About: I’ve been caring for pets for a few years, mostly for close friends and family. Whether it’s feeding, walking, or just keeping them company while their family is away, I’ve always treated pets as my own. I often help with housesitting and babysitting as well, so I’ve learned to also juggle multiple responsibilities. I’m currently home for the summer from college, therefore, I have open availability and the flexibility to provide consistent pet care. With no current academic commitments, I am able to build my daily routine around the pets I care for! When caring for pets in a client’s home, I always do my best to keep their routines as normal and comfortable as possible. I’m not afraid to ask clarifying questions about your pets to ensure I am giving them the best care. :)

About: While I haven’t had formal pet care experience, I’ve grown up around animals my entire life and have always taken care of my own pets. I understand how important it is to give them love, attention, and consistent care. I’m comfortable with daily routines like feeding, walks, playtime, and giving lots of affection. I may not have professional training, but I’m reliable, gentle, and genuinely care about the well-being of animals. I treat every pet like family! I currently work part-time at Chipotle, which gives me plenty of free time to care for your little ones. I’m available in the mornings, early afternoons, and on weekends! When visiting a client’s home, I make sure to follow any specific instructions to keep their pet safe and comfortable. I always double-check that doors and gates are secure, and I pay close attention to the pet’s behavior and surroundings during walks and playtime. About: I have had dogs and cats all my life and now that I’m in the BEST years of that life (retired) I am able and ready to share all of my love and experience with new dogs and people! Although I can’t stay the night in your home, I CAN drop in, feed, play with, give snacks, even administer medication if needed, walk, and when it’s time for them to go to bed, make sure they are all tucked into bed. I can assure you that your fur baby will be loved and comfortable while your away- They will be treated with the love I give my own! As a retired person, I am living the dream, being a stay at home mom of fur children…let me love yours too! I am retired but my day starts with my three dogs at 5 in the morning, Everything I do revolves around them. They go out to use the bathroom then eat and come back in to sleep until around 7:30 then our actual day begins. Each Doodle goes on a mile and a half walk then my little pug, Sophia goes on her walk. Shes a senior so she only goes for as long as she can. This is a daily routine. They LOVE being outside so we spend almost all day outside on the patio playing when it’s nice…. They all love riding in the car so EVERYBODY at the bank, CVS, Dewars,Starbucks knows them by name. Where I go, they go! They have their spots in the car and they know their places. My kids are grown but I am definitely NOT an empty nester, they are my life and fulfill me 100%. For their safety with all the craziness happening in the world, as much as they love being outside, they are NEVER left outside when I am not home. They are brought inside and have been crate trained since they were 7 weeks old. It is their safe place and they love their crates. It’s where they sleep and where they eat too.

About: I’ve taken care of pets for the past two years and before that I had my own during childhood! I can’t wait to meet your furry friend! I have short hours at work so I have plenty of time to walk and care for pets throughout the week! I’m also an early riser! My current roommate works long hours so I am the primary caretaker of his two dogs! I feel like their both our dogs at this point.

About: I've had dogs of all shapes in my house growing up: german shepherds, Yorkies, pit bulls and loooots of stray cats. I currently have 2 fur babies but I wish had more. I was the go-to kid in the neighborhood to check in on pets, play with them for energy, bathe and walk them and much more. I did it for fun, but looking back I probably should have charged $5 haha. I work from home and would love to help you out by watching, bathing, or walking your fur baby. I work from home and am very flexible in my hours. I am very familiar with dogs, cats and some rodent pets. I usually watch my friends' and family's dogs and cat while they are away and have no trouble fitting in plenty of walks and play time for them I make sure to respect the home and the owners while giving all my attention and time to the pets I'm watching. I also like to ask for particular tidbits that the animal's characters benefit from. (this goes from medications and feeding habits as well as things and behaviors to stay away from) For example, my pitbull needs a lot of attention but honestly, she just likes to be in the same room as everyone and likes to be talked to in funny voices whereas my Yorkie will just walk off and find a corner to crap in if she doesn't get enough attention and you will never know. I want pet parents to feel like they can forget about their pets while they are gone, it can be more trouble than it's worth to constantly worry and fret over your fur babies with a stranger.

About: I’m young and full of life. I’ve had at least 5 years of experience sitting for friends and family. I’m going to college and studying to be a Veterinarian. I volunteer at Kern County animal shelter, and my main task is cleaning puppy cages, so I have no problem getting my hands dirty. I am a college student at CSUB, studying to be a veterinarian. During the Summer, I have a lot of free time while still maintaining good availability during the school year. Even if I have classes, I would still be able to check on an animal every day. I make sure to remove anything that could potentially harm an animal (Sago Palm for cats) and if they enjoy going outside, to always have them on a leash and in my sight.

About: As someone who has owned pets, I have years of experience in caring for both cats and dogs. When I could not locate a proper groomer for my shihtzu, I learned how cut my dogs hair and clip his nails. I have open availability so I can fit morning, afternoon, and nightly check ins, baths, walks, overnight sitting, and errands. I would love to spend as much time as I can making sure that your pet is well loved and taken care of. I don’t want to break an animal’s routine so if you have your pet on a schedule/routine, diet, or regiment of some sort, I plan to stick to that.

