly. We would take them out of the compound for daily walks and Teresa always went further than I did, giving her dogs a little extra time. Be sure, if she is taking care of your animals, they will have her undivided attention and care. Also, she grew up on a farm, so she knows about other animals as well. I have 6 cats myself and will use her for our next vacation.”
