About: I am from Colombia and there I had the opportunity to work with him, in a family veterinarian where I learned a lot. Here in the United States I have been taking care of dogs and cats at home several times. It is important, since animals are part of my life and always will be, I also dream of one day having the money to be able to give a good life to several animals that currently live in a shelter. I keep them company, I sing to them, I play with them, I walk them, when they sleep in my house I always make them comfortable and I am aware of all their behavior, especially because I know they miss their owners.

About: I've taken care of dogs since I was little! I've always loved animals and wanted to take on the responsibility of caring for them. Whether this was my next door neighbors or my own, I was always up for the job! I own a mini horse (my 1 year old saint bernard), 1 inside only cat, and 2 outside cats. As for work, I am a fourth grade teacher and have the patience and enthusiasm to be the pet sitter you need. I am currently out for summer break as an elementary teacher. My schedule is very open and flexible. I will be home full time until mid August. Once I go back to work, I will still be able to board animals at my house. However, it is important for them to be crate trained as I plan to have them crated during the day - at least in the beginning. This will more than likely change as I get to know the animal more and how they interact with my animals! It's essential for the animals to feel safe in a place they are unfamiliar with and around animals they do not know! Please know that when I arrive home, they will receive plenty of enrichment through attention, daily walks, and play time with me or other dogs. I have a fenced in backyard that connects to another fenced in yard belonging to my parents and their two dogs. These areas are closed off unless I want the dogs to have some play time. All 3 dogs, including my own, are very sweet and get along well! Dog can be easily crated if needed, I own a large crate with a lot of room. As for your home, I will treat it like it's my own and love your pets like they are my own. Animals provide a nice change from the chaos that goes on in the everyday life of a teacher. I look forward to taking your fur baby on walks, providing enrichment, and cleaning litter boxes or other pet related needs!

About: I have an elderly cat, 14 yrs, that i currently take car of along with my 2nd cat. I have experience potty training, pet sitting puppies, and im comfortable cleaning up and walking both cats and dogs. Im currently a master's student at ECU. I’m doing my final semester and will be graduating soon, so I’m currently available whenever you would need my services! I have a fenced backyard with a lot of space, and i currently have 2 cats that i take care of. I brush my cats daily and feed them twice a day, while im home i spend time by either playing with them using one of their various toys or by just letting them sit on my lap. I treat all pets as if they are my own while in my care.

About: Hi!! I am a rising sophomore at ECU and my family and I just moved to Garner from New York. I am looking for dog care jobs over my summer break so I am available all day every day until I go back to school. I am a morning person and like starting my days quite early so any of you need anything in the morning, I would love to help! I absolutely adore dogs and everything about them! Any time there is one in the room I am drawn to it and it gets my undivided love and attention. Most of my family and friends call me the dog whisperer because all dogs love me too! I have been sitting for a little over two years and have experience with all ages, sizes and breeds. I love being outside and active, and going on walks is one of my favorite things to do. I also don’t mind picking up after the dogs. (Someones gotta do it lol). My family has had 2 dogs of our own but both are no longer with us anymore. They were my built in best friends and most of the time I enjoyed their company over my family’s. I have so much free time on my hands that I can work with as many that I possibly can! I like being up early and don’t mind being out all day. I can keep your gates and doors locked while we are inside. Make sure the dog is always on a leash before opening a door for a walk.

About: I have grown up with all sizes and ages of dogs from an elderly black Lab to a baby Maltese Shitzu. I love all types of animals and have pet-sat for many people, including coworkers, neighbors, and roommates. I am a recent graduate of Appalachian State University living in Boone for the summer. About: I have worked with animals all my life with all kinds of animals. I love to be around them. I am also going to nc state studying in animal science. I am currently going through some health things which makes it hard for me to works so I want to be around animals. I can walk and take care of of the animals anytime of the day. About: I’ve been working with animals since I was a kid! My family owns and runs a farm so my entire life has been about taking care of animals needs and making sure they are healthy! About: For as long as I could remember I’ve been my family’s go-to pet sitter. Anytime my Grandmother had a doctors appointment or my Aunt and Uncle left town, I would be their first choice. I love animals and caring for them, making them comfortable when their families are gone is not an easy task but easing their anxiety and keeping them comfortable is a very rewarding job.