About: I am a Fear Free certified veterinary technician of 13 years who grew up in the show dog world (AKC) before getting into rescue as an adult. Throughout my long-lived animal career I have participated in puppy/kitten/basic obedience training, behavioral rehabilitation, dog sport training, senior care, care for animals with extreme medical needs, and owned/operated a group play doggie daycare. My jobs, hobbies, and passions are all centered around animals and I can't wait to bring that passion to you! I am home full-time, and available for puppies and animals with heavy needs. I have a fairly set schedule for all of the pets in my care, and that level of routine provides comfort to even the most nervous of pups. I am the only Fear Free pet carer in Bakersfield! I provide comforting classical music as well as calming pheromones in the sleeping spaces to make their stay as stress-free as possible. I have a fenced yard and never leave dogs together unsupervised. I do not provide an environment suitable for animals with a history of dog aggression. Small dogs I can be more flexible with, as their attitude usually comes from a place of fear and that is something I can work with for the little guys.

About: I might not have much pet sitting experience, but occasionally, I take care of my friends dog at his apartment. It’s very relaxing and rewarding. I think it would be very satisfying to take care of other people’s pets to get more experience with responsibility and life. I am available between Monday to Friday around late afternoon or evening. About: I’ve taken care of all kinds of animals from dogs to rabbits. I have been a huge animal lover since I was a kid. I had a friend once joke and say that my pets had better health insurance than her because of how much I loved and cared for my pets. Clients, friends and family always ask me first if I can take care of their pets when they are gone. I am always reliable and love their pets as my own. I will let your dogs out for potty breaks in between my day at work. They will get unconditional love and attention. My best friend is my pug. My fur babies are my children and will treat your pet the same way. I’m self employed running my own business that has busy days and slow days. If I am responsible for the care of someone’s animals I will make sure to schedule around their care. Potty breaks, food and attention will be considered first. I am a very easy going and responsible person. I have a fenced yard and a doggy door. My pug is the biggest social butterfly and welcomes anyone who comes in our home including cats. She was raised with cats so she loves them like they are her people. Haha She loves to have new doggy friends too. I spoil her like crazy so your pet will be given the same attention and care. I take their safety very seriously. If you have rules for your pet in your home I will abide by those rules.

About: I have had a dog of my own for 6 years now. Some more in past years. I have taken care of my friends and families pets for years now. Pets can be scared and intimidating but I know that with my love and patience with pets they do become comfortable with me. I work with kids, but my schedule is really flexible and I have breaks in between each client which gives me the opportunity to check up on pets. I have a fenced yard with two dogs. One of them is Charlie, a poodle/shih tzu, who is super sweet and the other dog is my sisters, who is a Rottweiler named Blue. Blue and Charlie are both sweet dogs. Blue is very energetic and playful and has never been aggressive as well as Charlie. Charlie mainly stays in my room in his kennel and Blue stays separated from the backyard and stays in the side area or in his kennel in the garage. All pets have always been separated but do give them opportunities to play with each other often and supervised.

About: We are a caring and responsible home, who would love to take care of your pet the way you do. We have no other pets, so they get all our love and attention. I’m a full time housewife, who is currently raising my 17 year old grandson. I am very available to be at my house or yours I have a fenced yard with a pool. About: I have taken care of many animals, including some that most would consider incredibly difficult, so if your pets need more care or attention that won’t be a problem. I have handled dogs that are aggressive towards other dogs so I know what to do in situations like that. I have also taken care of days old kittens and I understand how to care and provide for young animals. I am self employed and my schooling is online so I have no scheduling conflicts. I am available at any time of any day really. I am able to take care of your pet however you need me to. I have taken care of pets who needed a lot of supervision and pets that needed very little. I love going on walks with them and I will take them to parks or things like that if that’s something you would like! I am currently self employed so I can work around any schedule. When I do house sitting, I usually do my work during the day and take as many breaks as needed to stop by the house and take care of the pets, and then I spend the night time spending more time with them. I have taken care of all different types of pets ranging from low to high maintenance. I have experience with escape artists and I am very aware and take special attention to ensure no one gets out. I also have experience with aggressive pets and I know how to handle myself in difficult situations. I feel like this is especially important for dogs that require walks because I am extra aware of other dogs in the area and I am more attentive to make sure there aren’t any quarrels.

About: I have taken care of various fur babies for over 2 years, including 1 that is mine full-time. I promise above all to take care of your fur baby so that he/she feels safe and comfortable. I am currently a student so besides school I have a free schedule to take properly take care of your fur babies. I am also available weekends and sometimes even same-day! I have 2 fur babies super friendly and always wanting to play. They can be inside and free and can also be outside and free, we have a very secure gate in the front and back. I have lots of toys and activities to keep them busy or I also have beds if they feel they ever need a rest.
