“Megan took great care of my pets and home! Megan did a great job communicating with me before, during, and after her stay. I felt confident leaving my crew in her care. Thanks, Megan!”

“Thank goodness we found Davalyn. We were worried we wouldn’t find anyone to replace our long term sitter due to our dog’s separation anxiety. Davalyn was happy to watch our dog in our home while we were out of town. Davalyn was detailed, communicative, trustworthy and kept the dog’s schedule. We came home to a happy dog and a well maintained house.”

About: I worked at a pet hotel and doggie daycare for a year. We would create play groups for certain compatible dogs, feed, administer medications, and clean up after them. I also have two family dogs for the last 10 years. I currently work Monday-Wednesday and have four days off. I have a pretty open schedule and have weekends off. I do have to pick up on call shifts at least 2 times a month rotating weeks. I could still be available during that time would have to figure it out if need be. I currently am renting a room in a house so I would be unable to have pets over. I would be able to stay the night at the client’s home only. I can bring pets for long walks/hikes or just relaxing and playing whatever need be. I would also like a video of the condition of the house I’d be staying at in advance.

About: Hello! I’ve grown up around animals of all species. My experiences through 4-H, my family, and friends have provided the opportunities needed for me to become a responsible handler. I have experience caring for brachycephalic, disabled, and geriatric dogs of all sizes. So I am competent in providing basic first aid, bandaging, and administering basic medication. I personally own two australian shepherds so high energy working breeds are not foreign to me, just let me know your dog’s favorite way to play! My experience with cats is more limited as those I have cared for in the past were fairly low maintenance. However, I am familiar with feline body language and have some experience assisting others in swaddling as a restraint for medication. I also have extensive experience caring for horses and swine, if you are in need of livestock care. I am a full time student at TVCC. My availability is restricted to MWFSS. I am free from 10am-4pm and 7pm-10pm except for class on weekdays from 1:00pm to 2:00pm. I take your pet’s safety very seriously. I know what it’s like to have escape artists and reactive pets. You can trust me to be cautious, prepared, and thorough. I always carry pepper spray on my walks and avoid other pets just in case. I am unfortunately well practiced in separating dog fights should the scenario occur.

About: I’ve spent my entire life caring for animals of all sizes, from family pets to those of friends and neighbors. With experience handling dogs, cats, fish, and everything in between, I’m passionate about providing top-notch care. Whether it's the sassiest Chihuahua, the sweetest Pitbull, or the silliest Golden Retriever, I have a special place in my heart for each personality. I've managed up to six pets at once and have experience with puppy training, managing temperamental behaviors, and providing senior animal care. Additionally, I’m comfortable with basic animal medical care, ensuring your pets stay healthy and happy. My current position is part-time and offers great flexibility, allowing me to dedicate ample time and full attention to your furry companions. I also spend my free time going on walks and outdoors, so I'd love to do that with company of your fur babies! I’m happy to accommodate any specific needs or boundaries you have for your pets. Whether it's crate training, outdoor restrictions, or any other preferences, simply let me know, and I’ll ensure everything is taken care of.

About: Hi! I'm Ilya and I have been full-time pet/house-sitting for a large part of the past 2 years. I've sat on homesteads with goats, chickens, ducks, dogs, cats... Lots of pets! And, of course, I've sat for cats and dogs as well. I have experience taking care of senior cats (so giving meds or cleaning up after them isn't a problem), dogs of all sizes and breeds, and even some farm animals! I have a car so I'll be able to drive your furry friends to playtime or sniff spots as needed. It all depends on the pet! I adjust to their existing schedules so they can stick to the routine they're already used to. I work from home and usually spend the majority of my time at home working, reading, or enjoying time outside and I make sure to give the pets as much attention during the day as possible! I always strive to leave your house in the same (or better) condition than when you left it! I keep it clean and clean up before I leave, but please let me know if there are any special cleaning tasks you'd like me to take care of before I leave (or if there are any house quirks I should be aware of.)

“Kristi was the very best animal sitter we have ever had!!! Kristi watched our two dogs, (one elderly and the other a 10 month lab), our two cats and seven chickens for 2 weeks. At our meet and greet Kristi came in and instead of sitting on the couch, she sat our floor to be at our dogs level. As she told us about herself she showed constant attentiveness to our furry animals giving lots of pets and snuggles. Kristi is a great mix of calm, confident, intuitive and intelligent. She’s very good at her attention to detail as our animals require a little more maintenance being on a raw food diet. While we were away we received almost daily updates on how the animals were doing with cute stories and pictures. Our kitties whom rarely sleep with us, found comfort sleeping beside her which says a lot! We had a bad experience before with a different animal sitter which you think would make us feel uneasy being away for so long, but honestly we never worried when Kristi was there. We KNEW our home and animals were in the best care. After we returned home I had neighbors calling me with how impressed they were telling me how they always saw her walking our pups (even when it was super cold outside). We feel like we found a gem and feel so lucky to have found Kristi. Without a doubt I highly recommend her!”

