He was incredibly patient, kind, and clearly experienced with dogs who need a little extra care and understanding. My pup has pancreatitis and a strict medication and feeding schedule, and Andy followed everything thoroughly—sending daily updates and photos that gave me total peace of mind while I was away. He really respected my dog’s boundaries while still giving him plenty of comfort, which is not an easy balance to strike. I could tell he took the time to learn my dog’s quirks and adjust to his needs, which made all the difference. I wouldn’t hesitate to book with him again—highly recommend if you are looking for a thoughtful caregiver for your pet! She went out of her way to take them to a dog park, and dropped them off with extra doggie cookies. She sent me pictures of them frequently throughout our trip which was so fun to see.
