“Naomi and Sam are wonderful! My 90lbs dog spent the Christmas holidays with them. I couldn’t have hoped for a better family for him. They took him in and treated him as part of their family. My dog hang out with their Labrador and their kids. And, from that picture Naomi sent, we can tell that they formed a special bond. My dog even got gifts from Santa ☺️. We thank Naomi and Sam for everything they did for our 🐶.”

“Marisa and Maverick (her puppy) were AMAZING with our baby boy. Marisa sent us so many pictures and videos all throughout the day that it was really hard to miss our boy :) And even accommodated a last minute addition (an extra day). We had not chosen Marisa at first, ONLY because we wanted someone in Welland, but when Rover suggested her we immediately felt that she would be a fit to take care of our doggo. We were not disappointed at all!! Link (our puppy) loved it there and I’m sure he is now missing his new buddy Maverick. Thanks a lot Marisa! “As for the first timer, the sitters exceeded my expectations. Normally I don’t leave my dogs with strangers however with this first time experience I have read other reviews about the sitters and their reviews have kept true to their words about the experiences and I have to say I stand by other of the reviewers with my dogs. They have kept up to par with communications and pictures and I felt good knowing I made the right choice with the sitters. I would not mind having them again for my dogs ❤️”

“We took our two year old Westie to Jen and Brents for an overnight stay to see how she would do. Maggie loved being there. She was so well cared for that when we came to pick her up it was like a quick 'Hi!!' and kiss and she was off. We where curious to see how she would fair at betime but she snuggled in on their bed (although she is a 'bed hog!!!' or I say a 'pillow hog?'. but felt right at home. They spent time playing with her with her toys, making sure she had lots of outside time. Maggie loves to be outside. So we would highly recomend Jen and Brent to take care of your beloved pet anytime if you are looking for exceptional care. We will be using them again for sure.”

Lola had a good time and got along well with Bev’s dog, Daisy. An added “perk” is the fenced in back yard where I knew Lola could do her “zoomies” safely. I didn’t worry about Lola getting good care while I was away. I highly recommend Beverly and would book with her again.”

“Excellent worry free care. Andreas is very relaxed and attentive. Home like atmosphere with an obvious dog lover. Walter liked him immediately at drop off and couldn’t wait to go inside and didn’t care we were leaving lol Traitor dog!!! Lol Not long after we left, Andreas sent us a video of the dogs playing. It put us at ease while leaving for vacation. He sent us some videos and photo’s throughout the week, it was nice. He asked the right questions at drop off. He texted us about a small growth he found while brushing him, we were aware of the skin tag thing, but nice he texted right away with a concern. And he brushed my severe shedder which is above expectations.We will absolutely use him to watch Walter in the future. Highly recommend”

We booked with her for our doggy's first Rover boarding and upon meeting her and touring her space, we felt very safe and comfortable leaving Laika in Katelynn's hands. She is very diligent in how she separates the few doggies she sits for and how she cares for them. We received an update every day for the entire week with photos so that we always knew how Laika was doing. Will be booking with Katelynn again!”
