I've had pets of my own my entire life and have cared for pets of friends, family, and neighbors for years! I love being around animals and have 3 babies of my own. I'll love your best friend as much as I love my own! I am reliable, punctual, and energetic and always willing to do what I can to help out! I have an anxious, aggressive, and arthritic Chihuahua of my own, so I have experience with more "neurotic" pets as well as experience with medication. One of my cats is 13 years old, so I also have experience with senior care (as well as cat medication, too!). I also recently adopted a guinea pig and am getting a second one very soon, so have experience with “exotic” animals as well! I just moved to the Galesburg area and am currently unemployed, so have wide availability to care for your pets! If I am house sitting, I can typically spend overnight and the majority of the day there! *Note: I am currently on hiatus from house sitting services! I currently do not offer house sitting/boarding in my own home, as my 3 pets aren't comfortable with new animals in their environment. Eventually, I hope to be able to set up a system where I can provide that service! I do have a playpen and door fences that I use for my own dog, so could potentially provide temporary boarding if the circumstance is right! When I come into a home for sitting, I am always acknowledging that I am not only in another person's space but the pet's space as well. I LOVE dogs, cats, sloths, sea otters and pretty much all animals in general. I have a huge heart and SO much love to give! I am very energetic, bubbly, and outgoing...I would love to meet some doggies (and maybe some humans in the process too) and give them some lovins' and exercise :) I work part time and my schedule is pretty flexible. I would love to walk your pups or play with them outside of my job. I am available for house sitting dogs and cats. I’m generally available in mornings or afternoons around 4 pm. Since I do work a variety of jobs I just need a days notice but I can usually work around your schedule for the most part! I have experience pet sitting in the home and have done jobs where pet parents are out of town for the weekends or for work trips and I am happy to watch the house as well. I have a kitty cat so I wouldn’t be able to fully board but I’m able to take your doggo on walks, to the park, to a patio, etc etc. I can watch the dog at my house in the backyard but wouldn’t be able to take them inside the home.
About: I’ve been around many dogs since I was little. Even viscous ones. But no type of dog scares me. Having a cane corso for about 4-5 years got me to be aware of any type of pets. Being around cats dosent worry me. Just as long as I pay attention to signs on what to and not to do. I work full time with kids and I love pet sitting for one of my friends. But usually after work I love to be around lovely pets. I will walk your dog personally. To be honest, letting a dog out in a yard doesn’t seem like they have much freedom. Taking them on an adventure is the way to do it so they have options. Treat them the way you would want to be treated is my motto.

My favorite part of my job is building strong relationships with the owners and their dogs! I also have experience dropping in homes while their owners are at work, school or out of town. When I do drop ins I have taken them on walks, picked up after them and fed them. I absolutely love working with all animals! I do have a full time job working with adults with intellectual disabilities. Mon-Fri I do work from 730am-4pm. I am still available during the weekends and can also do house sitting during the days that I work! I will follow their daily routine and make them as comfortable as possible while you are away. While walking them I will keep distance from other animals to ensure their safety. I will also follow all dietary needs and feeding schedules.
About: My boyfriend and I have always had animals in our lives. Growing up he lived on a farm with dogs, cats, goats, pigs etc. and I have had dogs and cats my whole life. We currently have 2 beautiful Great Danes, a bunch of rabbits, outside kitties, and 3 chinchillas! Our dogs love people, small animals, and would love a bigger dog to run around with. We would love to cuddle with your fur babies, go for walks, or just play in the fenced yard! With summer coming up we know that it’s going to be vacation time, you deserve to be able to enjoy and relax on vacation while knowing your animals are well taken care of. Me and my boyfriend work mornings and get lunch breaks half way through, so we’d be able to check on your animals even while working and we can be with them all afternoon. On Wednesdays and Thursdays we are both off so they’d get us all day! We have a 2 story house with lots of room for them to lay around and have their own space if needed. We also have a large backyard that is fenced off already for our dogs.