“Our dog seemed to love her. It is hard to review because the poor woman became sick right after coming to sit. Given the fact that she was sick the entire time, she was a trooper. We will have her back again.”

About: I grew up on a farm in Indiana, dairy cows, steers, sheep and of course, dogs and cats. Pets are part of who am, they always have been. I haven't adopted a pet in a couple of years so life without a bestie is very lonely at times. There's just something about them... My pets have been part of who I am and I realize, when I wanted to go away for a weekend, it was very difficult taking them to a kennel or finding someone to help so, that's what I want to give. There is something about who I am and what I've learned that gives peace to furry creatures and their parents. I want to offer myself as an Aunt or a Grandma to your little/big kids (the furry ones). I spent four years working with the Golden Retriever Rescue in LA where I fostered, provided temperament evaluations, vet visits and helped find forever homes for them. I received much more than I gave, I miss having my own pet or two or three. I've helped birth pigs, puppies and a calf which creates a whole new outlook on life. Unfortunately I'm not able to have my own pet now, that is the reason why I'm here, for your pets; I love on the ones who need cuddles and I give respect to those who would rather keep their distance. It's up to you and them how I fit in. I have had butterflies land on my fingertips and dogs who were viciously barking at someone on the sidewalk, turn to me and give me butt wiggles. *that was weird!! Animals know, they just do. I moved to the Boise area in October '24 from Dallas, TX. My kids and grandkids live here so, I've been playing and experiencing how beautiful this state is. Because of all of this, my life has been wonderful and I would enjoy helping you. My intention is to come to your home while you're away. I currently rent where I live with a cat who does NOT like others taking away his attention providers. I have also taken care of him while his mom is away. I reside in her upstairs where I have shown her the respect and trust all home owners want when anyone is visiting. My life is good!

“Cassie was an amazing sitter for my pup. She was incredibly kind when I had to change the booking due to one of my dogs passing and she handled my grieving pup extremely well. Lots of pictures with a lovely update everyday to let me know how they were doing. I will definitely be booking with her again in the future! 100/10”

“Melissa is truly one of a kind, I'm a bit of a helicopter dog mom and she is one of the few I fully trust to take care of my fur baby. If you're looking for someome to take of your fur babie as if they were their own, Melissa is your gal, you won't be disappointed. 😊”

“Our family had a PHENOMENAL experience with Alyssa and Natisha. They watched our three huskies for a week— and that is not exactly a walk in the dog park haha. They put our minds at ease the entire time with their really amazing text and photo updates. Our pups were kept really safe and happy the entire time. They stayed at our house and it was left in mint condition. Please do not hesitate and book them if you need a sitter— you will not be disappointed. We are looking forward to working with them again soon! Very warm and kind duo!”

About: Welcome to my clean, cozy, and pet-friendly home! I offer a safe and loving environment with a fully fenced backyard that’s perfect for playtime and fresh air. Whether your pup loves to play fetch, go on relaxing walks, soak up the sun, or snuggle up for a good cuddle—I’ve got it covered! I treat every dog like family and make sure they feel right at home. Your pet’s comfort, happiness, and safety are my top priorities. Currently no pets in my home so yours will be spoiled every minute. I primarily work from home with the occasional stop into the office (never more than 4 hours at a time 1 to 2 times a week). I am a a home body and especially while babysitting your pet. I have a fully fenced backyard with a small sized patch of grass for them to play, relax and freely roam. My fur baby recently passed so your pet will have my full attention. My furniture and house are pet proof and they are free to roam or stay off the furniture if thats what you wish. Love to snuggle up and snooze away. Love taking them on a walk around the bench or to a park to play fetch (all dependent on what you request).

“Dusty was wonderful! Took really good care of our cats and our house.”

6. Ilya P.
“Ilya recently homestead sat for us for a week to allow our family the opportunity to take a much needed vacation. Ilya took care of all our animals including goats/sheep/chickens/ducks dogs and cats and a Parrot with great care and love. He went over and above what we asked him to do. After spending just a couple of hours with him before we left for our vacation we immediately felt very confident that our homestead and animals were all in great hands. All the animal tasks and watering of the veggie garden took 1.5 hours daily but outside of that time I know he spent a lot of quality time with the animals and showered them with love because he genuinely loves animals/spending time outside and being in nature. Ilya is a great person, we enjoyed his company immensely and would Love for him to come back and visit/homestead sit again in the future. If you want complete confidence that your home and animals are in the very best care Ilya is your person.”

9. Laura H.
“Laura has been a renter since she moved to Idaho from Texas. First of all, she loves animals and is very good with them. My curmudgeon cat, Dusty, is VERY particular about his associations. It didn't take long after Laura moved in for him to warm up to her. He even lets her eat treats from her hands (which he won't do for me). She has done some animal/house sitting since moving here and it's been very successful. She is careful and considerate both as a renter and as an animal caregiver (she takes over with Dusty when I'm out of town). I do not worry at all when I leave home, I know that when I return, my cat will be well taken care of and my home will be lovely. Laura will do very well for Rover, she will have satisfied customers both human and animal. I give her my highest recommendataion”
