“Calli's household has always included pets. She not only understands the responsibility of caring for animals, but has a true heart as a caregiver. Neighbors and friends have called on her to care for their pets when they take trips and she always gives 110%. Calli (and family) fostered a TSA Explosives Detection Puppy for a year. The dog (a labrador retriever) successfully completed the program and was assigned to the Miami-Dade Police Force. Fostering for TSA is a huge responsibility, since there are many rules (food, treats, toys are limited since they are used for training). Daily journals were kept on behavior, socialization and field trips - a big part of preparing the dogs for work. Calli also fostered a litter of three puppies for San Antonio's Animal Care Services (ACS). She cared for the pups 5X a day gruel feedings and got them down to 2X a day kibble. She socialized them, taught some basic commands and got them on a schedule to increase the likelihood of adoption. The pups were turned in when they were old enough to spay and adopt. Calli assisted with three other ACS puppies, including a medical puppy (hit by a car). Calli will make an awesome caregiver for your 'family member'.”

About: I’ve grown up with animals my entire life. I’ve never not had an animal in my house hold. I’ve had cats and dogs who I love dearly and give them all the care that they need! Im currently working as a part time speech therapist. My mornings are usually free and so are my nights! Which gives me enough time to play and care for your pets! About: I've always been a dog lover since I was a kid! I grew up constantly having dogs in the house ranging from chihuahuas, blue healers, and german shepards! I watch over my family's/friend's dog when they go out town and I enjoy it so much! I am very trustworthy and look forward to making sure your dog is healthy and having a fun time while you’re busy! I am currently a student at Texas State University and I will be home for a month for break! I am pretty much free within that time but I will be sure to communicate that with you. I do have a friendly and safe neighborhood that is perfect for going on walks! There are no stray dogs that wander around that could potentially alarm your pet! I am open to walking and taking care of your pet in the comfort of your home if you feel more comfortable with your pet staying around the area that they may know.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs of and on for five years As a way to help my grandma who is also a dog sitter/housesitter I have two animals of my own, a dog and a cat that I love very much and also Love to interact with other pets! I am a college student And also a part-time waitress. I am mostly available on weekends Fridays through Sunday, but can be available sporadically through the week due to classes. My availability is limited during the week days. I take care of pets by making sure they’re happy well fed and making sure they get all of their zoomies out for the day!
