“Lindsay is a superstar! We’re so grateful for her dedicated care to our kitty while we were away. She came and met us in-person before the trip, and we all felt comfortable in her presence right away. It was clear she’s an animal-whisperer! We look forward to working with her again.”

About: Im Jeremiah, lover of all pets, young and old, big and small. I can do walks, hikes, swimming, even to a play day at the park, I am sure I will pamper your pooch. I live close to Woodstock and have knowledge of all of the great and safe walking trails. I'm currently focused on dog walking and cat sitting full-time and available the majority of the time. I plan to be there for you and your pets when needed. I always check fence gates before letting a dog outside, I always lock the doors and make sure I don't step outside without the key, I always do a one last check to make sure the pet is well cared for, and I tend to give myself time between each client.
About: I grew up in a cat household and became a dog mom as soon as I left home. I absolutely love all of the cats and dogs I’ve been fortunate enough to meet in this life. I raised my pup, Grumble, from 3 weeks old until she left this world at 11 years old. I am very familiar with the range of needs a dog will have throughout life, from teething to play to mobility assistance. I'm fully available in the winter as my regular job (gardening) is seasonal and won't be picking up again until later in the spring time. I can be flexible to your pets needs and more than happy to follow any directions you provide me with for their optimal care and contentment.
About: Hi, I'm Marceline! Growing up with a wildlife rehabilitator for a parent, I was surrounded by animals from day one. From bottle-feeding baby raccoons to gently caring for injured birds, I learned early on the patience, empathy, and responsibility that animals deserve. That lifelong passion turned into a career of caring: I spent 4 years at a cat shelter, helping to socialize, medicate and find loving homes for many cats. Beyond that, I've volunteered extensively at Farm sanctuaries and animal shelters, gaining hands-on experience with dogs, cats, pigs, chickens, and more! Whether your pet is playful and energetic or shy and sensitive, I'm dedicated to providing calm, attentive, loving care that meets their unique needs. I know how important it is to trust someone with your animal family. You can count on me to treat your pets like my own - with respect, reliability and plenty of love. Let's connect - I'd love to meet you and your pets! Because I have an open schedule, I'm able to dedicate focused time throughout the day for walks, feedings, play, medication and whatever unique care each pet needs. I plan my day around their routines, not the other way around - whether that means early morning visits, midday potty breaks, evening cuddle time, or sleepovers. I'm used to structuring my day with animals in mind, especially my own cats and hermit crabs. Being attentive to animals' behaviors and needs is second nature to me, and I always make sure they get plenty of love, attention, and consistency throughout the day. When you leave your pet in my care, you're not just hiring someone to feed or walk them - you're trusting me with a member of your family. I take that responsibility seriously. Creating a safe, calm, and loving environment is at the heart of everything I do. I closely follow your pet's routines, dietary needs, and any medical requirements to make sure they stay happy and healthy. Im experienced in handling a wide range or animals - including those with special needs, and I always keep a close eye on behaviot and well-being When I visit your home for your pet, I strive to create a low-stress environment where they feel safe, relaxed, and loved. From cozy resting spots to familiar routines and gentle handling, I make sure your pet feels right at home with me.

About: I go by Maggie, and my very first job was working for a veterinarian's office where I learned a lot about proper pet handling. I have always had pets of my own (dogs, cats, reptiles), and am a very playful person. Over the past few years I have been dog/cat sitting for my friends and family due to my flexible schedule, so why not work for Rover? I am self-employed and work from home full-time, so I am available whenever needed to take care of your pups! I currently live in upstate NY and love getting outside. I have a rescue pup of my own (going on 4 years now). My partner watches him when I am house-sitting for other Rover parents. I work fully remote so am flexible during the day to take care of your furry family. If I am staying in your home all I need is wifi. My remote work schedule is flexible, so I can take pups out for walks during the day and in the evenings. I am always down for snuggles and love a dog/cat who is happy hanging out on the couch with me.

I have plenty of dog toys and beds in the house for playing and naps.
About: I’ve been caring for animals my entire life—whether it’s been my own pets, helping out friends, or rescuing strays in need. Both of my cats were rescued by me, and I’ve always had a natural connection with animals. They’re drawn to me, and I love giving them the same trust and affection they show me. I grew up with big dogs, including two pit bulls and a boxer, so I’m confident and comfortable handling larger breeds. Over the years, I’ve potty trained dogs, taught tricks, and cared for pets with all kinds of temperaments. My experience goes beyond cats and dogs—I’ve also cared for frogs, snakes, turtles, and even had the incredible opportunity to volunteer with elephants in Thailand. My love for animals runs so deep that I’ve been vegan for over a decade. Caring for animals isn’t just something I do—it’s truly part of who I am. What I Offer 🐾 A 100% open and flexible schedule—your pets will always get the time, love, and attention they deserve. 🐾 Experience with animals of all sizes, temperaments, and special needs. 🐾 Patience, playfulness, and genuine compassion for every pet I meet. Whether it’s cuddles, walks, playtime, or extra TLC, I’ll treat your fur babies like they’re my own. I have a completely open and flexible schedule, available any day and time. Since I mostly work from home, I can easily accommodate bookings, cancellations, last-minute changes, and special requests. The only exception is occasional weekend evenings after 5 PM, when I work at The Colony in Woodstock. Other than that, I’m always here for you and your pets! I live in a spacious three-bedroom, 2 story home with a large open yard, perfect for pets to play and explore. Your furry friend will have plenty of room to stretch, run, and enjoy the outdoors while getting all the exercise and fresh air they need to stay happy and healthy.

“Kery is a freaking angel! I'm terrible at remembering to leave reviews, but Keri has watched my babies many times now. It's wonderful to have someone I can trust with my animals. She sends photos and asks questions if anything comes up. I truly appreciate the time she spends with my animals. 10/10 would recommend to a friend!”
About: I have always felt a special kinship with animals. As a child people would laugh at how they seemed to gravitate towards me wherever I was. To date I have been the proud mom of one pug and six cats, as well as several reptiles, fish and guinea pigs, and every one has been an honor and a joy. My current cat, Gary, is an orange tabby who loves to ham-it-up by jumping from the kitchen table onto the refrigerator in exchange for treats! About: I grew up with the sweetest little dog and miss having pets around. I was the primary care taker, taking her for walks, to the vet, playing with her and so on. As a dog owner myself, I know the nerves that owners feel when leaving their pets, as I felt the same leaving my dog in the capable hands of Rover sitters; so rest assured I will take good care of your pet and keep you updated. I love getting exercise and taking dogs for walks or runs. “Alisa was absolutely fantastic with my dog, Tsubaki. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and clearly has a natural way with animals. After just one visit, Tsubaki was actually smiling when Alisa arrived for her next walk! I also hired Alisa for overnight sitting, and everything went smoothly. She kept me updated with pictures and messages, which gave me real peace of mind. I felt completely confident that Tsubaki was in great hands.”
