Communication was amazing from start to finish, and she was so flexible when our flights changed, which took a huge weight off my shoulders. She even sent pictures without us asking which we absolutely loved and really appreciated. Her kids and mother were incredibly kind and Riley also got along so well with their dog, Annalise. Riley isn’t around other dogs very often, so I was a little nervous, but they did great together and it made me so happy to hear how well she adjusted. Honestly, the whole experience felt so comfortable… like I’ve known them for a long time. That says a lot when you’re trusting someone with your dog. I would absolutely use them again without hesitation. I think Riley may have even found herself a new best friend 🐾”

“Yolanda and her family did a wonderful job with Gizmo. It was our first time leaving him for a week and with someone through Rover. Yolanda's patience, kindness, and experience brought me relief knowing that my dog was in great hands. She did everything possible to calm my anxiety-ridden fur baby and made him comfortable; kept me updated and was responsive; sent me photos; and was very easy/flexible to work with. By the end of the week, Gizmo was playing with other dogs and taking long walks twice a day, which he never does! He's been home for almost 24 hours and I can tell he misses Yolanda, but mostly, he's been sleeping like a baby. LOL. I couldn't thank Yolanda and her family enough. I finally found someone who was willing to take in my dog and refused to give up on him even when times were hard. I highly recommend her services! She is responsive and very accommodating. Our return flight was late and she was able to adjust our pickup time without any issues. Would highly recommend for boarding your dog.”

According to our dog sitter review specialist, our little Chihuahua, Cosita... she had a wonderful overnight visit with Auria and is looking forward to her return visit in a few days. She was very pleased with the care she received and enjoyed meeting and interfacing with the other dogs. We were also impressed with the great care that Cosita received and have a few more visits scheduled.
Sarah and her family provided constant updates of my dog throughout the week. Her daughters seemed really engaged and loving on my dog, making me feel confident she was receiving all the love and affection she gets at home. When I picked her up, my dog seemed so relaxed, almost as if she hadn’t been gone all that time, helping me feel confident she was safe and loved on. Usually after boarding in a facility, my dog is highly anxious, extra agitated and disheveled. None of that here with Sarah. Her and her family were truly the best sitters. I never worried once while away.

This was my second time booking with Elizabeth and her family, and it was another great experience! She was super flexible with pickup and drop off times, had great communication throughout the stay, and provided plenty of pictures! Hank had a great time with her dog and their active family.
Cassie was really kind and took great care of our pup! She gave us daily updates and a photo of how he was doing, and it was clear that he had been well tended to when we came home. Definitely reassuring to us knowing he was in good hands, especially while out of town. Only hiccup we encountered were some communication issues at the beginning. One reason we booked Cassie was based on her listed location being so close to our home, which was perfect for the travel plans we were making and coordinating with other travelers. But when she sent us her address a few days ahead of dropoff, she was actually located 45 minutes away from our home and not at the location she had listed on her profile, and it caused some stress, because when we found out her address it was too late to find another sitter and we simply had to rearrange our whole itinerary for the day of travel and dog drop-off. On my way to drop our pup off she sent a message saying she thought drop off was in the evening, not morning, and she said she was at work, which caused further stress. Fortunately her boyfriend was home and able to take our dog at the planned time (which we had indeed booked for the morning—she probably mixed up a.m. versus p.m.—those details matter!) Overall we would recommend Cassie for the good care our dog received, her updates provided throughout his stay, her reasonable prices, and generally a really positive experience. He clearly had a good time with her care and it was reassuring knowing he was well tended to while we were gone. We would just recommend double checking details on dropoff times and locations well in advance in order to avoid last minute stress and logistical frustrations!
