As a graduate student, I have a structured routine and strong time management skills, which means your pet will get consistent, reliable care and attention. I’m comfortable caring for dogs of all ages, including puppies who need patience and consistency, as well as senior dogs who may require a slower pace, extra support, or medication reminders. Because of that, my weekday availability is more limited, but I can offer select drop-in visits during early mornings or evenings depending on the day. My weekends are much more flexible, and I’m fully available for drop-ins, walks, and overnight care from Friday through Sunday. I’m very organized with my schedule, so when I commit to a visit, you can count on me being reliable, punctual, and consistent. Safety and trust are my top priorities when caring for pets, whether in my home or a client’s home. I take the time to understand each pet’s routine, behavior, and any specific needs so I can provide consistent, stress-free care. I follow all instructions closely, including feeding schedules, medications, and exercise routines, to keep everything as familiar as possible for your pet. In a client’s home, I’m very respectful of your space and keep things clean, secure, and exactly as you left them. I make sure doors, gates, and leashes are always properly managed to prevent any safety issues, and I’m attentive to your pet at all times. If pets are in my home, they’ll have a calm, safe environment with plenty of supervision. I do have an unfenced yard, so all outdoor time would be closely monitored and leashed to ensure safety. I also prioritize communication, providing regular updates and photos so you feel confident and connected while you’re away. My goal is to create a safe, comfortable environment where your pet feels cared for and you have complete peace of mind.

About: I brought our two cats, Chili and Lok-Lok, all the way from China, but I grew up with dogs in my family and love both. I’ve taken care of my family’s and friends’ dogs and I heard about this app so I thought it might be fun to give it a try. Whenever I get called on to dog-sit for my friend here in Pittsburgh I like to go to the dog parks near the South Side river or jog along with them, rain or snow, and socialize with other dogs. Looking forward to meeting yours! I’m a PhD student at the University of Pittsburgh so summer and winter breaks are relatively free, and usually I’m only “working” 2-3 half days per week. I have to do a lot of reading and thinking so getting out of the house is a good way to take a break and process. I have a fenced yard where I do some gardening and let our cats out every day to chase bugs and birds. My friends have stayed over with their dogs and I just move the cats to the second floor and keep them there while the dogs take the first and the yard.

About: I’ve taken care of small animals since I was a kid. I was always the student who volunteered to take the class pet home for extended breaks from school. Some of the animals I cared for included leopard geckos, hamsters, and Guinea pigs! I have loved animals ever since 😊 Besides class pets, I grew up babysitting my Aunt’s dog, Oscar, whenever she went on vacation or needed some extra help. I got my first dog when I was 12 and he’s still living with us today. I am offering all services for small to medium sized dogs. I am relatively free for dog care through Rover as I work a part time job in my spare time. I also used to have a job at a doggy daycare so I have plenty of experience with dog behavior :) I can assure you that daily walks and cuddles with your pup fit into my schedule <3 We have one small dog named Gizmo who is a 9 year old Shih-tzu mix. He is super friendly as he loves both people and dogs! We do not have a fenced yard but we regularly take trips to the local dog park. Additionally, we have a fenced deck where the dogs can get some fresh air. I know it can be intimidating to leave your pet with a stranger. As such, I try to make everyone feel welcome. I assure you that I am dedicated to your pet’s safety and well-being and promise to care for your pet as if they were my own. They will become a part of the furry family for the duration of their stay ♥️

About: I live on an acre of land with more than half of it being yard With more than half of it being Space. I am able to create a bond with animals by giving them affection, attention, and treats. For walking appointments, my schedule is flexible between 10 AM and 7 PM But I’m also available to to offer overnight boarding care and check-in. I like to keep them active, playing, and happy so they could have the best experience I have to offer. I also like to keep the clients informed,and send them pictures. I like to make sure your pet is in my sight so I could keep them safe.

About: I have a lot of experience in caring for animals, because since childhood I had animals at home, I dreamed of being a veterinarian, but chose a different profession. I have two dogs and a cat. I treat animals like children, or better) Your pet will be happy with the time spent with me! I work from home and can take care of your baby in the evenings or on weekends. If within walking distance of my home, up to 3 times a day. I can coach base teams if desired, or just play, whatever you prefer and your dog likes, just tell and I will figure out ;)

About: I have been taking care of dogs since my whole life since incan remember as a child. I grew up in California on 5 acres of property where we had our own dogs plus fostered other dogs. I have not had a dog since our last two passed away of old age because we are not ready as a family, but I would love to share my knowledge and experience to help care for your pets. I have cared for dogs of all ages and breeds from Chihuahuas to pitbull’s from puppies to seniors. I would love to show your pets, the same love and care I would show my own. I am great at teaching new tricks and helping to teach them to walk great on a leach or harness. My schedule is completely open as i do not have standard day job right now.
